철도차량용 영구자석 동기전동기의 열해석 기법 연구 (Investigation of a Thermal Analysis Method for IPMSM in Railway Vehicles)

  • 본 논문에서는 철도차량 추진용 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, IPMSM)의 운전 중 열 발생 특성 분석을 위한 열해석 기법 연구를 수행하였다. IPMSM의 구동 중에 권선, 코어, 영구자석에서 발생되는 과도한 열은 IPMSM의 장시간 연속운전을 어렵게 만들기 때문에, IPMSM에서 발생된 열의 효율적인 냉각이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IPMSM의 냉각장치 적용을 위한 선행 연구로써 IPMSM 의 열 발생 특성 분석을 위하여 IPMSM의 각 구성품에 대한 열전달 계수를 도출하고, 열 등가회로를 구성하여 열해석을 수행하는 열해석 기법 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 IPMSM 실 모델의 열 실험 데이터와의 비교를 통한 열해석 기법의 유효성 검증을 수행하였다.

  • Recently, According to rapid advancements in railway system and IT have enabled manless operation in urban transit system. Futhermore, development countries have been tried to develop unmaned operation system for reliability, safety, efficiency, and some ones already adopted. In this paper, we define system requirements and functionalities, and establish the system scenarios to handle the various accidents/faults in manless operation environment.

  • This paper show communication network scheme problem for the railway is solved which were electrical noise and line break in wayside using rerouting communication line, Considering the availability and the maintainability based on the reliability in design of communication networks. At first, Self-Healing Ring algorithm is suggested in that solution which is satisfied with above requirements. And also, in the advanced type, Dual Master scheme is suggested that the problem which is occurred in line break of both main and sub line at the same time can be solved using DMSHR(Dual Master Self Healing Ring). Therefore total reliability in railway system is going to be advanced using DMSHR scheme.

도시철도 운영환경에서 파상마모에 의한 레일체결장치 클립의 진동 특성 (Rail Corrugation Effects on the Dynamic Behavior of Clips of Rail Fastening System in Operation Environment of Urban Railway)

  • 레일체결장치는 레일을 침목 등에 결속시켜 정해진 궤간의 유지와 열차 하중을 하부의 침목 및 도상 등에 전달하는 역할을 수행하는 주요 궤도 구성품이다. 본 논문에서는 도시철도 운영환경에서 파상마모에 대한 레일체결장치 클립의 진동 특성 분석을 위해서 조립상태에서 레일체결장치 클립의 모달테스트를 수행하여 고유진동수를 측정하였으며, 이를 파상마모에 의한 통과주파수와의 비교를 통해 공진 영향을 검토하였다. 또한 열차 주행시 파상마모에 따른 레일 및 레일체결장치 클립의 가속도와 레일체결장치 클립의 변형률을 계측하였다. 분석결과 레일 및 레일체결장치 클립의 가속도는 파상마모와 매우 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으나, 레일체결장치 클립의 변형률과의 관계는 미비한 것으로 나타났다.

The product data management system is installed for management of each project. Various data and informations producted from each project are made for database. Therefore, we develop the product data management system.

  • IPMSM의 구동 중에 발생되는 철손은 코어 재료 특성에 의해 크게 좌우되며, 일반적으로 회전형 전동기에서는 모든 자속의 흐름 방향으로 자기적 특성이 동일한 무방향성 전기강판이 코어 재료로 사용된다. 무방향성 전기강판과 비교하여 방향성 전기강판은 자속의 흐름 방향으로의 자기적 특성이 우수한 장점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IPMSM의 철손을 저감시키기 위하여 코어 재료로써 무방향성 전기강판과 방향성 전기강판을 동시에 사용하는 구조를 제안하였다. IPMSM의 고정자에 자속 흐름의 방향으로 가공된 방향성 전기강판을 이용한 분할 티스 구조를 적용함으로써 기존의 110kW급 IPMSM과 비교하여 거의 40% 정도의 철손 저감 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • A lot of manufacturing knowledge and method have applied to increase manufacturing efficiency in industry field. DES(Discrete Event Simulation) is one of solution to deal with manufacturing problems in factory. Beginning of research, old maintenance system of KNR ( Korea National Railroad) and its technical problems are basically investigated. KNR has maintained railway vehicle with their own solution based on experience. Very advanced railway vehicles such as KTX (Korea Train Express) and TTX(Tilting Train Express) will be difficult to maintain with their old maintenance method. In order to apply knowledge of DES, maintenance field of railway must be considered. Imaginary maintenance machine are selected to variable of DES. Maintenance capability of each machine will be evaluated base on imaginary data from imaginary machine. The machine could be very expensive as well as difficult to replace. Target of research is minimization of number of machine in railway workshop. So basic knowledge of discrete event simulation is introduced. Then five essential stages of discrete event simulation are provided. Each maintenance case defined as event. Each event is discrete and simulated base on different case such as one maintenance line with one machine and one maintenance line with two machines in railway workshop. simple maintenance method, discrete event simulation, will be come out very powerful in complicate maintenance system and will be helpful to reduce maintenance cost as well as maintenance labor.

  • Bridges and tunnels mainly compose the structural system of Kyung-bu high-speed railway in Korea and the prestressed concrete box girder bridges are applied for the most part of bridge structures. Precast full span construction method was practiced in the construction of many prestressed concrete box girder bridges in Kyung-bu high speed railway for the high quality, great construction speed, low construction cost and construction safety. However, there have been no application of this method in continuous bridges until now. Therefore, a new advanced precast full span construction method is developed using pre-tensioning for precast and post-tensioning in alternating the simple span into a continuous bridge system. since the high-speed railway trains can cause dynamic problems in a continuous bridge. This study shows the structural behavior and the construction process of the new advance method.

  • Smart materials can adapt to changes of environment like living organs in nature such that they can maximize the performance and minimize the maintenance expense of engineering systems. Such materials have been paid attention ten years ago and applied in the area of industry, aerospace, transportation and civil structures. This paper summarizes smart material technology and shows some application examples in railway vehicles. Also, its future of smart material technology in railway vehicle technology is envisaged based on its possibility and practical aspect.

전기철도 교류급전 시스템의 회로 모델링 및 해석기법 연구 (A Study on Electric Circuit Modeling and Analysis for AC Railway System)

  • This paper presents an advanced approach to simulate AC electric railway system in steady-state. The algorithm consists of two parts. One is circuit modeling of elements of electric railway system, the other is an analysis on electric circuit. The modeling procedure has two steps, in the first step, proposed is the modeling method which is considered to be an internal impedance of the autotransformers and mutual impedances between the feeding systems. For the load(locomotives) modeling which is the second step, improved results are obtained as application to the proposed constant power model compared with constant impedance model. In the analysis on electric circuit, a generalized analysis method using the loop equation has been proposed and there is no limit in the number of trains between the ATs. In addition, the computer simulation by the proposed model was practiced. Simulation result seems very reasonable. It is therefore concluded that techniques for the electric circuit modeling and analysis have been established. Accuracy of the techniques will be further investigated.
