Objective: The purpose of this study is to present practice guidelines on what physical therapy students must learn during clinical training and how to evaluate them. Design: Design & development research Methods: A Delphi survey was conducted with 16 experts. Experts who participated in the study were asked to respond to 15 musculoskeletal system, 14 nervous system, and 12 physical factor therapy items through an online survey with a 5-point Likert score for each item regarding suitability and importance. Results: As a result of defining the core basic physical therapy skills that students in the Department of Physical Therapy must learn through clinical practice and in the process of evaluating them, there was a strong opinion that among the specific fields of physical therapy, evaluation items related to the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and cardiorespiratory system were important. On the contrary, physical factor therapy showed poor results. Conclusions: In a previous study, opinions on the specialty of physical therapists were collected from current physical therapists, and the field of physical factor therapy was evaluated low. I think this reflects the perception that treatment using electricity has been commonly used in the field of physical therapy for a long time and does not require deep expertise among clinicians. Physical therapy clinical practice guidelines and efficient operation plans for clinical practice were presented. Through this, it can be usefully applied in hospitals where physical therapy students undergo clinical training in the future.
The addition and evaluation of health impact items in Environmental Impact Assessment document are written in hygiene and public health items only for specific development projects and are being reviewed. However, after the publication of the evaluation manual on the addition and evaluation of health impact items in 2011, there is a demand for continuous methodology and improvement plans despite partial improvement. Therefore, in order to propose a methodological improvement of the evaluation manual, this technical paper identified detailed improvement requirements based on the consultation opinions on hygiene and public health items, and investigated and suggested ways to solve this problem by reviewing the contents of the research so far. As for the improvement requirements, the contents related to mitigation plan, post management, effect prediction, assessment, and present-condition investigation were presented in Environmental Impact Assessment documents for the entire development project at a frequency of 93%, 85%, 80%, 74%, and 67%, respectively. Particularly, the detailed improvement requirements related to mitigation plan consisted of an establishment direction and a management of development project. Considering the current evaluation manual and the frequency of improvement requirements, this paper proposed concrete methods or improvement plans for major methodologies for each classification of hygiene and public health items. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation methodology related to whether a project is implemented was proposed, which is not provided in the current assessment manual.
Although several industrial revolutions and technological developments have provided time for modern people, more than 75% of modern people are currently suffering from the problem of "lack of time". Therefore, in this paper, it was judged that it was necessary to improve the mobile APP service for efficient time management of modern people, and a study was conducted on the development of usability evaluation tools. First, the current status was analyzed through case studies of six time management apps with different purposes, and then usability studies were conducted to establish a total of five evaluation principles with operability, cognition, user suitability, minimization of work errors, and sharing. Based on this, a draft of the time management mobile app usability evaluation item was prepared, and a total of 44 usability evaluation tool items were derived through three Delphi surveys of design experts over 5 years and less than 10 years. As a result, intuitive screen and menu composition and user's perception of content were evaluated as the most important factors, and conclusions such as the need to improve the structure and function of the main content screen for user error prevention and usability were drawn. This study will not only contribute to improving the usability of existing time management mobile apps, but will also be used as a material for designing an integrated time management platform for efficient time management and purpose promotion in the future, and is expected to be used as an academic reference.

The purpose of this research is to acquire emotional data on luminous source by measuring and evaluating human emotional response to the change of the optical feature of luminous environment Luminous sources used in actual architectural space were selected with the optical feature of luminous soured then to measure and analysis human emotional response on Luminous Source. This study developed a test entitled Clinical Critical Thinking Skills (CCTS) by using item response theory (IRT) and examined its validity. In the development stage, data obtained from a convenience sample of 627 undergraduate nursing students were analyzed using a discrimination and difficulty index with the TestAn 1.0 program. In the evaluation stage, data from a convenience sample of 284 nursing and non-nursing students were analyzed using a discrimination and difficulty index with the BILOG-MG program. Criterion validity was verified by the group comparison method. Five items received low discrimination index scores according to the IRT results. In terms of the criterion validity, CCTS scores differed according to major (t=2.21, p=0.028), location of high school (F=4.35, p=0.014), clinical experience (t=5.66, p=0.004), and grade point average (F=7.17, p< 0.001). The CCTS can be used to measure critical thinking skills in the clinical setting.

Assessment of program achievement is an essential item to analyze and improve the engineering education program. Program achievements are the abilities to be obtained after finishing the 4 year engineering program, and the program achievements should be evaluated for the quality improvement of program. There are two important considerations to determine the assessment method. the first one is reliability and the second one is the feasibility. In this paper, we propose a assessment tools and introduce the assessment methods of program outcomes. The proposed method is designed to enhance the reliability and feasibility of assessment in engineering education.
The purpose of this study was to develop Nurse's Suffering Experience Scale and to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. Method: The subjects used to verify the scale's reliability and validity were 220 nurses who were taking care of the end stage cancer patients, while working at university and general hospitals in Daegu and Kyungbuk province from April 20. to July 10, 2001. The data was analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 8.0 program. Results: A factor analysis was conducted, and items that had a factor loading more than .40, and an eigen value more than 1.0. were selected. The factor analysis classified a total of seven factors statistically, and it's communality was 44%. The explanation of factors based on the conceptual framework and item content are as follows: The first factor was expanding self consciousness, the second factor was forming empathy with family, the third factor was professional challenge, the fourth factor was change of values, the fifth factor was spiritual sublimation, the sixth factor was helplessness, and finally the seventh factor was rejection to death. Cronbach's coefficient to test reliability of the scale was .8665 for total of 44 items. The Scale for Nurse's Suffering Experience developed in the study was identified as a tool with a high degree of reliability and validity. Therefore this scale can be effectively utilized for the evaluation of the degree of nurse's suffering experience in clinical settings.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the Nurse Presence Scale and to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. Method: The subjects verifying the scale's reliability and validity were adult patients being treated in three artificial kidney unit in Pusan and Taegu from August 1 to October 15, 2000. The data was analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 8.0 program. Result: A factor analysis and was conducted items that had a factor loading more than .40, and an eigen value more than 1.0 were seleclted. The factor analysis classified a total of seven factors statistically, but the seventh factor was excluded because community was less than 4%. Therefore, there were six factors, and its communality was 62%. The explanation of domain and factors based on the conceptual framework and item content are as follows: The first factor was 'interaction' in emotional areas, the second domain was 'empathy' in cognitive areas, the third was 'attention' in emotional areas, the fourth was 'openness' in emotional areas, the fifth was 'sensitivity' in behavioral areas, and the sixth was 'physical assist' in behavioral areas. Cronbach's α coefficient to test reliability of the scale was .9766 for a total 49 items. Conclusion: The Scale for Nurse Presence developed in the study was identified as a tool with a high degree of reliability and validity. Therefore, this scale can be effectively utilized for the evaluation of nurse presence in clinical settings.
Objectives: A case report is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of case reports from the Journal of Korean Medicine by the CARE (CAse REport) Guideline. Methods: Case reports published in the Journal of Korean Medicine from January 2016 to March 2020 were searched from Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). We assessed the quality of reporting based on CARE (CAse REport) guideline as 'Sufficient', 'Not-Sufficient' and 'Not-Report'. Results: A total of 22 case reports were finally included for the assessment. The reporting items were reported as of reporting quality. After checking the result, there was a deviation in the sub-item reporting rate by a maximum 89.29%, a minimum 66.67% and a median 82.14% in case reports. Also after checking the quality in case reports by 28 detailed items in CARE guidelines, there were not reported 77% or more in the 5 sub-items 'Intervention adherence and tolerability', 'Informed consent', 'Adverse and unanticipated events', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Patient perspective'. Conclusion: There is a need to improve the quality of case reports in the journal of Korean Medicine based on various studies using CARE guideline.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a Korean questionnaire to measure resilience in children with chronic illness. Methods: Item construction was drawn from an extensive review of the literature, existing questionnaires and interviews with parents. Content validity was tested by experts. To further refine the questionnaire and test its reliability and validity, data were collected from the 202 children with asthma, diabetes mellitus or nephrotic syndrome. Corrected items were used to total correlation coefficient and test-retest reliability. Questionnaire testing was conducted using factor analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$, and correlation coefficients. Validity of the questionnaire was tested using internal consistency, construct validity, and criterion-related validity. Results: Components of the questionnaire were in three domains; interpersonal characteristics, characteristics of coping, and intrapersonal characteristics. Factor analysis is showed five factors; positive self-understanding, self-reliance, resourcefulness, perception of positive family relationships, and intimacy. The questionnaire showed a high internal consistency. A significant positive correlation with the Numerical Rating Score and negative correlation with the Child Depression Inventory support the validity of the questionnaire. Conclusion: This instrument demonstrated high reliability and validity. Therefore, this instrument can contribute to the evaluation of resilience of chronically ill children and to any subsequent intervention as well as to develop a theory for resilience.
