The purpose of this study lies in applying generalizability theory depending on the aim of the usage of GALT to analyze the sources of error of single-facet considering item and person only and to analyze the sources of error of multi-facet considering item, person and domain. The study was conducted with 1016 students of local elementary, middle, and high schools. The 21 items of a full version were answered for 40 minute and then the 12 items of short version were sampled to analyze reliability using generalizability theory. Both the full version and the short version of the items were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha for data analysis, and we applied generalizability theory and separate $p{\times}i$ design and $p{\times}(i:h)$ design, G study and D study were performed. Results of analysis are as follows: First, the result of D study after $p{\times}I$ design both on the full version and the short version showed that in the case of the full version, the generalizability coefficient was 0.87 exceeding a normal level of 0.80, and the normal level of generalizability coefficient was achieved in 13 items as well. In case of short version, when 12 items were evaluated, generalizability coefficient was 0.77 not reaching the normal level, and the normal level was achieved in case of more than 15 items. Second, the result of D study after $p{\times}(I:H)$ design on the short version showed that once one domain consists of 2 items in 6 domains, generalizability coefficient was 0.71 which is lower than the normal level of 0.80, the normal level was achieved in more than 5 item cases.

The subject is connected with a structure named "The Symbolic" to Lacan, but he denied that the subject is explained simply as a fruit of language and "Other". From his point of view, passing through Subject, De-formation and Crack over it is designated as foundation of generation and creation rather than our destined defect. It should not be understood that subject of "The Real" is a concept of the subject free itself from restraint of "The Symbolic". However, this does not mean he asserts "Subject" is something incapable of being controlled by the unknown power. The problem is that this autonomous existence meets inside of it with something "more than one's own self" by "circulating around itself" like a permanent star. This is the indication of a "stranger in the middle of my privacy", or "extimit$\'{e}$", a coined-word by Lacan. Perhaps "Subject" is nothing more than the name of distance of object which is "too hot" to come close, and of this circulating movement. It's because of this object that the real subject stands against generalization and the subject can't be restored to any place in symbolic order-even though it is empty. The part which is told from Lacan's structural theory, that is to say, an importance to Lacan is that his Subject theory is not suggested or denied as a manual structure. On the contrary, it is a study of the relationship between the settled symbol that included in "real subject which is a unconscious one" and the symbolic subject hold- that is a metaphysical subject in general meaning. In Lacan's enlarged concept of subject beyond symbolic reality, it is noticeable that it gives justifiability to the union of a medium of different nature in artistic expression. We can recognize that the unconscious world is a living space which enables it to be a "condition of human being", not something dark under the surface of water through Magritte's(Rene Magritte, 1898~1967) surrealistic works. In other words, Magritte's art secures a core dimension of human nature through a mysterious gap of conscious and settled space. Magritte's drawings often evokes strange and unsettling feelings in people who view his paintings. This is because routine objects are found in "unsuitable" places from which we usually find them in our everyday lives. "Reality" in Magritte's paintings makes it aware that it is a strained field of concealment and disclosure basically between truths, and we can learn that his behavior to overturn to paint in-visible things is finally an effort to restore the "real subject" to the viewer's reality. In other words, such reversion arouses a nostalgic desire for the objects existing in their original appearance as they are - natural condition that our gaze had not been distorted yet by anamorphic stains. - and the state when we are conscious of them normally. Such desire offers an opportunity for us to get out of mental depression rather than operates to us as an abnormal crack. It's a successive process of effort to search for lost subject and Paradise Lost facing up to reality of subject human that is to be a subject of world and life are ousted from their place by structure and authority of culture.

This study presents the results of an investigation on the electrical characteristics of $PVF_2$ film, to be regarded as the excellent piezo and pyroelectricity, using dielectric relaxation technique by the variation of temperature and frequency. As one of the results, we confirmed that crystal form with Infrared absorption and XRD was ${\alpha}$ type and its crystalline was 59[%]. Also, the results of observation conformed to Debye theory for frequency variation of relative permitivity and dielectric relaxation. Especially, we confirmed each constant values in comparision with equation related to diffusion behavior of ion, so we obtained that activation energy was computed 17.25[kcal/mole] from the relation curve with frequency and temperature.

We report that a strong downflow event caused three-minute oscillations in the solar atmosphere. Our observations were carried out by using the Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph (FISS) of the 1.6 meter New Solar Telescope (NST) and the Interface Region Imaging Spectrograph (IRIS). Our main findings are as follows: (1) The strong downflow was seen at the $H{\alpha}$ absorption line at first, and then appeared at the Si IV and C II emission lines. It seems that the characteristics of the downflow are consistent with a coronal rain event. (2) After the event, oscillations of velocity were identified in the chromospheric lines and transition region lines. (3) The amplitudes of oscillations were 2km/s at Mg II line and 3km/s at C II and Si IV lines and decreased with time. (4) The period of the oscillation was 2.67 minutes at first, but gradually increased with time. Our findings are in agreement with Chae & Goode (2015)'s theory that of acoustic waves generated by a disturbance in a gravitationally-stratified medium.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized performance style Multiple Intelligences Test for preschoolers(MIT-P). A total of 270 preschoolers(3~5-years-old) participated in this study. Tools and procedures were developed to measure performance in 7 areas of multiple Intelligences(linguistic, mathematical, science, social, music, art and kinesthetic). The final test set included 138 items. Reliability of the MIT-P was relatively high(Cronbach alpha =.92). Intercorrelations among measures of the 7 areas indicated construct validity. Based on these results, the pilot study of MIT-P is considered adequate to form the basis of a new test that would help teachers and parents to identify children's strengths and weaknesses and may be useful for educational planning.

An improved method for detecting fault distance in overhead transmission lines is described in this paper. Based on single-ended measurement, propagation theory of traveling waves together with the wavelet transform technique is used. In estimating fault location, a simple, but fundamental method using the time difference between the two consecutive peaks of transient signals is considered; however, a new method to enhance measurement sensitivity and its accuracy is sought. The algorithm is developed based on the lattice diagram for traveling waves. Representing both the ground mode and alpha mode of traveling waves, in a lattice diagram, several relationships to enhance recognition rate or estimation accuracy for fault location can be found. For various cases with fault types, fault locations, and fault inception angles, fault resistances are examined using the proposed algorithm on a typical transmission line configuration. As a result, it is shown that the proposed system can be used effectively to detect fault distance.

The temperature (T) and entropy (S) fields of baryonic gas, or intergalactic medium (IGM), in the ACDM cosmology are analyzed using simulation samples produced by a hybrid cosmological hydrodynamic/N-body code based on the weighted essentially non-oscillatory scheme. We demonstrate that, in the nonlinear regime, the dynamical similarity between the IGM and dark matter will be broken in the presence of strong shocks in the IGM. The heating and entropy production by the shocks breaks the IGM into multiple phases. The multiphase and non-Gaussianity of the IGM field would be helpful to account for the high-temperature and high-entropy gas observed in groups and clusters with low-temperature IGM observed by Ly$\alpha$ forest lines and the intermittency observed by the spikes of quasi-stellar object's absorption spectrum.

The purpose of this study was to fine out a relation to the profitability in the view of market-orientation and examine the roles of marketing efficiency and adaptability in foodservice companies. In the previous studies, because of the concepts of market-orientation have mostly focused on hotels or common companies, in this study aimed to foodservice companies. This study was on the basis of Kohli & Jaworski (1990)'s theory. For the validity verification of measured items, SPSS WINDOW 10.0 was used to analyze factors and, for the reliability verification, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used. The result was as follows. First, market-orientation has great influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Second, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were acquired for the good marketing efficiency and adaptability in foodservice companies. Thus, from now on, the foodservice company need to carry out the market-orientation concept.

We introduce a two-stage game theoretic model to support decision making processes for product Positioning and pricing in competitive environment. In the first stage, firms decide on entry and product position, in the second stage, firms compete with price. 'Alpha rule' is used as a choice model. Demand parameters of the choice model are estimated by conjoint analysis. We investigate conditions for the existence of Nash price equilibria in the pricing game. Nash equilibria in the entry and positioning game are produced using a concept of stable sets. An example of the online game industry in Korea is examined.

We prove the existence and multiplicity of nontrivial solutions for a fourth order problem ${\Delta}^2u+c{\Delta}u={\alpha}u-{\beta}(u+1)^-$ in ${\Omega}$, ${\Delta}u=0$ and $u=0$ on ${\partial}{\Omega}$, where ${\lambda}_1{\leq}c{\leq}{\lambda}_2$ (where $({\lambda}_i)_{i{\geq}1}$ is the sequence of the eigenvalues of $-{\Delta}$ in$H_0^1({\Omega})$) and ${\Omega}$ is a bounded open set in $R^N$ with smooth boundary ${\partial}{\Omega}$. The results are proved by applying minimax arguments and linking theory.
