Neurologic sequelae of tuberculous meningitis include hemiparesis, paraparesis, quadriparesis, aphasia, developmental delay, dementia, blindness, visual field defect, deafness, cranial nerve palsies, epilepsy, and hypothalamic and pituitary dysfunction. But cervical epidural abscess and cervical spondylitis are rare. A 64-year-old woman who was diagnosed as tuberculous meningitis presented a severe neck pain and stiffness after 3 weeks of anti-tuberculous medication. Electromyography and cervical X-ray showed a cervical spondylosis with polyradiculopathy. But cervical MRI showed an acute cervical epidural abscess and mild cervical spondylitis. After continuous anti-tuberculous medication with supportive care, she showed a slow clinical improvement. But about 1 month of anti-tuberculous therapy, she presented a more aggravation of neck pain, neck stiffness, radicular pain, and neck motion limitation. Follow-up cervical MRI showed an more advanced cervical spondylitis. Afterthen she has recovered slowly by cervical laminectomy with posterior stabilization and continuous anti-tuberculous medication.

Although stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide, preventive or therapeutic options are still limited. Therefore, a better understanding of the pathophysiological characteristics of this life-threatening disease is urgently needed. The incidence and prevalence of ischemic stroke are increased by exposure to certain types of xenobiotics, including heavy metals, suggesting the possible toxicological contribution of these compounds to the onset or aggravation of stroke. Among the potential targets, we have focused on alterations to cerebral endothelial cells (CECs), which play important roles in maintaining the functional integrity of brain tissue.

The Industrial development and the Increase in population have brought out a rapid increase of wastewater discharge. To deal with this matter, much estimate has been spend on construction and management of a large scale sewage treatment plant. Although every effort has been carried out, river water quality has no significantly improved. Especially. the aggravation of the water quality in dry season is brought out a serious social problem. The purpose of this study Is the development of an optimal water quality management technique considering the efficient control of the multiple pollutant load associated with the total pollutant load control. A GUI(Graphical User Interface) system named 'QL2-XP' model is developed by object-oriencted language for the user convenience and practical usage. Suggested GUI system consist of hydraulic analysis. water quality analysis, optimized model calibration processes, and postprocessing the simulation results.

For the last few years, the wholesale market system in Japan has been experiencing a lot of changes in the related sectors. The greatest changes in the environments surrounding the wholesale market were enlargement of the producers' cooperatives, increase of fisheries products marketed in the outside of the wholesale market system, and management aggravation of the related businessmen, These changes resulted in the revision of the wholesale Market Law in 1999 to cope with the social needs successfully. Recently, fisheries wholesale markets in Japan have a few problems like declining of earning power, weakening of management constitution, etc. Consequently, Japanese government presents policy for enforcing the competition power through reform laws related with fisheries wholesale markets. Also the fisheries wholesale markets have been trying variety and active countermeasures like undertaking, merger, coalition, etc. to overcome the crisis.

A 53-year-old man presenting with dyspnea and chest pain was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction secondary to occlusion of the left circumflex coronary artery. Urgent revascularization by percutaneous stenting was successfully performed. However, the post-echocardiography revealed a ruptured papillary muscle that was causing severe mitral regurgitation and aggravation of congestive heart failure. The patient subsequently underwent mitral valve repair with papillary muscle re-implantation. Postoperative echocardiography showed a competent mitral valve without residual stenosis or regurgitation. The patient was discharged from the hospital with an uneventful recovery and has been doing well on outpatient follow up.

Today, seaside village has been met with much difficulty from aggravation of fishing conditions including decrease of fishery resources, marine products market opening, reduction of coastal fishing ground. Thus, seaside village tourism can become an useful alternative to revitalize the local community. This study deals with on the tourism activities based on motive of tourist to Seaside Villages in Jeju Island. And it will be find out though the cross analysis of tourism motivation factors and tourism activities factors. With 298 effective responses gathered from an on-site survey. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted using techniques of frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and canonical analysis. The tourism motivation and activities were conformed by Chi-Square Analysis and ANOVA analysis. For the growth of seaside village, many tourist must visit four seasons and tourism facilities and programs will be develop as seaside village experience activities, marine leisure activities, and circumference inquiry activities.

This study was carried out to get efficient of organic material removal and wastage sludge production minimized effects on the treatment of Brewhouse wastewater using aerobic RBC and curtain biological film contact process. As a results of biofilm attachment experiment aggravation of water quality due to excessive biofilm showed after every 13 days of operating times. The concentration of BOD at raw wastewater was 3800${\sim}$5300 mg/L and COD was 2300${\sim}$3100 mg/L. The average BOD of effluent was maintained 18 mg/L and average COD was 26 mg/L. The result of this experiment was wastage sludge did not almost generated.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

One of major problem in endotracheal intubation for general anesthesia is intrathoracic tracheal obstruction induced by tumor such as, intrathoracic goiter and malignant lymphoma etc. Small amount of secretion or hemorrhage and mild tracheal edema may cause aggravation of tracheal obstruction during endotracheal intubation. Also, it is too difficult to perform the emergency tracheostomy in middle tracheal obstruction. We tried to perform femorofemoral cardiopulmonary bypass without endotracheal intubation for induction of general anesthesia in case of middle tracheal obstruction and We reported with review of literature.

Since late 1990's, the Fish Aquiculture Households belong Fishing Community have been faced very serious pressure of management. The surface factors of this situation have been understood to overproduction and too much imports from China, but basic factor was caused structural problem, that is considered small scale production system. Then, We should enlarge scale of the Fish Aquiculture Households belong Fishing Community to overcoming profitability aggravation. To the Enlargement of Scale, We should consider to change the regime of Fishing Community that means two practical programs. First, it need to enlarge the scale of Fishing Community than now, and Second, it need to incorporate the Fishing Community for exclusive Management of Fish Aquiculture Rights.
