The global warming has been recognized as a serious problem. To solve this problem, the country of all the world have conducted techniques such as energy saving and reduction of greenhouse gas. The 30% of total energy is being consumed by buildings domestically and BAS/BEMS are being operated for the management of building energy. But, BEMS is unsatisfactory condition to manage the energy efficiently. In this study, We investigate real application on Chamsaem elementary school as a target buildings and develop 3D Web Browser platform. The spatial information of target buildings is described with used BIM and the energy information is presented for facilities operation and electricity consumption in floor and facility. We perform the quantitative evaluation based on ISO/IEC 9126 and operate this system for two months. in result, energy decreased by about 16%. We expect that the proposed 3D Web Browser system will bring operating efficiency improvement of the current BEMS.
In this study, the optimal analysis for pipe network is performed for the combined ideal pipe network system(CASE 1, CASE 2 and CASE 3) which is composed of 25 nodes, 41 elements, and 1 fixed nodal head with evaluating pressure variation distribution of main and branch in grid composed drainage pipe network. The linear analysis technique used as the analysis method in this study, the KYPIPE being used extensively as the linear technique to design and analysis of pipe network is applied. Firstly, in the analysis of pipe network, the CASE 2 and CASE 3 supply same thing(value) in the result of considering the total flow provided each pipeline, but in the general intension in the case of CASE 2, relative width of supply is more large than CASE 1 and CASE 3. Secondly, in the analysis technique of pipe network, CASE 3 is analysed largest as a result of comparing with same heads, and in the order of their size CASE 2 and CASE 1 were determined but the difference doesn't appear to be obvious. Thirdly, as the result of determining main factor, pressure in the design and analysis of net work. CASE 3 is from Node 3 to 25 than CASE 1 and CASE 2 and it is determined in the order of their size, CASE 2 and CASE 1. Finally, in this study, discharge flow distribution is evaluated in the same condition with 3-type CASE in the case of branch position for designing optimal composed drainage pipe network. As the result of that, branch pipe perform. Therefore, it is thought that the efficient and reasonable management of water supply and sewerage design will be possible if it give all our energies to study at the pipe system design in and out of country in the future.

We established a model to calculate radioactive waste from sewage disposal tank of hospitals to optimize the number of patients receiving inpatient radioiodine therapy within the safety guideline in our country. According to this model and calculation of radioactivity concentration using the number of patients per week, the treatment dose of radioiodine, the capacity and the number of sewage tanks and the daily amount of water waste per patient, estimated concentration of radioactivity in sewage waste upon disposal from disposal tanks after longterm retention were within the safety guideline (30 Bq/L) in all the hospitals examined. In addition to the fact that we could increase the number of patients in two thirds of hospitals, we found that the daily amount of waste water was the most important variable to allow the increase of the number of patients within the safety margin of disposed radioactivity. We propose that saving the water amount be led to increase the number of patients and they allow two patients in an already furnished hospital inpatient room to meet the increasing need of inpatient radioiodine treatment for thyroid cancer.
World Wide Views (WWViews) on Climate and Energy was an experiment of public deliberation which was held in 77 countries with over 10,000 global citizens on June 6, 2015. The coordinator of this project (the Danish Board of Technology with Missions Publiques and the French National Commission for Public Debate) developed the overal procedure, and local partners implemented the actual events in each country on the same day. The coordinator gathered the results of the events from all local sites in order to submit them as global citizens' voice to the COP21 negotiations at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris. This study examines the extent to which such new method of WWViews, standardized at global level to be implemented in different local contexts, achieves its quality of public deliberation (representativeness, transparency, impartial inclusion, deliberativeness, influence) by evaluating the Korean WWViews held in Seoul.
The objective of the study is to review the research materials for menarche including general characteristics of target population surveyed, mean age of subject, menarche experience rates of the subject and mean age at menarche, and to analyze secular trends of age at menarche in Korea from 1935 to 1992. The results of the study summarized as follows; 1. The range of age in the target pulation for menarcheal research was mainly 10-29 age groups, and most of them were middle, high school girls and college students. 2. There was positive relationship among mean age at menarche, level of menarche experiences rates and mean age of the subject(P<0.01). 3. In the relationship between the mean age at menarche and the level of menarche experience rate of the subject, the subject of study with higher menarche experience were more likely to be higher mean age at menarche than those with lower menarche experience rates. In case of menarcheal experience rates at 75-90 percent among the subject, the values of more and median were more close to the actual mean age at menarche under the assumption that all of the subject had experience menarche. 4. The trends of age at menarche during 1935-92 were linear decrement: Y = 85.93-0.036X in the whole country and Y = 91.35-0.039X in Seoul. The rates of secular diminution in age at menarche calculated to be about 4.3 months per decade in the nation-wide, and 4.6 months in Seoul during the periods. 5. To analyze the secular trends in menarcheal age, the researcher should set up criterians including the range of age in target population, the level of menarcheal experience rate and the regional characteristics.
Since 1995, the Local autonomy era has opened, local festivals have been increasing throughout the country. Traditional culture festivals are also increasing. Performing traditional culture festivals is effective for maintenance and transmission of traditional culture as well as creation and nurturing of local culture. They are also effective promoting local economy. Depending on realization level of character, place and costume based on historic research, traditional culture festivals are classified as the "Representation event" or the "Reenactment event". But there are two problems. The first is unexacting classification method for festival types made by Central government yearly. The second is unable to meet one of two goals which are protecting traditional culture and stimulating local economy throughout increasing tourists. The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of classification method for festival types, and to offer two suggestions for ensure successful local festivals. First of all, I suggest advanced classification method for festival types. For more sophisticated collection process of national festival status, local government department should ensure purpose of festivals, and central government department should add 3 steps to existing process. For example professional committee for judgement of festival types should be founded for consulting of local and central government department. The second suggestion is reinforcement of historic research for the Representation of traditional culture event. The representation of traditional culture should focus on protection of tradition, and could be perfect by continuous historic research. The last suggestion is cooperation with local governments each other for the Reenactment of traditional culture event. The Reenactment of traditional culture should focus on promoting local economy by increasing tourists. So local governments who have similar traditional events should cooperate to get preventing loss of resource and overcome weakness of promoting.

Today, in the information society, since the government administration of all countries places importance on clarity and efficiency, the authority concentration of the administration is inevitable. Therefore, the Parliament, which is a legislative body, is at a time when the policy control function to check and monitor it is becoming more important. In particular, due to the emergence of parliamentary democracy, in the reality that the people must elect representatives and represent their own opinions, the parliamentary inspection system is very valuable in that it satisfies the right of the people to know and ultimately enables the people to democratically control the administration. The role of the Parliament moves from the inherent legislative function to the information collection and disclosure of government administration, discussion and resolution of political issues, and observation and supervision of the administration. And it can be seen as the global trend. As a result of this trend, status and role of the National Assembly is being strengthened from the legislative body to the control agency of government administration. Thus, the most substantive authority of Article 61 of the Constitution can be deemed the parliamentary inspection system. The parliamentary inspection system is a system that let exercise the legislation, budget, and authority to control of state administration by identify the challenges and policy implementation of each country's institutions through the audit of the executive administration's overall government administration performance outside the National Assembly. However, due to the amendment of Constitution in 1988, the parliamentary inspection right and investigation of state administration right had reinstated and the parliamentary inspection system, which is being implemented annually, is the 31st year of the year in 2019. However, the general evaluation of the public is negative and insufficient time for inspections, lack of sanctions on nonattendance witnesses, excessive data submission, and refusal to submit materials by the administration were pointed out as the problem. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher tries to point out the overall problems of the parliamentary inspection system and to summarize the effective improvement plans.

Mendeley readership data could be used to understand how research outcome be spent outside of academia in multi way. So it could be utilized to understand unknown world which citation rate could not explain still now. This study, by conducting a country network analysis using Mendeley's co readership data about articles of Korea related research, clusters countries that share common academic interest. As a result, the US and other advanced countries in all fields showed high overall and regional centrality, indicating that they have overall cooperation and potential for exchange of Korea related studies. Some developing countries have shown high regional centrality and are linked to common academic interests. In the medical and social sciences, the OECD and developing countries have formed a separate group of readers, and the engineering sector has been characterized by emerging developing countries as a large community of readers. In addition, engineering science field has shown that network density is relatively high, so there might be high possibility of academic exchanges, knowledge dissemination and cooperation among countries.

When conducting risk assessments of cosmetic ingredients, it is important that reliable exposure information is obtained for cosmetic products. As cosmetics are becoming more diverse, continuous effort must be made to obtain exposure data that reflect their growth and usage trends. The usage pattern of cosmetics, such as the application area and amount used, may differ by product type and also by country. We conducted a survey to compare the amount of sun spray and sun cream used in a usage environment in South Korea. The study was conducted on Haeundae Beach, one of the most popular beaches in South Korea. A total of 1,255 beachgoers participated in this study; 604 and 651 participants used the sun spray and sun cream, respectively, while sunbathing and enjoying water activities on the beach for one day. Exposure was analyzed following a probabilistic method. On comparing all subjects, it was found that the group that used sun spray (mean: 44.52 g/day) used significantly more product (p = 0.000) than those who used sun cream (mean: 20.51 g/day). By analyzing the daily exposure of sun spray and sun cream per unit body weight according to age and gender, the exposure amount of sun spray and sun cream was found to be highest among 2~9 year-old girls (mean for sun spray: 2.51 g/kg/day, p95: 5.50 g/kg/day, mean for sun cream: 0.79 g/kg/day, p95: 1.79 g/kg/day). The amount of sun spray used is approximately twice that of sun cream. Among both the sun spray and sun cream groups, the exposure amount per unit body weight was highest in girls younger than 10. These factors should be considered when conducting risk assessments of sun spray and sun cream.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is to assumed to be one of next generation technology which determine technological competitiveness and strategic advantage of a certain country. By using the patent data, this study aims to have a comparative analysis of the technological competitiveness of evolving artificial intelligence at different stages of development among the five largest intellectual property offices in the world (IP5). For the analysis data, all AI technology patent data from 1956 to 2019 were utilized according to the classification system presented in the "WIPO 2019 Technology Trend: Artificial Intelligence" report published by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2019. The results shows that China has already surpassed the United States in terms of the number of patent applications in the field of artificial intelligence technology. However, in the domains of the United States, Europe, Japan, and Korea, the technology competitiveness of the United States is far ahead of China. Interestingly, the rate of increase of Korea's technology competitiveness is also very fast, and it has been shown that the technology strength is ahead of China in non-Chinese domains. The significance of this study can be found in the fact that the temporal and spatial change process of technological competitiveness of significant countries in the field of artificial intelligence technology artificial intelligence was viewed as a macro-framework using the technology index (TS) the differences were compared.
