과불화 화합물 폐가스에 대한 분해 장치에서의 내부 공기의 열유동해석 (Thermal and Fluid Analyses of Inner Air at Decomposition Equipment on the Waste Gas of Perfluorinated Compounds)

  • 최근 플라즈마를 이용한 과불화 화합물의 폐가스를 처리하는 기술이 발달되어져 왔다. 국내외로 여러 연구기관 및 업체에서 효율적 분해기술이 연구되어져서 그 제품들이 여러 방법들로 개선되어 왔다. 본 연구는 폐가스 분해 장치 모델 내부의 열과 유동 해석 방법을 통하여 압력 및 온도 분포를 예측하고자 한다. 해석 결과, 공기의 압력 분포 결과는 전체적으로 최대 압력이 0.975Pa과 최소 압력은 -1.037Pa로 나왔다. 공기가 입구에서 Plane 1까지 유동함에 따라 압력 값이 점점 줄고 Plane 1에서 출구까지 유동함에 따라 공기의 압력 값이 점차 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 그리고 전체적으로 공기의 최대 온도와 최소 온도는 각각 $1718^{\circ}C$$26.07^{\circ}C$이다. 공기는 입구에서 Plane 4까지 유동함에 따라 온도가 점점 증가하였고 출구까지 유동함에 따라 공기의 온도는 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서의 열 유동 해석 결과를 이용하여 실제 시스템의 개발에 필요한 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 초음속 공중발사 로켓의 모선분리에 대한 유동해석을 수행하였다. 전기체 형상의 모선(F-4E Phantom)에서 분리되는 로켓주변 유동장의 정상/비정상 유동해석을 위해 압축성 Navier-Stokes 방정식이 사용되었으며, 해석결과는 모선과 로켓간의 충격파-팽창파 간섭효과를 잘 보여주고 있다. 무게중심의 변화에 따른 로켓의 거동을 예측하기 위하여 세 가지 경우에 대한 전산해석을 수행하였으며, 결과적으로 초음속 공중발사 로켓의 안전한 모선분리를 위한 설계 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

평단봉대평판 전극배치에서 평판 전극에 화염이 존재할 때 공기의 섬락전압 특성 (Flashover Characteristics of Air in the Arrangement of Cylinder-Shaped Rod and Plane Electrode in Case of Flame on the Plane Electrode)

  • In this paper, flashover characteristics of air in the vertical arrangement of cylinder-shaped rod and plane gap in the case of combustion flame on the plane electrode were examined under the application of a.c. and d.c. high-voltages. In order to investigate the effect of propane flame on the flashover characteristics of air, flashover voltages in accordance with the variation of the gap length and the horizontal distance between the flame and the high-voltage rod electrode were measured. As the result of the experiment, flashover voltages in the presence of the flame were substantially lowered than those in the absence of flame, and the polarity effects with the d.c. voltages on appeared owing to the flame. Flashover voltages of air were increased in the proportion of the gap length and the horizontal distance in the case of both a.c. and d.c. voltages, but the flame was extinguished by such corona wind that was produced from the rod electrode when the gap length and the horizontal distance reached to a certain degree.

  • This study measured the velocity of magnetic particles inside the power generation using external heat sources. Single Plane Illumination Microscopy (SPIM) was used to measure magnetic particles that are simultaneously affected by bubbly flow and magnetic field. It has the advantage of reducing errors due to particle superposition by illuminating the thin light sheet. The hydraulic diameter of the power generation is 3mm. Its surface is covered with a coil with a diameter of 0.3 mm. The average diameter of a magnetic particle is 200nm. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 530 and 650nm, respectively. In order to find out the flow characteristics, a total of four velocity fields were calculated in wide and narrow gap air bubbles, between the wall and the air bubble and just below the air bubble. Magnetic particles showed up to 8.59% velocity reduction in the wide gap between air bubbles due to external magnetic field.

  • 본 논문은 친환경 절연재료인 Dry-Air 중 에폭시 수지의 연면절연특성을 구명하여 Dry-Air를 절연매체로 사용한 각종 절연설계 시에 응용 가능한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 사용한 전극은 침 대 평판, 구 대 평판, KS M3015 전극으로써, 동일한 조건 하에서 전극의 종류에 따른 연면 절연 파괴 전압, 연면 거리, 연면방전 전계강도를 비교하였다. 연면전계강도는 침 대 평판 전극 하에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 에폭시 수지의 두께와 지름을 변화시켰을 때의 연면 절연 특성은 에폭시 수지의 두께가 두꺼울수록, 지름이 길수록 연면 절연 파괴 전압이 높게 나타남을 확인하였다.

군용 수송기 소요 산정 최적화 모형 (An Optimization Model for Determining the Number of Military Cargo-plane)

  • In contemporary global warfare, the significance and imperative of air transportation have been steadily growing. The Republic of Korea Air Force currently operates only light and medium-sized military cargo planes, but does not have a heavy one. The current air transportation capability is limited to meet various present and future air transport needs due to lack of performance such as payload, range, cruise speed and altitude. The problem of population cliffs and lack of airplane parking space must also be addressed. These problems can be solved through the introduction of heavy cargo planes. Until now, most studies on the need of heavy cargo plane and increasing air transport capability have focused on the necessity. Some of them suggested specific quantity and model but have not provided scientific evidence. In this study, the appropriate ratio of heavy cargo plane suitable for the Korea's national power was calculated using principal component analysis and cluster analysis. In addition, an optimization model was established to maximize air transport capability considering realistic constraints. Finally we analyze the results of optimization model and compare two alternatives for force structure.

공기중 전극형상에 따른 방사전자파의 주파수 분포특성 (Frequency Distribution Characteristics of Electromagnetic Waves in accordance with Electrode Shapes in Air)

  • In this paper, electromagnetic waves radiated from discharge at three-type electrodes (needle-plane, plane-plane and sphere-plane electrode) using DC power source in air measured and the peculiar patterns of their spectra are reported. The radiated electrodmagnetic waves were measured in bandwidth of VHF($30{\sim}230$[MHz]) using a biconcal antenna and a spectrum analyzer. Frequency spectrum distribution of radiated electromagnetic wave was revealed under 50[MHz] at positive DC, and high electric field was shown at 45[MHz] frequency band. But, it was revealed under 70[MHz] frequency band at negative DC under plane-plane electrodes and sphere-plane electrodes, and high electric field was shown at 55 [MHz] frequency band.

충격파에 의한 비정상 모선분리 현상 연구 (Investigation on the shock-induced rocket separation from the mother plane)

  • This paper describes a supersonic separation of air-launching rocket from the mother plane. Three dimensional Euler equations were numerically solved to analyze steady/unsteady state fluid flows. To solve the Euler equations, named CFD-FASTRAN that is commercial computation code. The results of simulation clearly demonstrate effect of shock-expansion wave interaction between the rocket and the mother plane. Moreover, important influential factors at separating stage of the rocket were extracted with a comprehensive analysis. Finally, from the consideration of supersonic-separation, a guideline to safety-separation is given to the design of supersonic air-launching rocket.

군 수송기 운영 효율성 제고를 위한 최적경로 연구 (Effective Route Scheduling for Military Cargo-Plane Operation)

  • A scheduled airlift is the most critical part of the air transportation operations in ROK Air Force. The military cargo-plane routing problem is a PDPLS (pickup and delivery problem in which load splits and node revisits are allowed). The cargo which is transported by a military cargo-plane is measured in pallet. The efficiency of pallet needs to be considered with respect to its volume and weight. There are some guidelines about orders of priorities and regulations in the military air transportation. However, there are no methodologies which can raise the efficiency of flight scheduling using Operations Research (OR) theories. This research proposes the effective computing methodology and the related heuristic algorithms that can maximize the effectiveness of the path routing model.

  • This paper gives a basic data of the surface discharge characteristics for epoxy resin in Dry-Air. Used electrodes are needle to plane, sphere to plane and KS M3015 electrodes. With the changing electrodes in same condition, we can obtain different creeping lengthes, breakdown voltages and dielectric strengths, respectively. Dielectric strengths of Needle to plane electrodes are more higher than the others. Breakdown voltage and dielectric strength increase as the thickness of epoxy resin and creeping strength increase.
