  • 셀룰로즈 직물은 easy care 성능을 부여하기 위하여 가교제로 처리된다. 현재 공업적으로 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 DMDHEU와 같은 N-methyol계 가교제는 공정 중 또는 처리된 제품의 저장 중에 발암물질인 포름알데하이드를 유리시키는 경향이 있어 포름알데하이드를 유리시키지 않는 가교결합제의 개발이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 이러한 비포르말린계 가교제 중 글리옥살은 그 성능은 매우 뛰어나지만 DP 처리시 사용되는 촉매인 aluminium sulfate는 처리직물의 강도저하와 항변을 일으키는 단점을 지니고 있다[1].   • The effect of the cross-rolling on the evolution of the deformation texture and the subsequent annealing texture was studied in 5182 aluminium alloy. The orientation density near {011}<110>. The weak ${\beta}$-fiber orientations in the deformation texture lead to the randomization of the annealing texture, whereas the strong ${\beta}$-fiber orientations lead to the strong Cube orientation in the annealing texture. The development of the strong rotated Cube orientation in the annealing texture seemed to be related with the decrease in the R-value.

W 섬유강화 알루미늄합금 복합재료 계면거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interface Behavior of Aluminium Alloy Martrix Composites Reinforced with W Fiber)

  • 7072Al 을 기지로하고 W 섬유를 강화재로 사용하여 진공 hot press 에서 복합재료를 제조한 후 시간을 변수로 열처리하여 처리시간에 다른 계변층의 변화와 이에 따른 기계적 성질의 변화를 비교 검토하였다. 각종기기(SEM, XRD 등)를 사용하여 계면층을 분석한 결과 처리시간이 10시간까지는 계면층의 변화는 미미하였으나 10시간을 초과하면서 계면층은 현저히 성장하기 시작했다. 이 계면층은 취성이 있는 $WAl_{12}$$WAl_5$의 화합물로 확인되었다. 이 화합물층의 생성은 기계적성질의 저하를 초래화고 있었다. 즉 인장강도가 처리시간이 10시간을 초과하면서 현저하게 감소하고 있었다. 또한, 파괴양상은 계면화합물층으로 인해 열처리한 후에는 열처리전의 연성파괴에서 취성파괴로 변화되었다.

  • 본 연구는 동일한 코어재를 가지는 알루미늄과 유리섬유의 하니컴 샌드위치 판넬의 저속 충격시 발생하는 충격 거동 및 압축 실험을 통하여 압축 강도와 압축 계수를 살펴본다. 저속 충격을 받는 하니컴의 충격 거동을 살펴보기 위하여 중량 낙하식 충격 시험을 실시하며, 충격을 가한 후 데이터 분석 및 현미경을 통하여 전형적인 충격파손모드와 손상정도를 비교 평가하였다. 동일한 충격에너지일 때 유리섬유 하니컴 샌드위치 판넬이 알루미늄 하니컴 샌드위치 판넬보다 최대 하중이 높고, 탄성 에너지가 크며, 충격 강도가 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

알루미늄 합금제 어선건조를 위한 선체구조기준 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standard of Ship Hull Construction for Aluminium Alloys Fishing Boats)

  • The ship hull construction materials of fishing boat has changed in order that wooden, steel, and fiber glass reinforced plastic(FRP). The fishing boat made from FRP has increased every year because that materials has proved excellent of the characteries for fishing boats construction members. Recently, FRP tend towards evasion for the pollution of air enviroment. Therefore. the materials of fishing boat construction must be exchanged by another one. Aluminium alloys must be recommended for fishing boats construction mateials because that is light weight and corrosion resisting in the sea water. Regulation of the standard of ship hull construction for aluminium alloys fishing boats did not enact laws in the interior now. Therefore, this regulation was studied by the following items. that is Rudder, Bottom construction, Side hull plate construction, Deck plate construction, piller. Water tight bulkhead, Deep tank, Fish tank, Stern construction, Superstructure, Deck house construction, Hatch, Engine room opening, Hatch opening, Bulwark, Welding and Rivet etc. A study on the regulation will be contributed to enact laws for fishing boat construction of aluminium alloys.

유리섬유 강화 플라스틱과 알루미늄 합금 접합을 위한 유한요소해석 (Finite element analysis for joining glass fiber reinforced plastic and aluminium alloy sheets)

  • Self-piercing rivet(SPR) is mechanical joining methods and which can be joining dissimilar materials. Unlike conventional riveting, SPR also needs no pre-drilled holes. During plastically deformation, SPR pierces upper sheet and joins it to under sheet. SPR has been mainly applied to the joining the automobile body and some materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polymer and aluminum alloy, which represent the sheet-formed materials for lightweight automobile. Glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) has been considered as a partial application of the automobile body which is lighter than steels and stronger than aluminium alloys. It is needed SPR to join Al alloy sheets and GFRP ones. In this paper, in order to design the rivet and anvil, which are suitable for GFRP, the joinability was examined through simulations of SPR joining between GFRP and Al alloy sheets. For this study, AutoCAD was used for the modeling and the simulated using commercial FEM code DEFORM-2D. The simulated results for SPR process joining between GFRP and Al alloys were confirmed by the same conditions as experimental trials.

틸팅 열차용 허니콤 복합판재의 투과손실 (Transmission loss of Honeycomb Composite Panel of the Tilting Train)

  • In a tilting train, aluminium honeycomb composite panel is used for the high speed and light weight. Side wall of the tilting train includes the composite panel of carbon fiber, aluminium honeycomb and epoxy fiber as a main structure. In this study, we measure the transmission loss (TL) of the honeycomb composite panel and analyse the sound insulation performance by using the orthotropic plate model. We investigate experimentally how the air gap, plywood and glass wool improve the sound insulation performance of the composite panel. The purpose of the study is to provide practical information for the improvement of TL of the honeycomb composite panel used for the tilting train.

순수 알루미늄 다층 박판의 Fiber 레이저 겹치기 용접 특성 (Characteristics of Fiber Laser Lap Welding of Pure Aluminum Multi-thin Plate)

  • In this study, we analyzed and compared the ultrasonic welding with the laser welding for the pure aluminium thin plates in a series of secondary lithium-ion batteries which are currently being produced by the ultrasonic welding; and performed the experiment for the purpose of the preceding study to replace the ultrasonic welding method with the laser welding method. As a result, the weld width of ultrasonic welding was 5mm, but that of laser welding was about 1~1.5 mm. As a result of tension test, the tensile strength was high when the pulse duration hour was short at the low peak power, while the high tensile strength was achieved when the pulse duration hour was long at the high peak power. The value of tensile strength was higher in the ultrasonic welding while the laser welding showed a maximum 45% better result as for the welding width.

폴리아크릴로니트릴 나노섬유의 환원 및 특성 (I) (Properties of Reduced Polyacrylonitrile Nano Fiber (I))

  • In order to prepare PAN nano fiber web, PAN/DMF solution was prepared and electrospun. The diameter of fiber was depended on the polymer concentration (7.5-15wt%) and the applied voltage (10-16kV). The average diameter of fiber increased with an increase of the polymer concentration and decreased with the applied voltage. At 7.5wt% concentration, many beads were found. So, we prepared a nano PAN fiber by electrospinning at concentration of 10wt% and 16kV. PAN fibers were reduced with litium aluminium hydride and the dyeability to acid dye was checked. The reduced nano PAN fiber showed much better dyeability compared with the reduced ordinary PAN fiber. It was considered that the increase of specific surface area have an important role in dyeing with acid dye.
