The purpose of this study is to give the detailed evaluation index which is considered by reconstruction and repair for the school facilities on the ground of the efficiency evaluation result in each plan through analyzing the school facilities to every case classified into the evaluation index such as the school site plan, the site plan, the floor plan. On this study through the detailed evaluation index each case to the school facilities is to get the result of the efficiency evaluation. Through analysing the result, to make an alternative plan of the school facilities which are fit in both the new educational process and the educational state is to give it as a guide.

본 연구에서는 군남 홍수조절지 여수로의 흐름을 FLOW-3D 모형을 이용하여 모의하였다. 기본계획안에 따라, 월류웨어의 방류능력과 접근수로의 안정성을 검토한 결과 여수로 규모가 적절하지 못하고, 접근수로 내의 흐름은 불안정한 것으로 나타났다. 그래서, 문제점올 해결하기 위한 개선안을 마련하였다. 개선안에 따라 여수로의 흐름을 모의하고, 월류웨어의 방류능력과 접근수로의 안정성을 검토하였다. 그 결과 개선된 여수로의 규모는 적정한 것으로 나타났고, 접근수로의 안정성은 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.

This study developed an integrative curriculum design plan for Home Economics through a deliberation method. This study established a research framework to integrate the deliberation models of Schwab, Walker, and Reid that inherited the intellectual tradition of curriculum deliberation along with the practical reasoning process of Brown and Paolucci from a critical science perspective. The practical research problem was formulated as "What should be done to develop a Home Economics integrative curriculum?" To address this practical research problem, deliberation with deliberators of each small, medium, and large groups was processed for the development of integrative curriculum design plans. An initial proposal was developed from small group deliberation processes. An initial proposal was examined and an alternative plan was developed from medium group deliberation processes. An alternative plan and its consequence were re-examined from large group deliberation processes. The authors finalized a proposal organized on four valued ends of self-formation, intersubjectivity, social action, and life skills. A practical problem focused integrative curriculum was developed and proposed to pursue the four valued ends. The suggested final practical problem focused curriculum demonstrates the power of Home Economics to contribute to the advancement of individuals, families, and society as well as the practical empowerment of students.

The medical and healthy paradigm is changing by various reasons such as improving of life quality, the limit of western medicine, demographic changes and so on. And the demand, interest and market size of traditional medicine(TM) and complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) are increasing continuously and there is a good traditional medicine called TKM(Traditional Korean Medicine) in Korea. TKM have differentiated characteristics like nature-friendly, systematic, preventive and personalized medicine from western medicine. TKM with these characteristics have possibility to increase national competitiveness and contribute to growth of economy. At this time, it is necessary to select key area of TKM R&D to increase competitiveness of TKM and to create new growth engine. In this paper, we suggest key area of TKM R&D through SWOT analysis, the analysis of world traditional medicine and expert's counsel. As a result, 3 key area and 10 specific fields of TKM R&D was selected, which they are 'the standardization for TKM technology and technique', 'the development of generic technology based on TKM' and 'the establishment of infrastructure for TKM information and material'. This study may contribute to make plan for TKM research and policy such as TKM middle and long term plan and TKM promotion plan.

연구목적: 본 연구는 최근 도입된 기능연속성계획과(COOP)과 기존의 국가기반체계보호계획(NIPP)을 비교·분석하여 양 제도의 보다 효율적인 운영대안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 양 제도의 기초자료를 수집하고, 내용적 측면과 절차적 측면으로 구분하여 비교·분석하였다. 또한, AHP를 활용하여 재난분야 전문가들을 대상으로 두 제도에 대한 효율적인 운영대안을 도출하였다. 연구결과: NIPP과 COOP은 내용적·절차적 측면에서 매우 유사한 제도임을 알 수 있었고, 재난관련 설문조사에서도 두 제도를 통합하여 운영하는 것이 더 효율적이고 효과적인 운영방안이라는 결과를 도출하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 최근 도입된 기능연속성계획(COOP)이 국가기반체계보호계획(NIPP) 보다 대상범위가 더 넓고 포괄적이며, 핵심기능의 연속성을 확보하는 시스템 구조를 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 관련법령 정비 등을 통해 NIPP을 COOP으로 포함시키는 제도통합이 이루어 진다면 보다 효율적이고 강화된 국가안전망이 실현될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

Globally, the issue of aging populations has become a significant one, and while Korea is not yet in the same position as many other countries, it has been changing rapidly into an aged society. Korea will be an aged society and this will increase the problems which are associated with an aged society. So we are in the urgent situation of looking the solutions for aged society problems. On this theme, a society which is rapidly aging has a growing interest with developing solutions for suitable elderly housing. A possible model of elderly housing which accomplished this is shared housing. Shared housing is more integrated in local society, and is designed like a small-scale house concept. Also as it provides benefits for social, economical and practical to the continuance of independent life, the shared housing which gives the possibility of sustainable life in the local society is a unique housing type and not only an extension of a housing community, but also it an alternative plan of social integration. This study is one of the methods for the proposal of an alternative plan for the sustainable housing using a small group workshop. It aims to understand the housing preferences of seniors and introduce various shared housing types to a low-income senior group and offer new information of the shared housing for the future. So I give the source that senior could think about their housing plan and what is housing preference type. I anticipate that the better elderly environments, facilities and service to the elderly shared housing development in the future.

For the greenhouse 9as emissions' reduction of fossil fuel, the energy policy on the promotion of alternative energy should be implemented. Accordingly, national policies on the development and promotion of alternative energy were made, and related laws and regulations are being made, and comprehensive plans should be followed. The policies and strategies for promoting the renewable energy have been insufficient in comparison with those of the developed countries. This paper suggests the spread extension plan of renewable generation through generation development and priority purchase.

최근 인력자원 투입량 감소 및 공기단축이 가능한 모듈러 건축공법은 반복 공정이 많은 기숙사, 주거시설, 호텔 공사 등에 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 모듈러 건축공법은 유닛 설치비용을 제외한 현장 공사비에서 외장 마감공사 비용의 비중은 약 40%를 차지하며, 마감공사는 목표공기와 비용을 유지하는데 주요한 역할을 한다. 모듈러 현장에서 유닛 설치 및 마감공사 수행을 위해 한정된 장비가 후속 액티비티에 영향을 주지 않도록 공유되어야 하며 현장 마감 비중이 커지는 모듈러 프로젝트일수록 공정관리에서 양중 계획은 매우 중요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 T/C 운용 계획은 단일 사이클 또는 다중 사이클의 형태를 가지게 되며 사이클 주기 조율은 장비효율을 높일 수 있다. 그러나 유닛 설치 및 마감공사를 지원하기 위한 T/C 운용 계획의 대안을 평가하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 모듈러 건축 현장에서 T/C 운용의 사이클 주기 설정에 따른 운용방식의 대안을 평가하기 위해 유닛 양중 시간 및 주기, 외장재 양중 시간, 마감 작업 소요시간을 변수화하여 T/C 가동시간과 공정에 주는 영향을 파악한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 현장에서 이루어지는 작업 프로세스 분석을 바탕으로 작업 속도를 조절하여 T/C 효율을 증대시킬 수 있는 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발한다. 본 연구는 양중 사이클 개념을 적용한 자원 평준화 방법을 제시함으로써 학술적 기여가 있으며 실무적으로 현장관리자에게 장비 계획의 대안 선택을 위한 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Our country is promoting the introduction of new means of transportation due to insufficient supply according to the existing demand of road traffic. Among them, manless light railroad transit is settled down as the most definite alternative. However, new traffic systems such as manless light railroad have certain difference between characteristics of hardware and software and subway system. Therefore, there will be many differences compared to the existing contingency system when accidents occur. Railway management organization has to establish railway contingency plan and acquire permission from the minister of the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs. However, as commercial transportation is available, a new traffic system also should establish contingency plan. Therefore, the establishment of systematic contingency plan is suggested in order to analyze characteristics of manless light railroad in the beginning of introduction and to make contingency response available.
