Off-Site Construction is being widely adopted as an alternative to solve endemic problems in construction industry such as low productivity and efficiency. However, it is strongly recommended to examine the transportation process to be optimized because it determines the size of a modular and influences the cost of the construction. Therefore, in this study simulation model for optimization of modular construction transportation plan was developed using AnyLogic. As a result of the study, the influence of trailer transport capacity and transport time increases as the number of modular which should be transported from factory to site increases.

This study focuses on hydrological changes caused by developments in the 13th, 14th (Motjarigol) district in Eun Pyoung New Town, Seoul on the basis of the Land Use Planning of development plan. Through analyses from the hydrological experiments about rainfall outflow using universal equation and amounts of infiltration through soils, the changes in amounts of overflows were estimated and the results were discussed from a urban ecological point of view. As a result, it has been predicted that the amount of rainfall outflow at post-development was dramatically increased, compared to pre-development. Installing of Derbris Dams and infiltration facilities were suggested as alternative plan to meditigate these changes. If we apply these alternatives, the rainfall outflow would be reduced up to 30% compared to the development plan without BMPs (Best Management Practice). In conclusion, it is proposed that once the ecological principles were considered during development planning process, we can minimize the adverse effects of developments to our environments.

The major goal of this study is drawing design plan factors considering residents' life cycle and life style when remodeling design is needed. By drawing such design factors, the study will propose an alternative remodeling design plan. Such design method was defined as Multi-Dimensional module design method. And constructing data-system based on Multi-Dimensional module was secondary goal in this study. The details are as follows: Based on analysis of Residents' demand for remodeling and features of emotion-design applied to remodeling, the system which is suitable for application in remodeling design method was conducted. Based on the type of construction materials, the level value was set up according to emotion-factor application. Also, by conducting coding operation according to the distinction of construction materials, this study seeks the unit drawing method of information for constructing emotion-information system.

This study is aimed to review the previous research accomplishments with analysis of problems and to suggest the counter plan for the watershed management and the ongoing research strategy. Phytoremediation provides a cost-effective techniques having a merit of low investment and maintenance cost. It could be one of the best techniques, which is an alternative plan to overcome economical situation and lack of experts in our country. In forest watershed affected by waste water and heavy metal pollutants should be controlled by vegetative remediation system, but the disposal techniques of harvested plant materials should be developed. Also, high degree areas of natural vegetation as a key model to recover the vegetation should be well conserved. It is important to restore forest continuity between upper stream and lower stream basin with the restoration of damaged in forest watershed. It is established to integrated protection system for land use and management plan and to natural environment evaluation methods affected by projects such as erosion control and developments in stream and forest. In addition, I suggest the continuous environmental monitoring system to treat the pollutions concerned.

This study analyzes relevant data based on the mid-sized rental unit. It focuses on how we can set up appropriate mid-sized rental unit plan as its supply has been accelerated over time. The questionnaires used in this study cover a series of categories including site environment, unit plan, neighborhood, economy, and management. The 342 respondents are from the 3-year old apartments at Cheongju. The key findings are as follows. 1) As the average indices including number of family, life cycle, and income under the survey are different in terms of the rental unit sizes between 20 and 30 pyeongs. 2) In general, residents present comparatively high level of satisfaction in terms of residential environments. Their evaluation on the site environment unit plan, and neighborhood is around the average. In contrast, the economic and management efficiency categories are under the average. This study suggests residential guidelines should be derived from tenant differentiation policies dealing with diverse socio-demographic characteristics and satisfaction level. 3) In terms of improvement priority, residents present, higher preference on the management system and site environment. This study advises to establish an appropriate alternative to guarantee effective tenant participation. Considering the lower satisfaction level in the green space, common facilities, and resting space, this study also urges to secure quality control for desirable planning of the mid-sized rental apartments.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning characteristics and it's application of container architecture as case study. Field survey was used to analyze the spatial planning characteristics in terms of development outline, appearance, exterior, floor plan and interior of eight famous cases in Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Amsterdam and Paris of Europe. The results of this study were as follows; Firstly, good examples of container architectures such as student housing, social service center, temporary medical facility and cruise terminal in Europe suggested the potential of domestic applicability in various purposes and development. Secondly, various types of freight container, building container and module frame system should be developed with their reprocessing environment. Thirdly, it is necessary for us to develop ISO type(20~40ft) container and standard plan with interior and storage design reflecting demands of residents. Finally, the use of container module will be an environmental-friendly alternative for its modularity and reusability, so it should be used as it is without severe deformation. The development of environmental friendly energy sources such as hydro and solar power is necessary for domestic container architecture as well. The container design should include the use of high quality of exterior finishing materials and the plan of aesthetical color planning to make the building a local landmark.

본 연구에서는 작업 신뢰도 향상의 한 방안으로 기존 공정 관리 기법 상의 한계점을 분석하여 이를 보완하고자 하였다. 그 결과로써 린 생산 원리를 적용한 건설 생산 공정 개선 모델인 CPAM(Construction Process Analysis Model)을 제시하였다. CPAM의 변이 관리 기법을 통해 작업 변이를 최소화시켜 공정계획의 신뢰도 향상 및 생산 효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 하였고 CPAM에서 제시된 세부작업 일정 계획과 주간작업계획을 통해 건설 현장의 작업 흐름에서 나타날 수 있는 자재, 장비, 인력등의 재고(Inventory or Work In Process, WIP)를 감소시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 본 연구는 건설 생산을 작업 흐름의 관점으로 분석함으로써 기존의 분석에서 놓치기 쉬운 작업 흐름상에서의 불확실성을 최소화시키고 작업 처리량을 최대화시킬 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

The objective of this study is to define the plans of eco-friendly housing and the meaning of architectural imagination, and to classify diverse sources of the origins of architect's imagination to propose a desirable green housing plan. Generally, imagination which means the process of forming in the mind based on one's previous experience had been perceived negatively for a long time, however, today this perception has changed as new valuation that imagination is the only the motive of human being's behavior patterns comes out. Meanwhile, green design means planning the healthy life in the future by finding the way that people and environment can live together. In order to realize green design in our lives, some plans which concern environment, style, and alternative technology of housing. Especially, in interior design, not only by technology skills but also by green visual environment, eco-friendly houses exist. Therefore, this study examines several elements which gives green atmosphere into the house, and understands how architectural imagination comes out in eco-friendly housing design through verify some examples.

공공도서관은 21세기 지식기반사회에서 지식정보와 문화창조의 핵심기관이며 지식정보자원의 산실로서 그 기능과 역할을 수행해야 한다. 이 연구는 공공도서관의 효율적인 지식정보자원의 활용과 서비스를 위해 이용자 친화적인 문화공간으로서 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전라남도 교육청 소속 21개 공공도서관을 대상으로 이용자 525명에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 운영만족도, 사회자본 창출, 지역발전 공헌도에 대한 인식의 차이가 있었으며 이를 극복하기 위한 대안을 제시하였다.

현재 통용되고 있는 '전자화폐'는 기존에 통용되던 실물화폐를 디지털화하여 사용할 뿐 물리적으로 통용되던 화폐를 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 비트코인의 경우 발행주체 없이 '채굴'이라는 행위에 의해서만 발행되며, 개인간 거래는 P2P 형태로 '블록체인(BlockChain)'을 통해 거래를 증명하는 형태로 몇몇 국가에서 화폐로써 인정을 받아 제법 활발히 통용되고 있지만, 비트코인이 갖는 특성들 때문에 여러 가지 문제를 안고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비트코인의 활성화 방안에 있어 정책적, 관리적, 기술적 문제점들에 대한 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
