  • Method of remodeling builder selection for remodeling is competitive bidding. also metropolitan city, megalopolis city, city more than 50million have to do basic plan for remodeling before establishment of a housing cooperative. Purpose of basic plan is improvement of living conditions & the Quality of Life for resident. Technical Proposal Tendering in spite of being the a reasonable bidding system, institutional part, appraisal standard and the item part, consider procedure pard is performed in a similar way to the existing bidding system. so, technical proposal tendering is appropriate for future Method of builder selection of remodeling. therefore, the study purpose is a evaluation element of technical proposal tendering for apartment remodeling business The methods of study is understanding concept through review of precedent literature. Efficiency at Energy Industry : A Comparison of Energy Consumption Efficiency among Asian Pacific Countries

  • This paper proposes a scheme to estimate the technical efficiency of energy consumption and production and shadow prices of $CO_2$ emission in country-level at Asia Pacific countries by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The result of technical efficiency estimation shows that there exists an heterogeneity and a substantial opportunity for improvement in technical efficiency at energy consumption and production across countries, specially in the $CO_2$ emission, which implies that more pollutant are spread in air. Each country will have the different willingness to pay for the additional $CO_2$ emission right and this result enables us to predict the competition in international $CO_2$ emission right market.

  • In this paper, development of TIM Module for constructing PDM will be introduced. Technical information relevant product data influences cost, quality, precision and productivity. One of the very important feature of product data is organizing not by oneself but very closed to many technical information such as document, file, image and analysis sheet. To manage various technical information, several kinds of management system are used in multi level of production system. PDM and TIM systems are being developed for suitable purpose and are in need of Network technology, Information Technology, Database, sharing and distributing information. Developed TIM system is based on Web environment. By using this system, we can manage systematic technical information and reduce cost for constructing PDM system. And also we will put to practical use another technical information management system for mold plant.

의료서비스 품질, 서비스 가치, 고객만족 및 고객충성도 간의 인과관계 (Causal Relationships among Quality, Service Value, Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationships among quality of health care service, service value, satisfaction and loyalty as perceived by hospital inpatients. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 654 hospital inpatients. Analysis of the data was done with both SPSS Win 17.0 for descriptive statistics and AMOS 18.0 for the structural equation model. Results: The modified model yielded Chi-square=7.96 (p=.019), df=2, $x^2$/df=3.98, GFI=.99, AGFI=.96, RMSEA=.07, NFI=.99, CFI=.99, TLI=.98 and showed good fit indices. Three dimensions of quality had significant direct effects on service value. Functional quality, technical quality and service value had significant direct effects on customer satisfaction. Technical quality, service value, and customer satisfaction had significant direct effects on customer loyalty. Conclusion: These results suggest that quality of health care is an important element in service value, and through both quality and service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty can be enhanced. Further study with a larger sample from various hospitals and a longitudinal design is necessary.

고령자 1인 가구의 스트레스와 우울증이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Stress and Depression on the Quality of Life in Single Elderly Households)

  • Objects: In this study, we analyzed the correlation between stress and depression related to the quality of life of one elderly household, and analyzed the influence of stress and depression on the quality of life. In this study, I tried to make a plan for improving the quality of life for one elderly. Methods: In this study, the frequency and percentage according to the general characteristics of one elderly household were frequency analyzed. And the mean and standard deviation of stress, depression, quality of life were analyzed on average. And continuous analysis of stress, depression, quality of life, etc., conducted a technical analysis. Relationship to stress, depression, quality of life, correlation analysis was done. The effect of stress and depression on the quality of life was linear regression analysis. SPSS Version 23.0 was used for analysis. Result: Increased stress and increased depression in elderly single households was a static (+) correlation. And the results of the regression analysis showed that the higher the stress and depression of one elderly household, the lower the quality of life. Conclusion: For the improvement of the quality of life of one elderly household, the government should support stress and depression prevention programs according to sex, age, number of chronic diseases.

  • 미래 핵심인 SW산업의 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여, SW 분야의 세계적인 기술변화에 대응하고 향후 SW 산업의 분석 및 설계를 주도할 아키텍트 수준의 SW 기술 인력 양성이 요구된다. 그러나 현재의 상황은 일정 수준의 경력에 따른 SW 기술 인력이 일반관리자로 전직하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이러한 현실을 해결하고 SW 기술 인력의 질적 수준을 제고하기 위해서 국내 SW 기술 인력의 체계적이고 효과적인 성장방향을 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 SW 기술 인력의 체계적이고 효과적인 성장방향을 제시하면서, 고급 SW 분석/설계 인력의 경력 경로를 제시하며 이를 실현할 수 있는 방만을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The facility diagnosis technique of past subjective judged the technical expert and interpreted stably mainly. The facility the periodical civil official becomes indispensability consequently with the law and the system and objectivity inspection which relates with a this and development of diagnosis technique were necessary. Currently the evaluation elements which relate with an inspection and diagnosis technique depended to the subjectivity of each facility quality, data statistics, diagnosis know-how, various circumstance and the technical expert and the evaluation item came to decide. But the evaluation score distribution of marks of each item depended plentifully in data analysis result and experience. The past method is weak in logically because the objection theoretical background and basis are insufficiency. Consequently in order to apply a data analysis result and an experience logically, it used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method from this research. It is visible with the fact that the application result reconfirmation and complement process will be necessary the technique which is suitable in the multi facility management. Also it is expected with the fact that the application characteristic from the next relation technique will be excellent.

의료관광객과 병원 종사자간의 한국 의료관광 서비스에 대한 인식차이 분석 (The Analysis of South Korea Medical Tourism Services for the Differences Perceptions by Medical Tourists and Hospital Staffs)

  • Recently, medical market has been changing not for the sake of treatment of the disease but for high quality of health. Therefore, South Korea medical tourism service needs to understand and improve for the differences perceptions of medical tourists and health professionals for customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to understand the structure of medical tourism market through theoretical consideration and to suggest the factors which need to be taken precedence for improvement of South Korea medical tourism service through analysis differences between consumers and suppliers. To analyze the difference of awareness, we reconstructed the questionnaires focussing on evaluation factors and articles about medical tourists selection attributes and health professionals way to invigoration through previous research and precedence study. After that, we also collected the data based on reconstructed questionnaires. After we compared each collected responses from medical tourists and health professionals, also analyzed the differences of awareness by applying Johari's Window to those differences. In conclusion, there is no relation between medical tourist and health professionals about th differences of awareness in functional quality and cost that is a direct effect to transaction in current medical tourism of South Korea. In contrast, there are differences of awareness between a process which support medical tourism and technical quality. Therefor, we expect to invigorate medical tourism by innovation of supportive process and technical quality.

  • Electron microscopy is an important investigation and analytical method for the morphological characterization of various cellulosic materials, such as micro-crystalline cellulose (MCC), microfibrillated cellulose (MFC), nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC), and cellulose nanocrystals (CNC). However, more accurate morphological analysis requires high-quality micrographs acquired from the proper use of an electron microscope and associated sample preparation methods. Understanding the interaction of electron and matter as well as the importance of sample preparation methods, including drying and staining methods, enables the production of high quality images with adequate information on the nanocellulosic materials. This paper provides a brief overview of the micro and nano structural analysis of cellulose, as investigated using transmission and scanning electron microscopy.

  • Hot-Press-Forming (HPF), an advanced sheet metal forming method using stamping at a high temperature of about $900^{\circ}C$ and quenching in an internally cooled die set, is one of the most successful forming process in producing crash-resistant parts such as pillars and bumpers with complex shape, ultrahigh strength, and minimum springback. To optimize conditions of a forming quality in HPF process and secure a safe product without any failures, such as fractures and wrinkling, the simulations based on the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis for a hot-press-formed lower control arm are applied with Taguchi's orthogonal array experiment. Three factor variables - the friction coefficient, blank shape, and hole location for burring - are selected to be optimized. The most effective condition of a forming quality for a hot-press-formed lower control arm is suggested. The simulation results are confirmed with experimental ones.
