지반 굴착에 따른 인접 프레임구조물의 손상평가에 관한 모형실험 연구 (Model Test for the Damage Assessment of Adjacent Frame Structures in Urban Excavation)

  • In this study, Model test of concrete frame structures with various shapes and locations are carried out by means of applying Peck's(1969) settlement method. The results of the model test indicated that important correlations existed between the behavior of frame structure and ground movement. Also, the damage level of frame structure closely influenced by the phase of excavation. Therefore, prediction of damage level at early phase of construction should be very precise. The damage level graph by Cording et al.(2001), the angular distortion provided gradually more serious damage to frame structures for the all cases. But the damage level graph by Burland(1997), was difficult to confirm because of very small amount of deflection ratio.

사각평판상(四角平板上)의 Bead용접(熔接)으로 인(因)한 변형(變形)과 용접(熔接) 조건(條件)과의 관계(關係) -횡수축(橫收縮)과 각변화(角變化)- (The Relation between the Welding Conditions and Distortions of a Bead Weld on a Rectangular Plate -Transverse Shrinkage and Angular Distortion-)

  • The relation between the welding conditions and welding distortions were studied with the weld parameters, current, welding speed and plate thickness, and the form of the distortions were derived theoretically. To derive these formulas, the temperature distribution on the plane normal to the direction of the weld line was assumed to be parabolic. Both the theoretical studies for the transverse shrinkage and angular distoction were compared with the experiments. The experiments were performed on the fundamental cases of a bead welds on rectangular mild steel plates. It was found that the distoction formulas were in good agreement with the results of the experiments. The formulas for the calculation of the distortion were established for the case of bead on plate weld using rectangular mild steel plate and the KS E4313, $4mm\phi$ welding rod.

Study on fatigue experiment for transverse butt welds under 2G and 3G weld positions

  • Although the transverse butt weld method with ceramic backing strip has been widely used in various industrial fields for its fabricational convenience, it is rarely used in offshore industries since the fatigue strength of the weld joint has not been proved sufficiently. This study conducted fatigue tests for series of butt weld specimens with horizontal (2G) and vertical (3G) welding positions in order to verify the fatigue strength compared to S-N curve by DNV (Det Norske Veritas), IIW (International Institute of Welding) and Eurocode 3. The difference of the 2G specimens and the 3G specimens are investigated in terms of angular distortion and the effect on the fatigue strength are analyzed.

  • 한국시설안전공단에서는 '시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법'에 따라 철근콘크리트 구조물의 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하도록 제시하고 있다. 그러나 한국시설안전공단 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 세부지침의 평가방법에서는 평가결과를 등급으로 제시하기 때문에 구조물의 잔존수명을 알 수 없으며 부등침하가 구조물의 잔존수명에 미치는 영향을 반영하지 못한다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 부등침하의 영향이 반영된 구조물의 잔존수명 평가모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 부등침하와 각 변위의 상관관계를 나타내는 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 부재의 공칭강도에 부등침하의 영향을 반영시키기 위한 식을 제시하였으며, 실제 철근콘크리트 구조물의 현장데이터를 활용하여 부등침하가 구조물의 잔존수명에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.
