  • Cloud computing is cost-effective in terms of system configuration and maintenance and does not require special IT skills for management. Also, cloud computing provides an access control setting where SSO is adopted to secure user convenience and availability. As the SSO user authentication structure of cloud computing is exposed to quite a few external security threats in wire/wireless network integrated service environment, researchers explore technologies drawing on distributed SSO agents. Yet, although the cloud computing access control using the distributed SSO agents enhances security, it impacts on the availability of services. That is, if any single agent responsible for providing the authentication information fails to offer normal services, the cloud computing services become unavailable. To rectify the environment compromising the availability of cloud computing services, and to protect resources, the current paper proposes a security policy that controls the authority to access the resources for cloud computing services by applying the authentication policy of user authentication agents. The proposed system with its policy of the authority to access the resources ensures seamless and secure cloud computing services for users.

  • On Study is to presidential security service in Korea and U.S Secret Service. U.S Secret Service give emphasis a right of a people. This become the center of attention that Special Agent enforced comprehensive authority with Law enforcement, intelligence, security. Presidential security service in Korea emphasis a threat of North Korea in the past. but recent circumstances changed a threat of terrorism based Islamic Fundamentalism and emphasis a right of a people. You can't overemphasize the value of this point.

  • One of important protecting skill is securing the minimum safe distance from potential hazard to protect protectee in the emergency situation, that is basic thing for the detailed security in relation to the walking formation and the distance between protectee and crowed. This thesis is to provide the idea on the scientific countermeasure in the gun attack situation, by presenting logic on the reaction time and it's moving distance, on the safe distance between protectee and crowed. Handball goal keeper's reaction time of 0.33seconds is applied, because handball goal keeper's reaction style is very similar to security agent's reaction style. And 4m/sec of record is applied, that is average speed of 'go and return type run of 40m' to calculate it's moving distance. Several researches show that reaction time could be improved by continuing training, similarly security agents could improve their reaction time, providing better reaction skill. The important thing is that it make big difference in the protecting result, although the shortening of reaction time is too slight. Securing safe distance between protectee and crowed and the distance between protectee and security agent could provide effective reaction environment with 'natural protective wall effect' by security agent

  • This research looks close the effect of security agent's hierarchical leisure constraint on the leisure motivation and participation based on the Jackson's Model of the hierarchical leisure constraints. This research selected 420 people for sampling, designating security agents who work for security companies located in Seoul in 2009 at present as subjects by utilizing purposive sampling method, but the number of sampling used for ultimate analysis is 356. In this research, reliability analysis's and structural equation modeling's Maximum Likelihood method are used to prove the reliability and validity of questionnaire. By using these research method and procedures, the conclusion of this research is as following. First, intra-personal leisure constraint was affected by interpersonal, structural leisure constraint. Second, leisure motivation was affected negatively by leisure constraint. Third, leisure participation was affected positively by leisure motivation. Synthesizing all things referred above, leisure constraint was affected by inter-personal, structural leisure constraint, and in turn, leisure motivation and leisure participation were affected by its effects. It turned out that leisure motivation has a meaningful effect on leisure participation through leisure participation and adjusting process.

  • Smart cities are expected to provide residents with convenience via various agents such as CCTV, delivery robots, security robots, and unmanned shuttles. Environmental data collected by various agents can be used for various purposes, including advertising and security monitoring. This study suggests a surveillance map data framework for efficient and integrated multimodal data representation from multi-agents. The suggested surveillance map is a multilayered global information grid, which is integrated from the multimodal data of each agent. To confirm this, we collected surveillance map data for 4 months, and the behavior patterns of humans and vehicles, distribution changes of elevation, and temperature were analyzed. Moreover, we represent an anomaly detection algorithm based on a surveillance map for security service. A two-stage anomaly detection algorithm for unusual situations was developed. With this, abnormal situations such as unusual crowds and pedestrians, vehicle movement, unusual objects, and temperature change were detected. Because the surveillance map enables efficient and integrated processing of large multimodal data from a multi-agent, the suggested data framework can be used for various applications in the smart city.

  • This paper describes intrusion detection rule management using mobile agents. Intrusion detection can be divided into anomaly detection and misuse detection. Misuse detection is best suited for reliably detecting known use patterns. Misuse detection systems can detect many or all known attack patterns, but they are of little use for as yet unknown attack methods. Therefore, the introduction of mobile agents to provide computational security by constantly moving around the Internet and propagating rules is presented as a solution to misuse detection. This work presents a new approach for detecting intrusions, in which mobile agent mechanisms are used for security rules propagation. To evaluate the proposed approach, we compared the workload data between a rules propagation method using a mobile agent and a conventional method. Also, we simulated a rules management using NS-2 (Network Simulator) with respect to time.

  • If a vulnerability in the software connected to the network to obtain the user's privilege, a remote attacker could gain the privilege to use the computer. In addition, in a user environment in which an operating system for a specific series is used a lot, if a problem occurs in the operating system, considerable damage can occur. In particular, If an error is a security vulnerability, it can be a very big problem. Various studies have been conducted to find and respond to vulnerabilities in such a situation. Among various security technologies, the fuzzing technology is one of the most effective technologies to find errors in software. In this paper, I designed and implemented a fuzzing agent that can detect buffer overflow vulnerabilities that can occur in various applications. Through this fuzzing agent, application developers will be able to realize a more secure computing environment in which they can discover and fix vulnerabilities in their own applications.

  • As the utilization of cloud computing service rapidly increases to meet demands for various forms of service recently, the virtualization technology has made a rapid rise, further leading to some issues related to security, such as safety and reliability. As a system to provide environments what multiple virtual operating systems can be loaded, hypervisors may be a target of various attacks, such as control loss and authority seizure, since all the agents fcan be damaged by a malicious access to the virtualization layer. Therefore, this paper was conducted to investigate the access control for agents and suggest a plan to control malicious accesses to the cloud virtualization internal environment. The suggested technique was verified not to have effect on the performance of the system and environment through an analysis of its performance.
