GIS를 활용한 도심 물류센터 거점 선정을 위한 연구: 서울시를 중심으로 (A Study on the Selection of Distribution Center in the City Using GIS: With Seoul as the center)

  • 2020년 COVID19 영향으로 온라인 성장세가 더욱 빠르게 증가하고, 이로 인해 라스트 마일(Last Mile) 서비스 강화를 위해 MFC 필요성이 중요하게 되었으며, 특히 인구 밀집도가 높은 강남, 서초 지역에서 MFC(Micro Fulfillment Center)가 활발히 운영되고 있다. 본 연구는 MFC 운영 사례 연구를 Arc GIS(Geographic Information System)를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 서울의 경우 MFC 4개 거점으로 30분 이내 배송은 불가능하며, 30분 이내 배송을 위해서는 소비자가 많은 지역에 MFC 거점을 촘촘히 확보할 필요성이 있다. 분석 결과 MFC 운영 거점은 주문 후 배송 서비스에 따라 서울시 기준으로 권역별 2개 ~ 3개, 행정구역 별로 최소 1개이상 거점이 필요함을 확인 할 수 있었다.

한국 의류제조산업의 효율성에 관한 연구 (A Data Envelopment Analysis for Estimating the Efficiency of Korean Apparel Industry)

  • Despite the recovery of consumer expenditure and retailing in the Korean economy after 2001, the domestic apparel industry has been aggravated by negative growth in both productivity and production. The purpose of the stud? is to diagnose the develop competitive of the Korean apparel industry and derive implications for this after estimating the efficiency of the Korean apparel companies with Data Envelopment Analysis. Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is a methodology based in non-parametric analysis and linear programming. It was developed for measuring the relative efficiency of a set of firms that use inputs to produce outputs. Data used fer input and output variables in the analysis are drawn from financial statement recorded by the Korean Financial Supervisory Service. The initial input data comprise the number fo the employees, fixed assets, general management and selling expenses, and cost of sales. The initial outputs are the operating profit and the gross margin. To summary the results, the efficiencies of the Korean apparel companies has increased yearly in spite of being overabundance of investment in Labour and Capital. According to correlation between input and output variables, the Korean apparel industry has been revamping gradually from labor intensive industries to the capital. The companies need to reduce costs in the results from the number of employees, fixed asset and cost of sales to transform into an efficiently enterprise. The companies owning or obtaining a brand had bitter establish an outsourcing strategic in production, while OEM corporations are called far setting up a manufactory in domestic or abroad. Although the paper is derived some implications with production efficiencies, the relation between apparel companies and brand power, consumption level of consumer, and social trend is remained on a limitation to the study. The next research necessitates a topic with Fashion industry or examining the correlation between brand value, social propensity and profit margin.

무선인터넷 데이터 서비스 과금 체계 개선 연구 (A Study on the Imporvement of Wireless Internet Service Tariff Scheme.)

  • 2004년도 1분기 현재 세계 이동통신 가입자는 약13억 4,800만명으로 인구대비 보급률은 아직 29%에 불과하나, 2004년 5월 현재 국내 이동 전화 가입자는 3천 6백만 명을 넘어서, 인구대비 보급률 75%를 상회하면서 우리 나라도 이동통신강국에 진입하고 있다. 무선인터넷 서비스는 1999년 5월 처음 서비스를 제공한 이후 통신사의 꾸준한 투자와 단말기의 고급화(컬러폰, 디지털 카메라폰) 및 번호이동성 (MNP) 제도도입 등으로 지속적인 증가추세로 2004년 5월 현재 무선인터넷 가입자는 총 3천 450만 명으로 이동전화 가입자 대비 95.3%의 가입률을 기록하고 있다. 이동전화 시장은 요금인하 또는 품질개선 등의 지속적인 질적 경쟁보다는 가입자의 양적 유치경쟁에 치우치고 있어 이용자들이 다양한 무선인터넷 서비스를 합리적으로 선택할 수 있도록 무선인터넷 서비스의 사전 요금정보의 제공과 무선인터넷 서비스의 요금체계 개선을 위하여 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷의 접속 및 컨텐츠 다운로드로 DATA를 측정하고 결과를 분석하여 과금 체계의 개선방향을 제시하여 무선인터넷 서비스의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

  • Purpose - Previous studies related to emotional labor of salespeople have mainly focused on identifying the antecedents of emotional exhaustion and turnover intention and exploring the mitigating effects salespeople's motivation on emotional exhaustion and turnover intention. They also demonstrates that there are different roles for moderating in social support, which means mental/physical support related to the job in supervisors, colleagues and organizations. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how service employees' surface acting affect turnover intention through emotional exhaustion. Another important objective of this paper is to investigate whether perceived social support moderates 1) the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion 2) the relationship between emotional exhaustion and turnover intention. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypotheses, we collected the data from Korean insurance company sales employees. A total of 235 responses were received, from which 220 usable responses were obtained after list-wise deletion.     The moderating effect of perceived social support(PSS) on the relationship between emotion exhaustion and turnover intention. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS software were used in these data analysis. Results - The service employees' surface acting was positively related to the emotional exhaustion; in turn, the service employees' feelings on emotional exhaustion are positively related to turnover intention. In addition, Perceived Social Support significantly moderated the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion. However, perceived social support has a non-significant moderating effect on the path from emotional exhaustion to turnover intention. On the basis of these results, the following conclusion can be drawn. First, distribution service companies will be needed the administrative efforts to offer counseling programs and space to provide their members with enough rest in experiencing psychological pain due to the salespeople's surface acting. Also, it is necessary for distribution service companies to identify and share the examples of successfully solving emotional exhaustion caused by salespeople's surface acting.

An Analytic Case Study on the Management of an Upper-level General Hospital(2010-2012)

  • Purpose. For a more efficient hospital management, this study aims to provide basic data so that the hospital management and staff in charge of hospital administration may systematically classify and collect hospital information, by analyzing the ordinary characters of an upper-level general hospital system and its common-type balance sheet, common-type profit and loss statement and financial ratio. Methods. By using information about an upper-level general hospital in C Province, provided by Alio(www.alio.go.kr), a public organization information provision site, Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service(www.hira.or.kr) and Ministry of Health and Welfare(www.mw.go.kr), this study analyzed 3 year's data from 2010 to 2012 and provided basic data by analyzing the ordinary characters of an upper-level general hospital system, and its common-type balance sheet, common-type profit and loss statement and financial ratio. Results. After analyzing the ordinary characters, common-type balance sheet, common-type proft and loss statement and financial ration of this general hospital, based on the 2010 to 2012 data, this study came to the following conclusions. Firstly, out of all the 1,069 hospital staff, there were 272 doctors working for 24 medical departments, out of whom the majority was 33 physicians. Most of the nurses were third-class ones, and about 2,000 outpatients and 600 inpatients on average were treated per day. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the common-type balance sheet, this study discovered that intangible assets out of fixed assets accounted for 41%, the majority, out of which usable and profitable donation asset buildings were of great importance, and the liquid assets increased more in 2012 than 2011. In the financial structure, the ratio of liquid liabilities was over 50% out of all the liabilities in 2012, and the ratio of purchase payables was high as well. The ratio of fixed liabilities reached up to 40%, out of which the retirement benefit appropriation fund was quite high. The capital was over 80%, but the surplus was in a deficit state. Compared to the capital, the ratio of total liabilities was about 90%, which indicates the financial structure of this general hospital was vulnerable. Thirdly, as a result of analyzing the common-type profit and loss statement, this study found out that the medical profits from inpatients were higher than profits from outpatients. The material cost was related to the medical quality of this general hospital, and it was as high as 30% out of the total costs and was about 45% of the labor cost. This general hospital showed 10% in the ratio of non-medical profits, and it seemed because of government subsidies. The ratios of medical profits and current net income were gradually changing for the better in 2012, compared to 2011. Lastly, as a result of analyzing the financial ratio, it was found that the liquidity ratio kept decreasing, from 110.7% in 2010 and 102.0% in 2011 to 77.2% in 2012. Besides, it was analyzed that the liquidity ratio and the net working capital ratio greatly decreased, while the quick ratio and the liquid ratio kept decreasing. Conclusions. 1. It is necessary to take the risk management into more consideration, and particularly, it is needed to differentiate and manage the levels of risk in detail. 2. By considering the fact that investments into hospital infrastructures were mostly based on liabilities, it is needed to deal with the scale of losses when evaluating risks. 3. By reflecting the character that investments into hospital infrastructures were based on liabilities, it is necessary to consider the ratio of ordinary profits as well as the ratio of operating profits to sales, and it is also important to consider sales productivity factors, such as the sales amount per a sickbed, by comparing them with other hospitals. As for limitations of this study, there may be some problems in terms of data interpretation because of the lack of information about the number of inpatients and the number of outpatients per year, which are needed for the break-even point analysis. Besides, to suggest a direction for the improvement of hospital management through analyses, non-financial factors should be reflected, such as the trend of economy, medical policies, and politic backgrounds. However, this study only focused on the common-type balance sheet, common-type profit and loss statement and financial ratio, so this study is actually limited to generalizing all the factors by analyzing public data only.

GAP 인증인삼 현황과 4P 전략 (Situations of GAP certified ginseng and 4P's strategies)

  • Ginseng in Korea has not only the big production value but also till a good reputation from overseas in the name of 'Korea Ginseng'. Having spread rapidly nationwide from 2000 year, its production keeps on increasing but its consumption becomes lazy and its price is also falling down because of comsumer's concern about mainly overusing pesticide for ginseng. In order to cope with this problem, the government introduced the GAP certification system to ginseng in 2006 to reflect consumer's needs for food safety. This system will be a good opportunity to promote ginseng consumption dramatically. In this aspect it is very important to know how well this system is established and how ginseng farmers build marketing strategies to draw new wind in the market. This study was carried out to look over the GAP certified ginseng system and show its marketing strategies using 4P's(product, place, promotion and price). The main results are as follows. GAP ginseng system currently has some weaknesses such as lack of systematic certification management and after-service, nonrealistic certification fee and poor linkage from production to consumption. In the marketing mix strategies, product strategy suggests that the most desirable appearance be transplanted ginseng filled with branch roots and 4 to 5 year-ginseng, and it is necessary to choose multi-brand strategy divided for present into for self-sufficiency and family brand strategy by use if its brand enlarges to processed products in the future. In the place strategy, 3 stages like 'producer group' - 'GAP certified facility' - 'sales shop' are based as the physical marketing channel according to traceability, and connected with giant retail market and environment friendly stand, and if its sales volume enlarges, it should be considered the GAP ginseng specialized marketplace which is a type of chain store. In the promotion strategy, the promotion of government level is necessary at first and producer alliances require the promotion targeting at the group of women under 40 with differentiation from price, quality, and safety. In the price strategy, the early stage-high price strategy which sets 20~25% higher for self-sufficiency and 30~35% for present is desirable.

한국채택 국제회계기준(K-IFRS) 도입 이후 농업법인의 부채비율과 경영성과에 관한 연구 -축산업 농업법인을 중심으로- (The Study on Debt Ratio and Business Performance of Agricultural Farming Corporations, since the K-IFRS was introduced)

  • 본 연구는 한국채택 국제회계기준(K-IFRS)이 본격 도입된 2011년 이후 금융감독원에 전자공시시스템(DART)에 공시된 공신력 있는 회계보고서를 바탕으로 축산업 농업법인의 경영지표 및 부채비율과 경영성과에 관하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 주요 경영지표를 분석한 결과, 안전성 지표는 유동비율, 부채비율, 유동부채비율이 낮아지고, 자기자본비율은 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 수익성 지표는 총자산순이익율, 자기자본순이익율, 매출액순이익율이 모두 2013년에 비해 2014년에 약간 증가한 것으로 나타났고, 성장성 지표는 전체적인 성장성 및 외형적인 성장성 모두 증가하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부채비율과 경영성과를 분석한 결과, 부채비율은 경영성과 변수인 총자산순이익률(ROA)과 매출액순이익률(ROS)에 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 축산업 농업법인의 부채사용이 외형적인 성장에는 기여하였으나 경영성과로는 이어지지 않고 오히려 무리한 부채사용이 경영성과에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 분석결과를 종합해보면 축산업 농업법인의 수익성 및 성장성 개선을 위하여 원가절감과 같은 경영개선을 통한 매출액 증대 방안이 모색되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한 부채사용이 외형적인 성장에는 기여하였으나 경영성과로는 이어지지 않는 만큼 무리한 부채사용을 줄이고 기술개발 보급 등에 의한 농업경영비 절감으로 매출 및 수익 증대 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

지능형 온라인 핸드메이드 서비스 도입을 위한 구매자 의사결정모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Buyer's Decision Making Models for Introducing Intelligent Online Handmade Services)

  • 산업혁명 이후 기계로 만든 공산품이 시장의 대부분을 차지하고 있지만, 최근에는 장인의 노력, 품질에 대한 믿음, 제품의 희소성, 제품을 사용함으로써 얻는 자부심 등을 이유로 많은 소비자들이 같은 범주의 공산품보다 더 비싼 가격을 주고 핸드메이드 제품을 구매하고 있다. Etsy.com은 세계 최대 온라인 핸드메이드 플랫폼으로 2015년 4월 기업공개에서 2조원이 넘는 자금을 조달하면서 온라인 핸드메이드 플랫폼의 잠재력을 증명하였다. 그러나 실제 온라인 플랫폼 환경에서 이루어진 지능형 서비스 관련 선행연구들을 살펴보면 대부분 공산품만을 대상으로 하고 있어, 핸드메이드 제품에 대한 학술적 접근이 충분히 이뤄지지 않고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 신호 이론과 온라인 플랫폼에서의 구매자-판매자 관계 특성에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 온라인 핸드메이드 플랫폼에 적용 가능한 핵심 특성요인인 입점 상점 특성(명성, 규모)과 입점 상점 관계특성(정보공유, 관계기간)을 도출한 후, Etsy.com 웹사이트에서 웹 하베스팅 방법으로 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 입점 상점 특성 가운데 명성과 규모, 그리고 입점 상점 관계특성 가운데 정보공유는 입점 상점의 총 판매량에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 입점 상점 특성 중 명성, 그리고 입점 상점 관계특성 중 관계기간은 입점 상점의 가격 프리미엄에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 온라인 핸드메이드 플랫폼에서 지능형 서비스 도입 및 운영을 위한 효과적인 관리 기준을 제시하고, 나아가 입점 상점이 핸드메이드 제품에 대한 판매량 증진 및 가격 프리미엄 극대화를 위한 실질적 전략 마련에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

중국 통신산업의 현황과 전망 (The Present Situation and Development Methods of the Communication Industry in China)

  • Purpose - Before the economic reforms, the Chinese communication industry was poorly developed. After China's entering to WTO, the Chinese market were gradually opened, domestic companies will be faced with more and more pressures of competition from the world rival countries. As time goes on, the overseas telecommunications companies will occupy the Chinese market with the opening of China Telecommunications market to outside. So this paper focuses on problems and development methods based on the research about the present situation and development methods of communication industry(communication manufacturing industry and communication manufacturing industry) in China. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the policies of China's entering to WTO. This paper observed previous researches and made an empirical research on Chinese communication industry based on the governmental policies, strategies, books and previous papers with several kinds of clear data announced formally by China authorities. Results - Most recently, reorganization of the communication industry has brought good opportunities for the development of the communication manufacturing enterprises. This paper analyze policy changes of Chinese communication industry, the status of communication manufacturing industry and communication service industry. Finally, this study for further research analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some practicable measures to solve them. Conclusions - Looking ahead, with China's rapid economic development and steady deepening of reform and opening-up, the Chinese communication industry is faced with an even broader prospect of development. Chinese communication industry will be become the pillar one in national economy after 10 years development. Foreign communication companies accelerated investment and progresses to Chinese information and communication markets. Positive ones are more foreign investment, export increase, domestic innovation, communication industry made steep growth. But negative ones are obstacles of domestic companies' development and jobless rate increase etc. Second communication manufacturing industry made good development, but computer and TV related industry made decline in growth. Third, market sizes of internet and mobile services are growing but the size of wired communication services is downsizing gradually. To overcome them, the studies of components or parts of communication manufacturing industry are needed individually. Second China Unicom, China Telecom, China Mobile etc. are Chinese representatives. The sales volumes are very similar at the beginning, but now they are different and make big differences. So the analysis about, their differences and its impact, are needed.

은행의 경영컨설팅이 수진기업의 경영성과와 은행의 기여도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - A 은행의 수진기업을 중심으로 - (Case Study: The Effect of Management Consulting of the A Bank on Business Performance of Consulting Client Firms and Their Contribution to the Bank)

  • 은행의 경영컨설팅은 은행과 기업의 상호발전에 도움을 주는 상생관계를 갖을 것으로 기대한다. 기존 연구들도 컨설팅을 받은 후 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 연구되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재 컨설팅 수진 여부에 따라 기업의 경쟁력이 강화되고 그에 따라 경영성과가 제고되는지에 대한 연관관계를 분석해 그 결과를 설명해주는 실증연구는 거의 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 논문은 은행의 경영컨설팅이 수진기업의 경영성과 및 은행기여도에 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 수진기업 측면에서는 경영컨설팅을 받기 전과 후의 기업의 재무성과인 안정성, 수익성, 성장성을 비교분석 하였고, 은행 측면에서는 수진기업의 은행에 대한 기여도를 측정하기 위하여 예금과 대출의 최근3개월 평잔의 변화를 측정하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 컨설팅을 받은 이후 수진기업의 재무 안정성의 항목인 부채비율과 성장성 항목인 매출액 증가율에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.
