There are customer services jointly provided by two facilities so that each customer will complete the course made up of both facilities' sub-services. The two facilities are assumed invested respectively by an infrastructure owner and one subordinate facility owner, whose partnership is built on their capital investments. This paper presents a mathematical model of Stackelberg competition between the two facility owners to derive their optimal Nash equilibrium. In this study, each facility owner's profit is consisted of fixed revenue fractions of sold services, operating costs (including depreciation cost) and maintenance costs of her facility. The maintenance costs of one facility are incurred both by failures and deterioration due to usage. Moreover, for both facilities, failures are rectified immediately by minimal repairs and preventive maintenance is carried out at a fixed time epoch. Additional assumptions are also employed to develop the model such as customer arrivals are manipulated to follow a Poisson process, and each facility's lifetime is independently Weibull-distributed. The Stackelberg game proceeds as follows. At the first stage of decision making process, the infrastructure owner (acting as a leader) decides the allocation of revenue shares based on her self-interest. After observing the allocation of revenue shares, the subordinate facility owner determines her own optimal price of services. This paper investigates actions and reactions of the two partners in the system. Then analytical conditions are proposed to achieve a unique optimal Nash equilibrium. Finally, some suggestions for further research are discussed.

Launched the first communication satellite to be launched and operated several commercial communications satellite, but satellite communications services and the pace of the system is in place. In this paper VSAT, satellite communications service to provide a service based on the status and problems of the status of operating system and will present alternative policies to solve.

In this study, the operation condition of the U-library services is identified, and after confirming if there is any difference in the recognition from librarians, based on the results, the U-library services explore ways improvement plan to be operated reasonably. This study selected 10 local governments supported of the Ministry of Culture was performed in U-library services as a subject of study. Whether is any difference in the perception of librarians were measured according to demographic factors of librarians, presence or absence of work independency, employment pattern difference of librarians mainly operating U-library service as U-library services operating difference. For this study, united research methods (survey, visit, phone call) were used.

Purpose: This study was done to analyze the effects of tele-care case management services using secondary data. Methods: A descriptive research design was utilized, and the participants were 134 medical aid beneficiaries who were in either the high-risk group or the preventive group. Casemanagement services were delivered by 8 care managers. Data were analyzed using PAWS Statistics 17 through descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Results: After the case management intervention, the participants' health quality of life, self-care competency, and reasonable medical care utilization increased significantly for the high-risk group. However there were no significant changes in the preventive group. Conclusion: The results showed that the tele-care case management services were effective for high-risk medical aid beneficiaries. Further studies with controls for constitutional variables and a comparison group are required to validate the robustness of the effectiveness of the case management program in the present study.

The European pepper moth, Duponchelia fovealis Zeller (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) was discovered at Gyeonggi-do, Korea in 2015 and 2016. The moth has been known as a very harmful pest of ornamental plants worldwide. Larval damages to the Euphorbia milii stems and to the Schlumbergera truncata leaves were detected. After immediate spraying of insecticides, the moth was not found at the greenhouse any more.

In this study, it is the study of foreign tourism content information providing utilizing mobile indoor location information services. In particular, we compared the Web App used in Osaka, Japan. Widespread use of smartphones in the world increases, it is changed to free travel of individuals from group travel. Tourists cultural complex shopping mall is able to travel in a room is increasing. By utilizing the services of the guidance location based on the room, it is possible to easily obtain the discount coupon information, tourism content. Also, it is possible to grasp the movement path and disaster relief information. Osaka Japanese tourists increased after the earthquake in Tokyo. So we compare the difference in Osaka web and applications. If improving the indoor location information service method of domestic if it would help foreign tourists attract. In addition, it will give a big impact if there is a fusion of the Internet of things.

The strains of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, C. coccodes, C. acutatum isolated from black raspberry were pathogenic to apple and strawberry after dropping inoculation, but showed weak pathogenicity in hot-pepper and tomato. The anthracnose pathogens of C. gloeosporioides, C. orbiculare, C. acutatum isolated from apple, hot-pepper and pumpkin showed pathogenicity in black raspberry. Moreover, the anthracnose pathogens isolated from apple caused disease symptoms in non-wounded inoculation.

In order to guarantee the survivability of essential services against attacks based on new methodology, we need a solution to recognize important resources for the services and to adapt the urgent situation properly. In this paper, we present a dynamic resource reallocation scheme which is one of the core technologies for the construction of intrusion tolerant systems. By means of resource reallocation within a host, this scheme enables selected essential services to survive even after the occurrence if a system attack. Experimental result obtained on a test-bed reveals the validity of the proposed scheme for resource reallocation. This scheme may work together with IDS (Intrusion Detection System) to produce more effective responsive mechanisms against attacks.

Due to the change to the digital environments, the offer of services on the on-tine differs from one on the on-line. This paper Identifies what functions internet business organizations should fulfill to provide on-line services of good qualify and analyzes whether these functions lead effectively to the expected performance of Internet business firms. The components of service orientation in the Internet business organizations appear to be the servant leadership, customer treatment from the Internet service encounter, Internet service failure prevention and recovery, Internet service standards communication, Internet service training, and internet service rewards. Therefore, these determinants should be incorporated in the practices, Procedures, end routines of Internet business organizations in order to create and provide excellent Internet services. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that Internet service orientation has a significant effect on satisfaction by employees and customers, the value and quality of Internet service, and the firm's performance. This implies that the service orientation is an Important factor In the on-line service organizations and that the internet business can be successful when the service orientation is diffused throughout the firm's organizations. It is also shown that the important factors, which connect Internet service orientation and its performance, are the service quality, value of Internet service and customer satisfaction. That is, the service orientation can ultimately lead to the corporate performance when customers are satisfied after confirming the value and quality of Internet service by visiting the web site.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to present the desirable level of home health care services by identifying the roles and activities by task of home health nursing specialists as well as to raise the level of professionalism in home health care services. Method : This is a methodological study. The roles and activities by task were identified through a review of literature and a state-of-the-practice survey, and were structured into a questionnaire after being reviewed and modified through a consensus of experts. The field survey was conducted on 136 home health nursing specialists at medical institutions, public health centers. public medical institutions, non-governmental organizations, and religious institutions in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province. Incheon, Busan, Daegu, and Gwanggju from June 4 to August 4. 2004. Seven roles. 34 tasks and 130 activities were identified in association with home health nursing specialists. Result : The roles of home health nursing specialists were identified as professional nursing service provider, advisor, educator, administrator, case manager, researcher and leader. Under these roles. 34 tasks and 134 task-specific activities were identified. Conclusion : The the roles and activities of home health nursing specialist identified in this study can be used in various home health care settings. These the roles and activities should provide the evaluation criteria of home health care services for institutions with existing home health care programs. An evaluation tool should be developed in order to ensure the hish quality of home health care services.
