유정압테이블의 정밀도향상을 위한 수정가공 알고리즘 (Corrective machining Algorithm for Improving the Motion Accuracy of Hydrostatic Table)

  • For improving the motion accuracy of hydrostatic table, corrective machining algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm consists of three main processes. Reverse analysis is performed firstly to estimate rail profile from measured linear and angular motion error, in the algorithm. For the next step, correctwe machining information is decided as referring to the estimating rail profile. Finally, motion errors on correctively machined rail are analized by using motion error analysls method proposed in the previous paper. These processes can be rtcrated if the analized motion errors are worse than target accuracy. In order to verify the validity of the algorithm theoretically, motion errors by the estimated rail after corrective machining are compared with motion errors by true rail assumed as the measured value. Estimated motion errors show good agreement with assumed values, and it is confirmed that the algorithm IS effective to acquire the corrective machming information to improve the accuracy of hydrostatic table.

  • In this paper the error equations of the SDINS aligned by the gyrocompass are derived considering that the alignment errors are correlated to the sensor errors. Also the navigation errors due to the correlated errors are simulated by this error equations. The simulations are performed by the covariance analysis method, assumed all the sensor errors are random constants. The simulation results show that while the INS maintains the alignment attitude the cancellation takes place between the correlated errors, but once the INS changes attitude this cancellation effect is perturbed.

  • A new model utilizing a transfer function is introduced in the present paper for analizing motion errors of hydrostatic tables. Relationship between film reaction force in a single hydrostatic pad and form error of a guide rail is derived at various spacial frequencies by finite element analysis, and it is expressed as a transfer function. This transfer function clarifies so called averaging effect of the oil film quantitively. For example, it is found that the amplitide of the film reaction force is reduced as the spacial frequency increases or relative width of the pocket is reduced. Motion errors of a multiple pad table is estimated from transfer function, geometric relationship between each pads and form errors of a guide rail, which is named as Transfer Function Method. Calculated motion errors by TFM show good agreement with motion errors calculated by Multi Pad Method, which is considered entire table as an analysis object. From the results, it is confirmed that the proposed TFM is very effective to analyze the motion errors of hydrostatic tables.

환자안전사고 보고서를 통한 간호사 투약오류 분석 (Analysis of Medication Errors of Nurses by Patient Safety Accident Reports)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the characteristics of nurses' medication errors during three years. Methods: Retrospective survey study design was used to analyze medication errors by nurses among patient safety accidents. Data were collected for three years from January, 2017 to December, 2019. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, 𝑥2-test, and logistic regression with SPSS 26.0 program. Results: Of a total 677 medication errors, 40.6% were caused by nurses. Among the medication errors, near miss (n=154, 56.0%), intravenous bolus injection (n=170, 61.8%), wrong dose (n=102, 37.1%) and carelessness for repetitive work (n=98, 35.6%) were the most common. Medication errors differed by department, and nurses' career, and patient safety accident type. The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of adverse events were medication of fluids (OR=3.93, 95% CI: 1.26~12.27), insulin subcutaneous injection (OR=39.06, 95% CI: 4.58~333.18), and occurrence of extravasation/infiltration (OR=7.26, 95% CI: 1.85~28.53). Conclusion: The simplest and most effective way to prevent medication errors is to keep 5 right, and a differentiated education program according to department and nurse career is needed rather than general education programs. Hospital-level integrated interventions such as a medication barcode system or a team nursing method are also necessary.

  • The permissible positioning error of the transducer used in reactor inspection must be within 10 mm. To implement the required precision it is necessary to manufacture all components affecting the positioning mechanism correctly and precisely. In addition, it is also necessary to handle error factors accurately. This paper describes the activities of the findings and corrections of the errors which were occurred in experiments. Those activities are; i) Categorization of error factors, ii) Cause analysis of errors, iii) Correction of errors founded in experiments by the analysis of laser induction type and by the validation of real measurement of horizontal, vertical baselines.

스테레오 영상분석에 기반한 DSM 과대오차영역의 자동검출기법연구 (A Study on Automatic Detection of the Gross Errors on DSM Using Stereo Image Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 고해상도 스테레오 영상분석에 기반하여 DSM에 존재하는 오차들을 효율적으로 검출하는 기법을 제시한다. 스테레오 영상정합을 통한 DSM 자동생성은 여러 가지 측면에서 DSM 확보를 위한 유용한 방법이 될 수 있는데, 자동생성 과정에서 발생하는 과대오차들을 포함하고 있어 이를 개선하기 위한 효율적 검출 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 고해상도 스테레오 영상을 활용한 상관계수 분석 기법을 적용하여 DSM의 모든 격자의 신뢰도를 나타낸다. 제안 기법을 적용하면, DSM 정확도에 치명적인 영향을 주어 우선적으로 보정이 요구되는 과대오차 지역을 자동으로 검출할 수 있다. 해당 지역의 참값 DSM을 활용하여 제안기법의 신뢰성을 확인하였으며 실험결과로부터 제안기법이 효율적인 DSM 보정을 위한 유용한 DSM 오차분석 기법이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 제안된 기법은 다양한 DSM 및 DEM 자료의 오차분석에 활용이 가능하며 따라서, 신뢰성 있는 DSM 및 DEM 확보에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

인지심리학의 관점에서 수학적 오류의 분석가능성 탐색 (Cognitive Psychological Approaches on Analysing Students' Mathematical Errors)

  • 본 연구는 기존의 수학적 오류에 대한 연구들이 취했던 학생들의 현재 상태를 바탕으로 다양한 오류를 분석하는 방식이 아니라, 학생들의 문제해결과정에서 나타나는 수학적 오류를 인지심리학의 관점에서 분석가능한지를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에, 본 연구는 Pauscal-Leone의 신피아제 이론을 중심으로 Schoenfeld의 구조 분석 단계(levels of analysis and structure)모형과 개념적, 인과적 관계의 이해를 형식화하는 도구로서 퍼지 인지 맵(Fuzzy Cognitive Map)을 활용하여 학생들의 증명 문제해결 과정에서 나타나는 오류를 분석하고 오도요인을 진단하였다. 연구 결과, 주어진 명제에서 정보를 해석할 때 F조작자가 강하게 활성화되어 나타나는 오도 요인으로 인하여 학생들은 증명에 필요한 개념노드를 충분하게 인출하지 못하거나 인과관계가 없는 개념노드를 나름대로 논리적으로 연결하여 잘못된 증명을 하고 있었다. 오류와 관련된 인지구조는 학생 나름대로의 논리적 알고리듬에 의한 LC 학습의 결과로 형성된 LC 학습구조로 볼 수 있다.

  • In this paper, the protective relay setting rules of Korean electric power system are studied by analysis of errors to be considered. An accurate operation of protective relays with accurate settings are important in power system reliability. The setting rules are used from the first establishment in 1982 and revision in 1990 Therefore, it needs revise and analysis of the setting rules because of environmental changes such as voltage raise or applied new technology of power system. Two major setting rules are studied. One is the rule for Zones of distance relay for transmission lines. The other is the one of differential current in a differential relay for power transformers. The range of errors in the setting rules accepted in the field experience is studied in simulation of case study. Also some guide lines for the range of errors in the setting rules are presented from the case study using Matlab simulation.

The Design and Implementation of Anomaly Traffic Analysis System using Data Mining

  • Advanced computer network technology enables computers to be connected in an open network environment. Despite the growing numbers of security threats to networks, most intrusion detection identifies security attacks mainly by detecting misuse using a set of rules based on past hacking patterns. This pattern matching has a high rate of false positives and can not detect new hacking patterns, which makes it vulnerable to previously unidentified attack patterns and variations in attack and increases false negatives. Intrusion detection and analysis technologies are thus required. This paper investigates the asymmetric costs of false errors to enhance the performances the detection systems. The proposed method utilizes the network model to consider the cost ratio of false errors. By comparing false positive errors with false negative errors, this scheme achieved better performance on the view point of both security and system performance objectives. The results of our empirical experiment show that the network model provides high accuracy in detection. In addition, the simulation results show that effectiveness of anomaly traffic detection is enhanced by considering the costs of false errors.

인적오류 분석기법의 국내외 활용 현황 및 국내 철도 산업에의 적용 방안 (An Investigation of Human Error Analysis Techniques in Various Industries with Implications for the Korean Railway Industry)

  • Since human errors are being recognized as one of the primary issues in railway safety, there is a definite need for human error analysis techniques that can identify the types of errors and their causes and derive effective countermeasures to help reduce their future probability. But, for some reasons, there are not yet systematic procedures or techniques for analyzing human errors in the Korean railway industry. This paper introduces several techniques that have been developed and utilized for analyzing human errors in Korean and overseas nuclear power aviation railway, offshore oil industry, etc., and summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of each technique. Based on the Investigation of the techniques, the paper also discusses the implications for the development of a human error analysis system for the Korean railway industry.
