  • Times have changed and using smart phones is common to everyone, regardless of men and women of all ages. Especially, making educational applications is on a rising trend. This report aims to build a program, which makes young children easily meet and learn Hangul anytime, anywhere, to keep pace with the change and trend. As everyone knows, young children's Hangul learning process is changing with smart phone generalization. Young children usually learned Hangul based on paper books but now times have changed, instead, smart phones can be used to learn Hangul anytime, anywhere, and this trend is seen everywhere easily. This report explains how to build smart phone applications to make it easier to learn and understand educational Hangul plays.

  • Last few years have seen a rapid increase in research on ubiquitous computing. Ubiquitous computing is often touted as a technology that will make computing available to the user anywhere and anytime. One important problem to be addressed in building such a ubiquitous computing environment is how to manage services and deliver them to the user in an effective manner. This paper presents our model called Personal Kiosk(PK) as a way of solving the problem. PK is a model of ubiquitous service provisioning that enables the user to use desired services anytime and anywhere. The design and implementation of the current PK in the 'Local Area' setting with related technical issues are also presented. A location-sensing technique for indoor users and a personalized service provisioning based on user location and privileges are discussed in detail.

  • Smartphone subscribers exceeded 30 million people, Smart Korea is up on this track, and leaping to 'Smart powerful nation from 'IT powerful nation. Of course, the popularization of the smart phone called 'PC in the hands' has brought a revolutionary change to nation livelihood, and also to business and government, too. The current usage of Smartphone is not just a simple function call, people can communicate anytime, anywhere with it. The current usage of Smartphone is not just a simple function call, people can communicate anytime, anywhere with it. And it has become the culture of the terminal type in the hands whenever and wherever. However, the screen size and the existing flash or video files do not run when trying to access to the homepage for PC with Smartphone. and it may gives the inconvenience to people who use mobile devices. Therefore, in this paper, it is a study for the provision of an efficient service for Smartphone users through the establishment of website for mobile in mobile circumstances.

  • Mobile Internet using mobile devices provides Portability to users and is Spreading throughout out lives. But Practical use of the mobile Internet is insufficient due to it's fundamental limitations. Especially, mobile resources are not sufficient because they are not closely connected under current mobile Internet services which are provided with pre-designed structure. For these reasons it will take a lot more time and effort for mobile Internet to grow as a popular service. In this paper, we are focusing to overcome the local limitation and to enhance the 'Sharing of Mobile Resources' by expanding mutual connectivity between resource objects scattered over the mobile Internet environment. To archive this, we propose the MRSS(Mobile Resources Sharing System). MRSS automatically converts single request from user to multiple instructions based on 'Context-Awareness' to search for proper information. Using MRSS, we can expect 'Mobile Ubiquitous Computing' environment which users can reach to information anywhere, anytime.

  • With the spread of smart technology, in the personal and office equipment, many of the products are equipped with smart features. These changes have opened the era that can enforce the user's operation from a remote location. In this study, we design and implement a smart multi-plug system to make a multi-plug installed in the home can be operated anytime and anywhere via wireless network technologies add smart feature to a multi-plug that can be seen easily around us, it is intended to complement the limitations of traditional multi-plugs. The smart multi-plug proposed in this paper, by operating the plug remotely from smart devices at anytime and from anywhere, is possible to provide services required for the weak users such as elderly and children, it is expected that the proposed system are widely used in the various areas requiring remote control of the power supply including u-Farming, terrarium, and smart home, and so on.

  • Wibro is stand for Wireless Broadband Internet called as Portable Internet, Wireless Broadband Internet or Wireless High-Speed Internet. This provides hish-speed internet service anytime, anywhere, from anyone and device with seamless mobility and the band is located between Mobile phone and wireless LAN. Wibro service should support handover to maintain connection continuously in movement because the service is based on If system which is different from cellular system. Current Mitre Mobility system and general Mobile If system has got a problem of delayed speed and lost packets during handover. IETF protocol has been proposed for minimizing this problem and its standardization is under process, mainly focused on Mip4, Mip6 and Mipshop WG. This article studies and analyzes an effective method of minimizing handover delay to improve the problem of WiBro system and its revitalization & outlook.

  • The Growth in wireless Internet has made Networking possible at anytime and anywhere so that application program development is vigorous for mobile service implementation. In particular, mobile service has a feature that can present flexible service at anytime, and anywhere. This study proposes a system which is able to make a remote control of computer by means of mobile as an example of the production of application for such mobile service. This paper researches a RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol), VNC(Virtual Network Computing) system that control screen of remote computer and input devices by using smart-phone. The advantage of this system is the function that turning on and off the computer, file transfer, file upload/download, and paperwork. Therefore users are expected to use more conveniently.

  • In 21st century, mankind greets an era of ubiquitous computing where physical and virtual space are merged through the innovation of digital and IT(Information Technology), meanwhile ubiquitous computing and network paradigm suggest a new direction which our future educational system should head for. A society where people, computers, and objects can be connected with each other anytime and anywhere, that is, a society of ubiquitous computing where everything in our living space are interconnected by a immense network system may bring a variety of changes into our educational environment in schools. In this study I analysed the forecast of school educational orientation and ubiquitous educational environment and facilities in developed countries, and on the basis of the result, I performed a fundamental work for formation of a ubiquitous classroom environment which is feasible in Korea. In the section of conclusion, I present a model of ubiquitous classroom as a scenario based on ubiquitous computing technology applicable to future classroom environment.
