This study aims to create a new urban space through mechanism structure and algorism analysis between IT and ET. The results are as follows. First, the development trends of ET IT are classified into 4 types, "Eco-Friendly Development", "Energy Production Technology Development", "Energy Saving Technology Development" and "Wide Area IT Network Development", which are found to be constantly evolving. Second, Sang-Am DMC developed through the environmentally protective and eco-friendly aspects of ET from the Korean War to 1978. Wide area IT networks developed rapidly from 1990 to 2000. However, in 2010, urban spaces began to develop by the fusion of the Environment and Information. The fusion of Environment and Information in the development trends in the past is referred to as "Individual Development", that in the present is referred to as "Semi-fusion Development" and that in the future will be referred to as "Total Fusion Development". Third, the mechanism structure of DMC has evolved through creation, extinction and fusion processes. The creation process will serve to supplement the insufficiencies of the existing systems, the extinction process will be the compactification of the fusion process, and the fusion process will be the standard for creation and extinction. Finally, the future of new innovative urban and architectural spaces will be forged by the mechanism symbolization patterns of IT ET.

Knowledge retrieval service that uses collective intelligence which has special quality of open structure and can share the accumulative data is gaining popularity. However, acquiring the right needs for users from massive public knowledge is getting harder. Recently, search results from Google which is known for it's exquisite algorism, shows results for collective intelligence such as Wikipedia, Yahoo Q/A at the highest rank. Objective of this paper is to show that most answers come from human and to find the most influential people in on-line knowledge retrieval service. Hereupon, this paper suggest the influence value calculation algorism by analyzing user relation as centrality which social network is based on user activeness and reliance in Naver 지식iN. The influence value calculated by the suggested algorism will be an important index in distinguishing reliable and the right user for the question by ranking users with troubleshooting solutions in the knowledge retrieval service. This will contribute in search satisfaction by acquiring the right information and knowledge for the users which is the most important objective for knowledge retrieval service.

이 본문은 자선의 경계가 있는 도로에서 촬영된 흑백영상에서 차선에 관한 정보를 찾아 검출하는 알고리즘을 계안한다. 영상을 블록 단위로 나누고 직선회귀모형(Linear Regression Analysis)을 사용하여 블록내의 기울기와 y절편(y-intercept)을 구한다. 블록의 회귀직선의 기울기에 따라 다음 검출위치를 결정하는 방법을 사용하여 시간석인 부분과 검출의 정확도를 높이고자 하였다.

이 논문은 차선의 경계가 있는 도로에서 촬영된 흑백영상에서 차선에 관한 정보를 찾아 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 영강을 블록 단위로 나누고 직선회귀모형(Linear Regression Analysis)을 사용하여 기울기와 y절편(intercept)을 구한다. 검출된 에지의 위치정보를 블록을 이용하여 다음 프레임에 보내고, 다음 프레임에서 에지의 위지정보와 y절편, 기울기를 이용해 계속 추적해 가는 방법을 통하여 검출의 정확도를 높이고자 하였다.

웹은 이제 우리 생활의 일부분이 되어 가고 있다. 많은 사람들이 웹을 이용하여 중요한 정보를 얻고 있으며, 이로 인하여 많은 콘텐츠들이 개발되고 있다. 그 중 학습을 목적으로 하는 교육 콘텐츠도 개발되고 있는데, 이러한 개발은 교육 및 훈련이 쉽고, 원하는 시간에 반복 학습이 가능하기 때문에 많이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 알고리듬의 이해를 도와 주는 JAVA 프로그램을 개발하게 되었다. 웹에서의 구현을 위해 JAVA를 사용하였으며, 기존의 많은 알고리듬 중 정렬 알고리듬을 내용으로 하는 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하게 되었다.

RFID 태그의 사용에 있어서 사용자 개인의 프라이버시 문제(위치정보 또는 구매이력 노출 등)을 심각하게 인식하여야 하며 RFID 태그의 ID는 쉽게 식별되며 태그는 사용자가 알지 못하는 사이에 모든 리더에게 자동적으로 응답한다. 이러한 우려들이 RFID의 상용화에 걸림돌이 되며 성공적인 산업화를 위해서는 제반 프라이버시 문제를 해결해야 하는 것이 선결 과제로 되고 있다.

The paper proposes a new method to process transmission losses in power market operation using loss distribution factors and then compares the proposed method with the one using marginal loss factors. Effectiveness of the algorism is verified by a computer simulation.

In this paper, a method for determining the boundary conditions which are derived from the random obstacles on the curves was presented. An algorism using this method is also developed. This determination method can be used for a good engineering tool in optimal curve design and an Radius-transition curve length(R-$L_t$) combination within the permissible zone can be improved without any increased costs.
