This study aimed to verify the validity of the evaluation items and weight determination of the indoor environmental safety area, which has the most frequent accidents, among the safety certification evaluations of educational facilities by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea, which has been conducted since May 2021. As a preceding study, the evaluation items of the school safety evaluation checklist being implemented in the US state of Vermont were compared, and the causes of accidents judged by teachers in the accident experiences written by 200 Korean teachers were compared with the safety certification evaluation items belonged to the Ministry of Education. In addition, research literature using the AHP analysis technique on safety risks of elementary and secondary schools in China and safety evaluation index study cases of 539 elementary school children in Indonesia were analyzed. Through these preceding studies, measures to add and adjust evaluation items were derived and the validity and importance rankings of evaluation items were calculated through AHP questionnaires to teachers and safety experts. In addition, a survey was conducted on 104 ordinary people to verify the results of expert analysis. As a result of expert AHP analysis, 'safety education and disaster response training (.396)' was the highest priority for the relative importance of the first layer, followed by 'safety measures (.387)' and 'building materials'. Safety (.216)' was found to be the highest priority. In the overall importance ranking of the 13 second-tier screening items, safety accident prevention education had the highest priority and disaster preparedness training ranked second, proving that the Ministry of Education's review weight was underestimated. In addition, slip and collision accident countermeasures, which were not in the existing Ministry of Education review items, ranked 4th, laboratory practice room safety measures ranked 6th, and sanitation, cleanliness, hazardous substance management, and cafeteria/cooking room safety measures ranked 9th, indicating a significant level of importance. Referring to the importance ranking, which is the result of this study, it is suggested that it is necessary to review the weight of each review item again.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the model that supports the recipient country by using the ODA (Official Development Assistance) project and at the same time fits the global start-up/employment support of donor country with CSV business model. Specifically, we wanted to examine the feasibility of the project based on the existing ODA projects. Research design, data, and methodology - As the methodology, case studies and interview were conducted as well as literature studies. The case analysis is based on a press release of the entire KOICA's ODA project, which has been implemented for one year, based on 2017. After consideration, the actual results and future feasibility were analyzed. The interviews were conducted on senior Korean officials and Indian officials involved in Vietnam's ODA project. Results - As a result, some of the project cases applied and analyzed according to the model of this study were judged to be highly potential. Based on the results of this analysis, as the model derived from this study pursues, the global business model is developed under the CSV (Creating Shared Value) strategy through ODA projects to support recipient countries and global start-up/employment support of donor country. The possibility of simultaneously pursuing this model based on CSV business model was also confirmed. Conclusions - In the past, free aid agencies like KOICA focused solely on supporting recipient countries, but in terms of sustainability, they could discover the potential of supporting the global start-up/employment of the donor country using CSV business model in ODA project. In this study, we tried to find the theoretical background and potential possibilities in some ODA projects based on CSV business model. As a result of the analysis of KOICA ODA projects in 2017 and interviews, some ODA projects could be used to improve the economic development of the recipient country as well as the global start-up/employment of the donor country. Therefore, it is necessary for the ministries of the government to promote ODA projects to understand the framework that achieves these two objectives simultaneously and to promote ODA projects based on various strategic considerations.
This article analyzes Sergei Eisenstein's acting theory, which is famous for his Russian montage. According to the existing discussions, he avoids the psychological realism through the concept of cut acting. It is a method like montage from the viewpoint that the practice of the cut action is segmented into shots. While Vsevolod Pudovkin, who asserts a connection montage, is looking for performance to portray a gradual change of emotion adopted by Konstantin Stanislavsky's psychological realism, Eisenstein prefers the acting of Vsevolod Meyerhold's masks in the same manner as the collision montage. This article traces the viewpoints on acting and actor that Eisenstein posed throughout his montage theory. It focuses on Film Sense(1942) and Film Form(1949), which are a collection of articles written by Eisenstein. As a result of examining the domestic and foreign literatures centering on Korean and English, it is hard to find the discussions on the analysis of Eisenstein's acting theory. Almost all of them are concentrated in his montage, among which the mention of acting is extremely limited. The cut acting, the typage, the inner techniques and processes of actor that express and induce the living emotions, and the acting of the integrating into diversity as one of the inner language are useful concepts in the creation and case analysis of contemporary films. Especially, his acting theory can be applied in the creation process of cartoons, webtoons, and animations which can meet the most decisive and impressive montage technique of Eisenstein. It is also possible to find many related cases for the analysis. This is why I look back on Eisenstein's film acting theory, and the results of the discussion will be a sufficient foundation for the derivation of related research.

This study aimed to find out the morphological evolution process for future vision of world smart city. The contents and methods of study was divided and compared by 4 continents and Korea focused on the convergence numbers of ET and IT in smart city and did correlation analysis and analysis of convergence number in device/technology by periods. The analysis materials were 32 cases of smart city in whole world and times were 4 periods. The results of study were listed below. First, the smart city in period 1 was morphological evolutions preserved environment and kept natural form of existing city and filled up device/technology. Second, the smart city in period 2 was morphological evolutions through ET-centric development. Third, the smart city in period 3 was morphological evolutions through advancement of ET and device/technology related to production of energy. Forth, the smart city in period 4 was morphological evolutions fusing, dissipating and creating new ET and IT through the advancement process of all technologies. In conclusion, morphological evolution of smart city will change systematic city structure of convergence form, not each discriminating development between ET and IT, and the forming of smart city will be evolved by repetitive convergence process of technologies continually.
In the meantime, broadcasting CG has gone through the process of dismantling, changing, and distorting, while broadcasting CG in broadcasting programs utilizes the expanded background of 'temporality' and 'formality'. This is to create an audiovisual language that appeals to human synesthesia by expressing the meaning to be conveyed in three dimensions. Broadcast CG goes beyond simple instructional and informational broadcast graphic operation, and increases the pure aesthetic value and sensibility of the video considering readability and formativeness, and through this, the audiovisual information perfection of the broadcast program is derived and acts as a very important factor. Therefore, this paper examines the results of broadcast CG production and utilization methods at existing local broadcasters, and identifies the limitations of local broadcasters' CG production and utilization through case analysis for each broadcast program type. We want to derive a model that is a compromise line. In addition, I would like to suggest a plan that can be applied more actively and practically to local broadcasting programs. In order to solve this problem, this study first examines "Analysis of cases of use of broadcasting CG production in broadcasting programs" and then "more efficient broadcasting CG production techniques by identifying problems in broadcasting CG production methods and utilization of local broadcasters" and how to actively use it". In addition, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the establishment of a new role and practical broadcast CG production model for broadcast graphic designers in charge of broadcast CG production and the technical perspective of broadcast program production by local broadcasters.
In order to newly expand and define the concept of "strategic servitization" based on Industry 4.0, this study tried to evaluate the existing status of domestic and foreign servitized manufacturing and investigated the servitization cases of some leading overseas companies. In addition, we chose 250 samples of manufacturing firms listed on KOSDAQ and collected a vast amount of data regarding servitized manufacturing, such as the current status about new businesses, profit model, and financial fluctuations of each company. Based on these data, we classified the main types of manufacturing-service convergence into a $2{\times}2$ framework and derived a new strategic servitization model for each type of signature. Furthermore, we divided the sample corporations into three groups, which are pure manufacturer, servitized firm, and strategic servitized firm, and through the mutual comparison of the real sales amounts and the estimated sales amounts by time-series extrapolation analysis, we statistically proved that the service sales of strategic servitized firms give positive impacts on ROA when compared with those of the other two groups. Finally, we selected 12 leading domestic strategic-servitized firms, interviewed them in depth, and not only organized the issues during this process and their solutions by categories but also suggested the policy demands for strategic servitization.

When vertical shafts are constructed in soft clay with low strength, there is a risk of basal heave, which causes the excavation surface to heave due to the low bearing capacity of the ground against the imbalance of earth pressure at the excavation surface. Methods of deriving a safety factor have been proposed to evaluate the stability against the basal heave. However, there are limitations in that it is difficult to accurately evaluate the heave stability because many assumptions are included in the theoretical derivation. In this study, assuming that a circular vertical shaft is constructed in soft clay, the existing safety factor equation proposed through a theoretical approach was supplemented. Bearing capacity according to the shaft geometry, inhomogeneity of the soil, and the effect of soil plug were considered theoretically and applied in a previous safety factor equation. A three-dimensional numerical analysis was conducted to simulate the occurrence of basal heave and review the supplemented equation through various case studies. Several series of case studies were conducted targeting various factors affecting heave stability. It was verified that the additionally considered characteristics were properly reflected in the supplemented equation. Furthermore, the effects of each factor constituting the safety factor equation were examined using the results of the numerical analysis performed by simulating various cases. It was confirmed that considering the undrained shear strength increment according to depth had the most significant effect on the calculation of the safety factor.
Recently, development paradigm of information system is turning into object oriented and component based, and this methodology is leading the software industry. To acclimatize aptly to this trend, users demand the assessment of software expenses to change with the appropriate model of computing costs of the environment, and some people are actually studying the concept of Object Oriented Function Point and UCP method. Especially, Object Oriented Function Point Measurement Process has good points in overcoming the bound of LOC and the existing the Function Point Measurement Process because Object Oriented Function Point Measurement Process is applicable to the early stage of development project mainly with the used cases, and valid to the life long period as the each stage of software products develops, and always understandable to communicate with users by the UML mark rules. Accordingly, this research is to measure Functional Point at ROFP and AOFP in accordance with the development project of information system by the national defense CBD methodology procedures and UML Interrelation Analysis that are recently and widely used in the developmental environment of object oriented information system. Furthermore, this study suggests the measurement method to obtain Functional Point, and identifies service function and object/class function in the correlation analysis of use case and class based on the products and UML modeling via traditional FPA model and object oriented FPA model. Above all, this study is to demonstrate the improvement of traditional Function Point Measurement Process, IFPUG-CPM and software cost basis, and reveal Function Point Measurement Process, which is appropriate to the development of object oriented information system, and suggest the evaluation results of the compatibility through case studies.
In order to overcome these disadvantages, the halogen light source, which was previously used as a vehicle fog light, has increased power consumption and a short lifetime, and thus, an automobile light source is gradually being replaced with an LED. However, when the vehicle LED fog light is turned on, there is a disadvantage in reducing the life of the fog lamp due to the high heat generated from the LED. The heat generated by the LED inside the fog lamp is mainly emitted by the heatsink, but most of the remaining heat is released to the outside through convection. When cooling efficiency decreases due to convection, thermal energy generates heat to lenses, reflectors, and bezels, which are the main parts of lamps, or generates high temperatures in LED, thereby shortening the life of LED fog lights. In this study, we tried to improve the heat dissipation performance by convection in addition to the heat dissipation method by heat sink, and to determine the installation location of vents that can discharge the internal air or intake the external air of LED fog lamp for vehicle. Thermal fluid analysis was performed to ensure that the optimal data were reflected in the design. The average velocity of air increased in the order of Case3 and Case2 compared to Case1, which is the existing prototype, and the increase rate of Case3 was relatively higher than that of other cases. This is because the vents installed above and below the fog lamps induce the convective phenomena generated according to the temperature difference, and the heat is efficiently discharged with the increase of the air speed.
There is a lot of needs that are not expressed as much as the expressed needs in familiar products and services that are used in daily life such as a smartphone. Finding the 'Inconveniences in familiar use' make it possible to create opportunities for value expanding in the existing products and service area. There are a lot of related works, which have studied the definition of hidden needs and the methods to find it. But, they are making it difficult to address the hidden needs in the cases of familiar use due to focus on the new product or service developing typically. In this study, we try to redefine the hidden needs in the daily familiarity and approach it in the new way to find out. Because of the users' unability to express what they want and the complexity of needs which can not be explained clearly, we can not approach it as the quantitative issue. For this reason, the basic data type selected as the user behavior data excluding all description is the screen-shot of the smartphone. We try to apply the integrated rules and patterns to the individual data using the qualitative coding techniques to overcome the limitations of qualitative analysis based on unstructured data. From this process, We can not only extract meaningful clues which can make to understand the hidden needs but also identify the possibility as a way to discover hidden needs through the review of relevance to actual market trends. The process of finding hidden needs is not easy to systemize in itself, but we expect the possibility to be conducted a reference frame for finding hidden needs of other further studies.
