1. Purpose of study In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, human's physiology and pathology are caused by Sung-Jung that joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure' expression. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between Sung-Jung in and Sung-Jung in Chinese and Chosun's philosophy. 2. Method of study First, I made a thorough investigation into the meaning and change of Sung-Jung's concept in Chinese philosophy. Secondly, I did a study not only Sadanchiljung(四端七情) that the discussion is based on the concept of Sung-Jung in Chosun's philosophy but also it of Jeong Je-du (a scholar of the Wang Yang-ming school). Finally, I did a study Sung-Jung in 3. Result of study It is found that Lee je-ma formulated his peculiar system of thought (Sa-Sim-Sin-Mul) in, , coverd the concept of Sung-Jung in Chinese and Chosun's philosophy.

Objectives This study was designed to development the diagnosis indicators for the fatigue group without disease using analysis of questionnaire data. Methods The subjects were divided into three groups, the fatigue group with disease, the fatigue group without disease, non-fatigue group without disease. Thirteen kinds of questionnaire (Fatigue visual analogue scale, Fatigue severity scale, Pain visual analogue scale, Short-form McGill pain questionnaire score, Headache impact Test-6, Neck disability index, Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire score, Blood stasis assessment scale, Physical activities questionnaire score, Beck depression inventory, Anger expression inventory score, Mood disability scale, Job stress scale) were carried out for the subjects. Results The results of this study are ; 1) The weight, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were different among three groups. 2) Among nine questionnaires related to the physical or life conditions, the averages of eight questionnaires were not same one another. 3) Among four questionnaires related to the mental condition or autonomic nervous system, the averages of Beck depression inventory were not same one another. Conclusion The fatigue group without disease can be diagnosed through using the both the questionnaires related to the physical or life condition and the those related to the mental condition or autonomic nervous system.

Recently the Internet and multimedia technique quickly, develops and to follow multimedia information which is many at the network it is quick and widely, it will be able to exchange. And the synchronization problem for the time and a space of the multimedia object which is various exists. In order to solve like this problem point SMIL where it puts a base in XML it will be able to compose the multimedia object expression which is various from W3C standard was proposed. About under integrating to express a multimedia data the individual multimedia object of the synchronization language for and chain with time it will be able to integrate with the multimedia presentation which has become motive anger space in order. In this thesis provides that uses various multimedia object and users integrate multimedia object with synchronization easily SMIL Authoring system that can presentation design and implemented.

The purpose of this study is conceptual analysis study on the thwarted belongingness, and was based on the conceptual analysis method of Walker & Avant to make clear concept. Thwarted belongingness can be defined by the following attributes: distorted beliefs, insufficient need to belong, a sense of alienation, and insufficient interaction and affection needs. The prerequisites for thwarted belongingness were social isolation, experiences of exclusion or conflict in interpersonal relationships, perfectionist tendencies, and sensitivity to rejection. The consequences occurring as a result of thwarted belongingness were suicidal ideation, decreased happiness and life satisfaction, negative emotions such as anxiety about rejection, depression, shame, loneliness, stress or anger, aggression, hostility and self-criticism, despair, suppression of emotional expression, lethargy, self-exclusion from relationships, and identity confusion. This study is valuable to identify the extent of preventable nursing interventions related to individual mental health and suicidal ideation related to interpersonal relationships, and suggests future tool development and field studies of thwarted belongingness.

The study aims to examine the connection between psychology in human unconsciousness and color, after looking at the meaning and symbolism of the characteristics and colors in Klimt's paintings from an analytical psychological point of view, Gustaf Jung's archetype theory. After analyzing Jung's archetype theory, First, in Klimt's paintings, the gold and yellow colorful decorations and patterns expressed desire with unconsciousness, sex, and especially a woman's desire for sex. The physical relationship between men and women is described as eros, life, and death. Second, the main colors in the paintings were blue, black green, gold, yellow, and orange, indicating anger and oppression, passion, desire, hope, and eroticism, and orange and yellow colors represented the inner healing colors of hope. Third, the artist's inner healing process contains color for himself and incorporates the inner unconsciousness and consciousness. The colors expressed in paintings are not only therapeutic meaning but also being conscious of inner unconsciousness, which is valuable as healing. Therefore, the color will be useful as a means of conveying psychological expression in the psychological counseling sessions.

Rider jackets were once reserved for military uniforms but have become an important styling item in recent fashion trends. The design characteristics of the rider jacket are rooted in symbolism, and the image associated with a rider jacket is in line with the challenging of authority and being a member of the rebellious youth subculture. Usually, young people with anti-social tendencies wore jackets, and some styles were used as a medium to express their emotional homogeneity, and they received favorable responses as the items represented them. The design characteristics of a rider jacket can be largely divided into resistance against the older generation, violence, challenging cultural norms, sexuality, and resistance, as well as embodying violent characteristics, including strength, courage. and male chauvinism. The reason for the development of these challenging characteristics are disparagement and anger of the lower class, who were excluded from mainstream society. Rider jackets can be viewed negatively due to the kind of message it is conveying against mainstream society. Among the sexual features were leather pants, short-length leather rider jackets, glossy metal accessories, and belt buckles, which also highlighted gay and decadent images that came to be associated with the jackets. The drapery created various kinds of wrinkles according to the way of dressing, and it had beautiful expressiveness while serving to express the body more beautifully. Drapery can be classified according to the aesthetic characteristics or expression techniques, and if the type of drapery is classified according to the morphological characteristics, it can be classified into variable and fixed structures, depending on whether the part to which the drapery is applied is fluid or not. In other words, it depends on the dressing method or the intention, and if the drapery technique is directly applied to the garment or is attached to the form. This fashion design proposal may have the greatest significance in that it sought to propose a new style incorporating a drapery technique with a strong feminine image to a rider jacket, which traditionally was associated with a masculine image.

'Burnout', which has been frequently used recently, is one of the representative expressions representing the psychology of modern people living in fierce competition. In this paper, I approached and analyzed two films, 'Hector and the Search for Happiness' and 'To Each His Own' from the perspective of burnout, which are considered two of the most healing movies for office workers. The symptoms of burnout in the work were lethargy, irritability, anger, insomnia, depression, and suicidal thoughts. In the case of 'Hector and the Search for Happiness' the clash of values from repeated consulting work, and in the case of 'To Each His Own', work overload, performance pressure, and the absence of a community of colleagues were the causes. This burnout state is visually expressed through the dialogues and expressions of the characters, as well as looking down shots of various sizes, low lighting, and placing objects in front of the main character. This intuitively expressed the symptoms of burnout, which is difficult to diagnose. In particular, it was confirmed through the movie that one of the diagnostic criteria for burnout, such as hobbies, physical activity, and the presence or absence of a fellow community, helps to get out of burnout.

Objectives: Depression is a highly prevalent disease, and the market for antidepressant drugs continues to grow at a steady rate. Although current antidepressants are reported to be effective, because of their low remission rate and side effects, new antidepressants are needed. The use of Banhahubak-tang (BHT) to treat the symptoms of depression is supported by experimental evidence. The proposed study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of BHT in treating depression. Methods: A randomized, waitlist-controlled, parallel clinical trial will be conducted to assess the efficacy of BHT in depression. A total of 84 participants with depression will be randomized into the intervention group or waitlist-control group at a 1:1 ratio. Patients in the intervention group will be administered BHT three times a day for four weeks and followed up for four more weeks after therapy completion. Patients in the waitlist-control group will undergo the same intervention and follow-up after a four-week waiting period. The primary outcome is change in the Korean version of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (K-HDRS) scores for major depressive disorders after four weeks. The secondary outcomes include scores on the K-HDRS, Korean Symptom Check List 95 (KSCL-95), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory-Korean version (STAI-K), State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Korean version (STAXI-K), and the Instrument on Pattern Identifications for Depression and EuroQol-5 Dimension (EQ-5D). Conclusions: This trial will provide high-quality clinical evidence of the efficacy and safety of BHT in the management of depression.

Introduction: There has been an increasing interest in the relationship between sleep and suicidality. In addition, suicidal patients habitually report their sleep problems. Although sleep-related complaints and electroencephalographic changes are generally encountered in psychiatric disorders, sleep complaints such as insomnia, hypersomnia and nightmares are more common in suicidal patients. In current study, we aimed at investigating the relationship between self-reported sleep duration and suicidality in general population. Methods: One thousand general population (male:female=500:500, mean age=$39.6{\pm}11.6$ years, ranged age=20-77 years) completed Center for Epidemiologic Study-Depression (CES-D), Beck Suicide Intent scale (BSI), Spielberger State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI), Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS), Morningness-Eveningness Scale (MES) and brief questionnaire of sleep habits. Results: After controlling for age and sex, score of BSI was correlated positively with the score of CES-D, STAXI and BIS on partial correlation analysis ($r_p$=0.251; p<0.001, $r_p$=0.352; p<0.001, and $r_p$=0.175; p<0.001, respectively). In addition, score of BSI was inversely correlated with the score of MES (rp=-0.066; p=0.037). However, score of BSI showed no significant correlation with sleep duration. However, regression analysis revealed that short (<6 hrs) or long (>10 hrs) sleep duration, the family history of psychiatric illness, the score of CES-D, and the score of STAXI predicted higher score of BSI significantly in total subjects (F=17.837, adjusted $R^2$=0.166; p=0.003, p=0.003, p<0.001, and p=0.003, respectively). This model was explained better in depressed subjects with 16 or higher score of CES-D (F=9.920, adjusted $R^2$=0.298). Conclusion: Current result suggested that not only short sleep duration (<6 hrs) but also long sleep duration (>10 hrs) might be related to suicidality.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Simjeongkyeok Sa-am acupuncture treatment for major symptoms of Hwa-byung. Method : In this randomized, single blind, placebo-controlled study, we compared Simjeongkyeok acupuncture with Sham acupuncture in the treatment for major symptoms of Hwa-byung. Likert scale for major symptom of Hwa-byung was measured as the 1st evaluative instrument, and STAXI-K, STAI-K, BDI-K and HRV were also measured as the 2nd evaluative instrument at the before treatment and after treatment. Results : In comparison of Likert scale for major symptoms, total score of after treatment decreased significantly at each point on both groups, but there was no significant difference between both groups. In comparison of STAXI-K, STAI-K, BDI-K, there was no significant difference in variation of score between both groups. But Simjeongkyeok group showed higher ratio variation of STAXI expression than that of Sham group, Also on subjects whose main complaint symptom were burning sensation and whose pattern identification were Qizhi, Simjeongkyeok group showed higher variation of Likert scale score and BDI-K than that of Sham group. The significance was border line around. Conclusion : We considered that Shimjeongkeok treatment will he likely to he recommended for treating Hwa-byung, especially on subjects in each group whose main complaint symptom were burning sensation or whose pattern identification were Qizhi. Also it may also be effective on the management of anger expression.
