With the changes of industrial structure, contents and types in hazardous and dangerous works have been changed considerably. However, the hazardous and dangerous works by defined "Regulation for the hazardous and dangerous work employment restriction" and "Special education for safety and health"have not been amended over twenty years. This study aimed to identify the recent trends of the works by analyzing the death accidents cases from 2004 to 2013 and to present the management methods about future hazardous and dangerous works. The results showed that amount of 1,972 cases among 11,513 death accidents were equivalent to the works presented by "Regulation for the hazardous and dangerous work employment restriction". The amount of death accidents in 'Work of using construction equipment following construction machinery management act' was biggest among the death accidents cases and that of 'Work of handling pressure vessels following high-pressure gas safety control act' didn't show up. For the works in "Special education for safety and health"amount of 1,650 death accidents cases were equivalent. The amount of death accidents in 'Work involving a crane with a capacity of 1 ton or more or work which is carried out with a crane or hoist with a capacity of less than 1 ton in a workplace having at least 5 such machines' presented by "Special education for safety and health"was biggest. Also, death accidents case didn't occurred in three works presented by "Special education for safety and health". It was analyzed that works with low death accidents cases should be needed to study thoroughly the whole disaster research involving nonfatal accidents. Poststructuralism gives us a clue to totally understand fashion design, which is in danger of difficulty and frivolous ambiguity caused by indiscreet creating and groundless interpretation of Postmodernism. In addition, it leads us to have a new viewpoint, which is freed from stereotyped past concepts and constraints, with regard to fashion design. The main purpose of this study is to examine the various theoretic systems and characteristic concepts of Poststructuralism, and supply a new cognizance frame to understand the processes of fashion design with free and varied notions of deconstruction and generation, in place of the former systematic and consistent interpretation of meaning. Concerning fashion design, present study employs a two-way research method: analysis of theories and analysis of contents. In analysis of theories, a cognizance frame is proposed that can categorize the concepts of cognizance are classified into Nonboundariness, Otherness, and Textualism, derived from various theories of Poststructuralism, as traits expressed in fashion design. In analysis of contents, 10 fashion designers are chosen who exhibit new works at every Pr$\hat{e}$t-$\acute{a}$-Porter collection. Including 20 works that those designers displayed at Pr$\hat{e}$t-$\acute{a}$-Porter from spring/summer 2001 through autumn/winter 2004-2005, a total of 200 works are analyzed.

During the shipbuilding construction, the repair works will be occurred by various reasons such as the natural disaster, mistakes of engineers or workers, defect of material, and so on. The one of the engineer's responsibilities is to design considering every possibility and to prevent the repair works due to the mistakes during construction stages, but actually it is very difficult and impossible to avoid every mistake. However, it is also the responsibility of engineers to find the best solution for the unavoidable mistakes which is to maintain the capacity of vessel and guarantee the safety for the repair works considering the construction schedules and economic cost. In this paper, it will be introduced the brief of repair works to the structural damage of the moon-pool structure in drillship which is built in our shipyard. For the verification of the structural strength, the fatigue analysis has been carried out based on the guide of Classification society. Furthermore, the modifications of structure design and welding procedure have been applied to avoid the stress concentration in the moon-pool structure.

Literary works are used as materials for various cultural contents including plays, movies, cartoons, and games. According to the results of the previous study, it is possible to create a game story that is plausible and universal even if the game storytelling is carried out using the elements extracted from the source data. It is expected that the analysis of the transformed contents of literary works will be analyzed. In this paper, we analyze the scenario of "Mabinogi" using literary works in domestic online games using Greimas' s actant model. The analyzed results are compared with Hamlet, which is the source of the source, and analyzed the structure, age, background, heroine, goal, theme. This study confirms the change of the narrative when the literature is contents, and the analysis is meaningful in analyzing the transformational patterns of game scenarios based on literary works. I hope that it will contribute to the study of various methods of storytelling by various materials of literature works.

This paper examines the works produced from 2000, the first year of the new millenium, to the late 2006 with a focus on those of Jean Paul Gaultier, a representative designer of deconstruction, in an effort to determine the aesthetic characters of deconstructional fashion. In this context, this paper deals with the theoretical study on the concepts and features of deconstruction as a part of analysis into its fashion using the works of Gaultier as a major source viewed to typically demonstrate the deconstructional characters of fashion. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to 155 works of Gaultier featured from 2001 to 2006 mostly in Vogue, the popular and influencing magazine of the USA(39 pieces in 2001, 30 in 2002, 29 in 2003, 23 in 2004, 12 in 2005 and 22 in 2006, respectively). In particular, 106 fashion pictures were put to analysis as they seemed to represent deconstruction intensively. The deconstructional characters of his works were examined in the categories of difference, inter-meaning, inter-textuality and decomposition on the basis of preceding studies, which resulted in the following outcomes: First, difference was found in 38 works out of 106 images, accounting for 36%, the biggest frequency; Second, inter-meaning accounted for 33% with 35 pieces, most frequently next to difference; Third, inter-textuality followed inter-meaning with 17 images or 15% in terms of frequency; Fourth, decomposition was revealed in 16 images in the same ratio of 15% as inter-textuality.

This research analyzed the importance and influence of color expression on psychological and emotional changes of visual perception in the creation of art works. This research takes the element of the sky in the works of Vincent William Van Gogh, a Dutch post-Impressionist representative painter, as the basic research objective to prove the influence of color expression of the same thing on the inner emotional communication of the creator. After synthesizing the contents of previous research and investigation on Van Gogh, this research will summarize the works containing sky elements in Van Gogh's works according to his four creative stages, and select representative works for color analysis and comparison. In this paper, by comparing the colors of the same elements of the sky, we can find Van Gogh's guidance of psychological and emotional changes through the expression of colors in his works, which will play a certain inspiring role in the creation of painting art.

A compact ANSI/EIA 709.1 protocol analyzer system suited for maintenance of LonWorks network for safety management of underground facilities was developed and tested. The hardware is based on the TMS320LF2406A embedded system, and the software was designed using Visual C++6.0 under Windows XP environment. Connected to the LonWorks network the developed protocol analyzer decodes the raw packets and pass them to the master PC through USB port. Then on the PC the packets are processed and analyzed in various aspects and the key features that are essential to the maintenance of LonWorks network installed at underground facilities are displayed in a user-friendly format. Performance of the developed protocol analyzer was evaluated through a series of experiments, by measuring the speed of packet analysis and the error rate. The protocol analyzer proved to work reliably even under the increased bandwidth. However, more comprehensive tests under various underground environmental conditions are desired.

This study Is about the situation of contemporary landscape architecture design in Korea. The conceptual framework of interpretation for landscape architectural works is formulated to define the design trends of today′s professional works The study′s analytical method is composed of the survey of attitudes questionnaire, the analysis of design composition techniques and conclusions drawn from the comments of contemporary landscape architectural critics. Among 975 members of the Korean Institute of Landscape Architecture, 318 professionals responded to the survey questionnaire. The survey revealed that landscape architects in Korea are concerned about the profession′s reduced contributions to the sharping of the built environment. However, they are optimistic about its future. Ten top design works were selected from the surveys′ answers and were analyzed for the design characteristics which could best represent the trends of the last thirty years. Several design critiques and comments about the professional works were cited to reinforce the outlined "-ty" of the contemporary design phenomena. The study identified the following distinguished design trends of contemporary Korean landscape architectural works They are as follows: Themelessty, Powerity, Traditionality, Monumentality, Non-contextuality and Over-designity. These trends identify the overall prevailing conditions of Korean landscape architectural design over the past thirty years.

The purpose of this study is to integrate a structural design Process of framed steel structures. It is composed of analysis, design, drafting and construction management. However each step of these works involved with a large amount of data and man hour resources. The aim of this study is to alleviate time consuming efforts mentioned above by integrating the different stage of works. Very successful results have been achieved by setting up a common database in whole process and applying the techniques of knowledge base system.

Recently, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has amended the law to Design for Safety in working design stage of construction work. There should be informed the disaster likelihood and severity of unit-works to decide risk of unit-works in Design for Safety. Therefore, the construction disaster data of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ corporation were classified as 24 unit-works and the disaster likelihood and severity of unit works were analyzed in this study. The safety management level of unit-works which based on analysis data was suggested 3 groups; special management and emphasis management, regular management. The results of this study can be used as basic information to perform Design for Safety in construction. And this information will be able to reduce the disaster.
