A technique for analyzing laterally loaded piles was developed in order to accommodate various loading conditions and unique p-y curves obtained from local site. Developed technique was applied to several problems associated with laterally loaded piles to confirm the reliability of the developed technique. And the influences of the parameters considered in the applications on analysis results were investigated. It can be seen that length of the increment of one half of pile diameter is optimum for accuracy of analysis. Problems associated with safe penetration of pile and buckling of a free standing pile were analyzed by the developed technique. Also, analysis results obtained from considering various pile head conditions of a pile which supports retaining wall were compared. The developed technique can be used as a more flexible tool for analyzing laterally loaded piles than commercial program.
The purpose of this study is to suggest a designing method with excellent body suitability by analyzing clothingwearing porosity, comparing and analyzing patterns, and evaluating outer appearances by designing a prototype of study applied with design measurements for categories that have influence on the outer appearance of clothing through diverse research methods, by comparing and analyzing bunka and new bunka style basic pattern, which are proportional basic patterns most frequently used in schools for educational use to design bodice pattern for elderly women in their late 60s. As for the process of this study, the first stage selected study subjects, measured bodies. The second stage compared patterns of bunka and new bunka style basic pattern and evaluated outer appearances that deduced important pattern designing categories to design upper-torso bodice pattern of elderly women. The results of this study are as following ; As a result of comparing and analyzing bunka and new bunka style basic pattern, overall evaluation of outer appearance was excellent for new bunka style basic pattern, and bunka basic pattern received better reviews for the width and depth of front neck. In terms of waist circumference, waist front length, bust point location and bust point-bust point, bunka and new bunka style basic patterns showed a significant difference. new bunka style basic pattern had 4.5cm larger front armhole depth than bunka basic pattern, so it was evaluated to have more appropriate front armhole length, bust point location, and bust point-bust point. Through observation for primary excellent categories and precedent studies, 7 categories of front neck width, front neck depth, front interscye, back neck width, back neck depth, back interscye, and back armhole depth were deduced to have relations to the extra room around arm holes and waist that affect pattern designing method and porosity and evaluations of outer appearance.

Recently, hacking is seen as a criminal activity beyond an activity associated with curiosity in the beginning. The malignant bot which is used as an attack technique is one of the examples. Malignant Bot is one of IRC Bots and it leaks user's information with attacker's command by attacking specified IP range. This paper will discuss an access method and a movement process by analyzing shadowbot which is a kind of a malignant Bot and will suggest possible countermeasure. This study has two distinct features. First, we analyze malignant Bot by analyzing tools such as VM ware. Second, we formulate a hypothesis and will suggest possible countermeasure through analyzing malignant Bot's access method and movement. Performance evaluation will be conducted by applying possible countermeasure to see if it can prevent attacks from malignant bot.

This paper proposes GAPS, a practical genetic algorithm based pathfinding system for conveniently analyzing various networks. To this end, the GAPS is developed through integration of the intuitive graphic user interface for network modeling, the database management system for managing the data generated in modeling and exploring procedures, and a simple genetic algorithm for analyzing a wide range of networks. Especially, previous genetic algorithms are not appropriate for analyzing the networks with many dead-ends where there are few feasible paths between the given two nodes, however, GAPS is based on the genetic algorithm with the fitness function appropriate for evaluating both feasible and infeasible paths, which enables GAPS to analyze a wide range of networks while maintaining the diversity of the population. The experiment results reveal that GAPS can be used to analyze both networks with many dead-ends and networks with few dead-ends conveniently, and GAPS has several advantages over the previous genetic algorithms for pathfinding problems.

The goal of this paper is to propose analyzing and evaluating method of power parameters for motor drive system with various experimental graphic screens and numerical results and to develop the proposed system. A developed system is made up 586-PC and DSP board, motor drive system, power parameters analyzing and evaluating software for windows. Power parameters are analyzed using correlation signal processing techniques based on the correlation between voltage and current waveforms. Analysis results are visualized by 3-D current coordinates, and it is compared and evaluated with conventional time/ frequency domain. To verify the validity of the proposed system, capacitor run type single phase induction motor and thyristor speed controller is used for analyzing. Power and harmonic parameters of motor drive system is analyzed and verified, with varying fire angle of thyristor speed controller, and the proposed approach is to confirm validity.
The purpose of this study was to understand impulse buying typology for apparel products in the internet shopping. Also, analysis of influences is conducted to ascertain if a influence exists between factors which are consumer's interior factor & exterior condition, marketing stimulus of internet shopping, and consumer's general behavior in internet shopping and impulse buying typology, after offer fundamental information for internet marketing. As a result of analyzing the relationship between consumers' interior factors and impulse buying, the author found out that consumers' pure impulse buying was much influenced by the timing to buy new clothing, willingness to risk trying new designs and preference for up-to-date designs, and enjoyment derived from the buying itself. As a result of analyzing the relationship between consumers' exterior conditions and impulse buying, the author learned that impulse buying was also influenced by shopping time length, shoppers' mood and sentiments, and budgeting. As a result of analyzing the relationship between marketing stimulus and impulse buying, the author found out that impulse buying was the most influenced by facilitative marketing stimuli. Lastly, as a result of analyzing the relationship between shopping behaviors & socio-demographical variables and impulse buying propensities in Internet shopping malls, the author learned that pure impulse buying, reminder & suggestion impulse buying, and planned impulse buying are influenced by the period and frequency of using Internet shopping malls for clothes, purchase amount, and the time length of the shopping.

Gas chromatography serves to separate the mixtures into its components, and mass spectrometer is used to analyzing of unknown compounds. But there are many problems the identification of horn compounds using by GC only. As this reason GC/MS a very powerful analyzing technique. Mass spectrometer consists of 1) inlet stem 2) ion source 3) Bass filter 4) detectors and 5) data system. There are two analyzing modes in the GC/MS, those are scan and SIM(selected ion mom toping) modes. Scan mode is used when analyzing unknown compounds and SIM mode al lows the mass spectrometer to detect specific compound with very high sensitivity. As GC/MS applications for the analysis of cosmetic products, volatile compounds in lotion, earn foundation and hair color, and carbon distribution of fatty acids in soap were performed. Also as a new sample pre-treatment technique, head space sampler/GC/MS introduced in order to analyze the volatile compounds in a toothpaste.

This study aimed at analyzing journals and index terms, authors of the reformed theology and evangelicalism, neutral theological position by using bibliometrical analyzing methods. The analyzing methods are average linkage and neighbor centralities, profile cosine similarities. Especially, when analyzing the relationship between authors, we interpreted the research topic by finding the key shared index terms between the authors. In the journal analysis results, 9 journals were largely clustered together in the two clusters of the reformed theology and evangelicalism, but Presbyterian Theological Quarterly that is thought to be a reformed journal was clustered in evangelical cluster. In the index terms analysis results of the clusters, the reformed theology and evangelicalism were key words representing the two clusters. In the authors' analysis results, we had 9 clusters and the Presbyterian theologian studying the reformed theology had the four clusters and the non-Presbyterian theologian had the 5 clusters. Therefore, we consistently had the two clusters of the reformed theology and evangelicalism in all the analysis of the journals and the index terms, the authors.
Building ontology is the key factor to construct semantic web. However, this is time-consuming process. Hence, there are several approaches which automatically generate the ontologies from relational databases. Current studies on the automatic generation of the ontologies from relational database are focused on generating the ontology by analyzing the database schema and stored data. These studies generate the ontology by analyzing only tables and constraints in the schema and ignore view definitions. However, view definitions are defined by a database designer considering the domain of the database. Hence, by considering view definitions, additional classes and hierarchical relationships can be generated. And these are useful in answering queries and integration of ontologies. In this paper, we formalize the generation of classes and hierarchical relationships by analyzing existing methods, and we propose the method which generates additional classes and hierarchical relationships by analyzing view definitions. Finally, we analyze the generated ontology by applying our method to synthetic data and real-world data. We show that our method generates meaningful classes and hierarchical relationships using view definitions.
