In Korea, only a small study based on the bibliotherapy program for responsibility promotion of at risk or alienated youth has been performed. The purpose of this proposed study is to further examine the challenges and effects of a group bibliotherapy program on alienated youth to determine the degree of success in terms of "responsibility" and/or positive results. The current research program included a relatively small sample size of 11 young people (2 boys, 9 girls) in the Suwon Youth Center from November to December, 2015. The alienated youth program consisted of 8 sessions in the correct activity center with or having levels of insight, application, and verification measured using the Lee Sang Ro et al. (1989), Developmental Responsibility Examination (Scale of Responsibility). As a result, this study will confirm that the program to raise the level of alienated youth responsibility produces positive effects. These results will provide additional theoretical rationale and implications capable for applying "responsibility" education for alienated youth to the overall field encompassing youth education. Based on this, it will be necessary to extend various identified methods in depth to achieve this overall goal.

This study aims to understand the influence of COVID-19 on youth daily life by analyzing the correlation between youth health and diet according to whether economic status has changed due to COVID-19 and to provide basic data on program construction for the welfare of socially marginalized adolescents. As a result of the study, the proportion of respondents who answered that there was a change in economic status at a high rate for decreased academic performance (p<0.001), stress perception, and suicidal thoughts (p<0.001), and the proportion of decreased number of breakfasts and increased fast food consumption (p<0.001) was also high. These results of the study are thought to be the reason for the increase in adolescents who are alienated due to changes in home conditions due to COVID-19, which is expected to affect the physical and mental health of adolescents who lack communication and guidance, and the increase in delinquents rate due to reduced academic concentration and increased junk food intake. Therefore, through this study, it can be helpful to use basic data for the development of welfare programs such as non-face-to-face as basic data for teenagers alienated from COVID-19.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of adolescent development environment including parenting attitude, peer relationship, and school environment on delinquent behavior, and between these relationships, the mediate effect of media environment such as computer and mobile devices. The $6^{th}$ year data from Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) was used and the subjects were limited to 518 students of $7^{th}$ grade who are in their early adolescence. The result shows that adolescents under more affectionate, over involvement, and abusive parenting attitude will commit delinquent behaviors more frequently, and so does alienated youth from their friends. Parenting inconsistency and communication with friends make them use computer and cell phone more often, and excessive media usage increases adolescent's delinquent behavior. In conclusion, family environment and peer relation have influence on adolescents' delinquent behavior. Therefore, there is necessity to build development environment that prevent adolescents' delinquencies like parent education program or peer communication program for example. Also, proper education program for using computer or cell phone usage can reduce adolescents' delinquent behaviors, especially when its addictive aspect was recently issued.

Centered on Kathleen Kye, a designer who conveyed messages on social issues through her dresses, and established her own identity, this study aimed to examine what theme, method of expression and inner meaning her 'statement' had, as a way of expressing a critical awareness. After reviewing discussions by Duggan G. G. as well as dictionary definitions, statement fashion design can be defined as a work or fashion shows containing a message of a designer who is free from a particular trend or consumerism in various social issues. Statement fashion designers give opposing messages on social issues through their fashion collections. As a result, research shows that contemporary statement fashion designers are expressing themes of a fashion systems, fetishism, body image, collision, environment, as well as the socially disadvantaged by appropriation, reuse, slogan, metaphorical pattern and performance. Satire, awakening, challenge and support can be derived from the inner meaning of contemporary statement fashion design. In terms of the theme, method of expression and inner meaning, this study showed that KYE collection of the designer Kathleen Kye expresses critical awareness on the modern society. Research findings reveal that KYE collection include the following themes: long-term youth unemployment, conflict collision in war or on the Internet, fetishism by youth in a get-rich-quick fever, environmental issue causing destruction of an ecosystem by decrease in bee population, school violence and the socially disadvantaged related to alienated immigrants. Also, as a method of expression themes, such as metaphorical patterns, were used. The patterns used images including a skeleton, gun, heart, rope, plaster, homeless box, bee, honeycomb, chain and a slot machine. On the other hand, the inner meaning of statement in KYE collection showed satire on social issues, awakening on social issues unrecognized by the masses, and support for the socially disadvantaged.

Health inequality means health gaps that can be affected adverse effects to the vulnerable groups in a society. Many scholars argue that it is needed social interventions to reduce health gaps between the vulnerable and the privileged in a society, because social inequalities can be caused and resulted health inequality among them. In this context, this article introduces Korean out of school children health check-up as part of the policies to reduce health inequality in the society. For a long time, many out of school children have been alienated from the national health checkup systems. That means they are not only marginalized groups in Korean society, but also excluded from the benefits of health promotion and health management. Many runaway youths are struggling to live by themselves, who are escaped from their families and they don't have enough resources to keep their health. They are also young and low waged workers who are expelled to the streets, while they don't have any support and protection from the communities. Out of school children health checkup has been conducted to the adolescents who stay in the shelters or study in alternative schools. To get meaningful results as the health inequality reduction policy, it is needed to expand out of children health checkup to the runaway teenagers.
