The main purpose of this study isto explore the potential of affective computing (AC) platforms in education through two phases ofresearch: Phase I - platform analysis and Phase II - classification of academic emotions. In Phase I, the results indicate that the existing affective analysis platforms can be largely classified into four types according to the emotion detecting methods: (a) facial expression-based platforms, (b) biometric-based platforms, (c) text/verbal tone-based platforms, and (c) mixed methods platforms. In Phase II, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the emotional experience that a learner encounters in online video-based learning in order to establish the basis for a new classification system of online learner's emotions. Overall, positive emotions were shown more frequently and longer than negative emotions. We categorized positive emotions into three groups based on the facial expression data: (a) confidence; (b) excitement, enjoyment, and pleasure; and (c) aspiration, enthusiasm, and expectation. The same method was used to categorize negative emotions into four groups: (a) fear and anxiety, (b) embarrassment and shame, (c) frustration and alienation, and (d) boredom. Drawn from the results, we proposed a new classification scheme that can be used to measure and analyze how learners in online learning environments experience various positive and negative emotions with the indicators of facial expressions.

To cultivate talented people with creative and convergent thinking skills to live in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the national curriculum of Korea is gradually emphasizing convergence education and software education. To meet the demands of the times, this paper suggests subject-convergent teaching-learning materials for educating core principles of Support Vector Machines, especially targeting elementary learners. Based on analysis of the national curriculum, achievement standards of three subjects are integrated. After printable worksheets for traditional face-to-face classes had developed, they were transformed to online interactive worksheets for non-face-to-face classes. The teaching-learning materials are expected to promote the growth of the learners' academic motivation and knowledge.

많은나라에서 온라인교육및 오프라인교육 장점을 결합한 혼합형학습을 개설하고 운영하는 중이다. 그러나, 온라인 윈격 강의 기반 Mooc 강좌는 졸업율이 5~10%미만으로, 매우 낮은 수준이다. 그러므로, Web 기반에서 언제, 어디서나, 누구나 간편하게 강의를 수강할 수 있는 온라인 Mooc 원격 교육 강의를 수강하는 학생들의 졸업율을 높이기 위해서는, 반드시 학생들의 강의 이해도 자동분석 및 자동 학사 경고 시스템을 도입 해야만 한다. 특히, 우리나라가 교육 선진국으로 진입하기 위해서는 오답율 자동판단 SW개발, 강의 자동요약 SW, 혼합형 학습 수준별 강의 기반 취약과목 자동분석 SW 교육을 개발해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서, 강의내용 자동요약 시스템, 오답 자동 경고 시스템, 취약과목 자동판단 알고리즘을 제안 하고 모의실험 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of online home learning in connection with extracurricular activities for lifelong education for the disabled in university on the cooking aids skills of cafeterias for the job search persons with developmental disabilities. Three people with job search developmental disabilities who have been in a state of unemployment for three years after graduating from a special high school course participated in the experiment. In order to verify the meaningful functional relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, multiple probe design across subjects, one of the main techniques of a single object study, was used. The experimental conditions according to the research design consisted of the steps of baseline, intervention, maintenance, and generalization. The dependent variable of this study is the restaurant cooking aid skills in the cafeteria, and three subskills such as side dish arrangement, sink arrangement, and dish washing were combined by task analysis. And the independent variable of this study was composed of procedures and methods to teach the environment, tools and materials related to the performance of dependent variables to the developmental disabled people at home by using real-time image technique through zoom service, and the contents of the performance by stages of task analysis. In addition, independent variables were applied to the subjects in the course of the extracurricular activities with the theme and contents of lifelong education for the disabled at university. Students who completed the above extracurricular activities practiced the intervention scene of the researcher through the screen sharing of zoom service. As a result, the subjects with developmental disabilities effectively acquired and maintained the positive response performance of dependent variables through independent variables. The subjects also showed high positive responses to generalization tests conducted in kitchens in cafeterias located elsewhere in the same university.

In the field of artificial intelligence education, discussions on the direction of artificial intelligence education are actively underway, and it is necessary to establish a foundation for future information education. It is necessary to design a creative convergence teaching-learning and evaluation method. Although AI experience coding education has been applied, the evaluation stage is insufficient. In this paper, we propose an evaluation system that can verify the validity of the proposed education model to find a way to supplement the existing learning module. The core components of this proposed system are Assessment-Factor, Self-Diagnosis, Item Bank, and Evaluation Result modules, which are designed to enable system access according to the roles of administrator, instructors and learners. This system enables individualized learning through online and offline connection.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

In higher education, integration of technologies - particularly generative artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT - has become increasingly widespread, serving numerous purposes to its stakeholders. While users acknowledge the utility of technology, concerns have emerged regarding its misuses. The present study is designed to investigate authentic perspectives and opinions of college freshman students to critically address the relevant concerns, and suggest meaningful solutions. To this end, seven college freshman student participants were recruited in a four-days-long online questionnaire. Their responses indicated that the college student participants appear to find ChatGPT positive in terms of its practicality and usefulness. However, they also showed concerns about a few potential issues (i.e., possible plagiarism and copyright problems). With recommendations the student participants suggested to reduce the aforementioned problems, the article discusses implications of the findings, providing valuable insights into the balance between implementation of AI technologies and dealing with the associated challenges in higher education in general.

Purpose: This study was aimed to analyze the sexual health curriculum for the nursing baccalaureate and associate's degrees in Korea. The curriculum proper based on Posner's theory presented the analysis of purpose, content, organization, and underlying assumption. Methods: This study was conducted with sexual health education guidelines, nursing practice standards, 181 curriculums, and teaching materials. Data were collected through literature, online homepage from 181 nursing school, and textbooks from July to September, 2013. Data were analyzed using percentage and mean with SPSS 12.0. Results: The purposes were mostly included in the low grade cognitive learning domain. The contents included 20 key elements among 22, so the scope was not inclusive. There was an unbalance between content's depth and scope, because total mean credit of sexual health nursing education was only 19.81 hours. The spiral structure of organization showed continuity, sequence, and integration with international standards. The interdisciplinary integration and transcultural value were advantages of the curriculum. Conclusion: This study provided a view on understanding sexual health nursing curriculum and implication for advanced education. The proclaiming of the standard and concept mapping of sexual health curriculum may contribute to the curriculum development for the advanced nursing.

스마트 시대를 살아가는 요즘 스마트폰을 전 국민이 사용하는 상황으로 봐도 무방할 정도로 빠른 발전과 보급이 진행되었으며, 스마트폰 사용으로 국내 미디어 콘텐츠 이용을 위한 필수 매체로 자리 잡아 성별, 연령, 지역 등에 상관없이 수많은 사람이 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용하고 있다. 최근 다양한 매체를 통해 온라인에서 학습을 위한 동영상 콘텐츠 소비가 이루어지고 있으며, 이는 학습자들이 온라인에서 동영상 콘텐츠를 활용하여 학습에 활용한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 기존 연구에서는 콘텐츠 유형에 따른 만족도 연구를 진행하였으며, 학습 콘텐츠 자체를 평가하여 학습자들에게 제공하는 방법에 대한 연구가 이루어 지지 않아 개선 방안이 필요하다고 판단하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습을 위한 동영상 콘텐츠 제공 방식 동향과 양질의 학습 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 개선 방안으로 학습 콘텐츠 자체의 평가와 리뷰를 통해 시스템을 제안하려고 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 비대면 교육(online mode)의 형태로 빠르게 전환되고 있는 시점에서 여러 대학 간의 디지털 기술을 토대로 대학 간 공유와 협력을 공유할 수 있도록 비대면 환경에서의 산학협력형 캡스톤 디자인 교과목을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 비대면 환경, 캡스톤 디자인 등의 문헌 및 선행 연구를 분석하고 비대면 환경에서의 산학협력형 캡스톤 디자인 교과목 개발 모델을 개발하여 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 웨어러블 캡스톤 디자인 프로그램을 시범 적용하여 학생 인터뷰, 설문을 통해 실효성을 확인하고 수정, 보완하였다. 이는 비대면 환경에서 산학협력형 캡스톤 디자인 수업 계획, 개발 시 기초자료 제공 및 단계별 운영가이드로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
