Recently, there is the huge interest to promote the export of Korean agro-food to Chinese market. However, small number of papers analyze the Chinese consumer to find the strategy for launching Korean agro-food in Chinese market. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Chinese consumer for Korean agro-food in Chine. Survey analysis was conducted in 4 big city (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Tsingtao) for this research. The results of studies present a few findings: First, many Chinese consumers prefer Korean agro-food. Second, among big cities, Beijing shows the highest level of preference for Korean agro-food, Third, Chinese consumers can pay higher price for Korean agro-food, Fourth, Chinese consumer usually buy small amount of agro-food. Fifth, the image of Korea is also important to promote the exportation of Korean agro-food to Chinese market.

It is necessary to construct the supply system which is stable and quality assured for professional performance of agro-food export. The purpose of this study is to present the basic information about the improvement directions on the Leading Group of Agro-food Export. The result of analysis is presented by the achievement of business objective, farm-organization and large scale-up, marketing achievement, and the fidelity of group operations etc.

Frequent outbreaks of foodborne illness have been increasing the awareness of agro-food safety. Conventional methods for pathogen detection and identification are labor.intensive and take days to complete. The increasing use of rapid food safety testing is receiving more and more attention. The major reason for this trend is that the food industry requires quick and accurate results. The rapid detection of contaminants in food is critical for ensuring the safety of consumers. Recent advances in technology make detection and identification faster, more sensitive and more specific than traditional method. In this paper, technology trends and recent developments in rapid methods for agro-food safety are discussed.

In a comparison the Logistics system for Agro-food of Korea and the Logistic system of Europe and Japan, the more developed countries of Europe have better systems. This well-formed rationalization of Logistics on Agro-food, and perfectly-equipped packaging system measurements for Agro-food make 100% pallet freight possible. Also, this means that a unit load system has been achieved. In Japan, the Logistic system is mainly accomplished by auction. However, it has been rapidly changing into the same type as the developed countries these days. Logistic system in Korea is also mainly accomplished by auction under the influence of Japan. However it also has been rapidly changing in to the same type as the developed countries these days. In the future, Korea has to build up international competitiveness in the face of FTA(Free Trade Agreement) era. This can happen by having better-organized Agro-food Logistics system and unit load system which results in accurate packaging system measurements.

The Salvia plebeia R. which is the biennial plant belonging to the labiatae department, grows widely in Korea. This study was performed to evaluate the antioxidant activities and anti-allergic effects of Salvia plebeia R. leaves (SPLE) or roots (SPRE). Using ethanol extracts, both leaves and roots induced significant radical scavenging activity against DPPH and ABTS radicals in a dose dependent manner (p<0.05). Superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity of SPLE was significantly higher than that of SPRE at all concentrations. Treatment of the RBL-2H3 cells with SPLE and SPRE in vitro decreased ${\beta}$-Hexosaminidase release and significantly inhibited IgE-antigen complex-mediated IL-4 and TNF-${\alpha}$ mRNA expression in RBL-2H3 cells. These findings suggest that Salvia plebeia R. can protect or reduce allergic asthma through high antioxidant and anti-allergic reactions.

Korean government has executed some programs to support producers and/or exporters for the promotion of agro-food exportation. Especially, governmental subsidizing program about the distribution cost for agro-food exportation shows positive effects. However, this subsidy should be changed or partly abolished due to the low effectiveness of subsidy. The goal of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of governmental subsidy and to present the agro-food products with the low effects of subsidizing program. As the results of analysis, the subsidy for several products, including Ginseng drinks, Paprika, and Chrysanthemum, might be considered to be stopped due to low effectiveness.
