회복실의 간호업무에 관한 조사 연구 (A Study of Nursing Activities Performed by Nursing Personnel in Postanesthetic Room)

  • An analysis of the Nursing activities was carried out during the period of October 6 - 10, 1975 for five days, at postanesthetic room in Seoul National University Hospital. Continuous Time Study method was applied to this study by Observing and checking the activities performed by 8 nursing personnel at head nurse, staff nurse, and nurse aide level. Six nursing Students and 6 staff nurses observed and recorded all activities during the day and the evening for 5 days after certain process of training. Following results were obtained I 1. Percentages of nursing activity os were identified at each level of nursing personnel according to the skill Level 1) Thirty three point forty two Percent of the total head nurse's activities were spent by administrative activities, 21,33% by Clerical activities, 10.63% by Nursing activities, 6.54% by Messenger activities, 4.0% by Housekeeping activities, and 24. 08% by Unclassified activities, 2) Forty point forty two percent of the total staff nurses'activities were spent by Nursing activities, 12.7% by Administrative activities, 8.03% by Housekeeping activities, 3.08% by Clerical activities, 2.03% by Messenger activities, 0.08% by Dietary activities, and 34.19 o/e by Unclassified activities. 3) Thirty six point sixty three percent of the total nurse aide's activities were spent by Messenger activities, 14.4% by Housekeeping activities, 2.2% by Nursing activities, 1.0% by Clerical activities, 0.83% by Administrative activities, and 44.94% by Unclassified activities, 2. Percentages of nursing activities were identified at each level of nursing personnel according to area of activity. 1) Thirty three point ninety six percent of the total head nurse's activities were spent by Unit - Centered activities, 30.26% by Patient - Centered activities, 8.69 % by Personnel - Centered activities and 24.09 o/o by Other - Centered activities. 2) Fifty two point seventy four percent of the total staff nurses' activities were spent by Patient - Centered activities, 11.5 % by Unit -Centered activities, 1.68 % by Personnel -Centered activities and 34.02% by Other - Centered activities. 3) Forty nine point sixty seven Percent of the total Nurse aide's activities were spent by Unit -Centered activities, 5.13% by Patient -Centered activities, 0.27% by Personnel -Centered activities and 44.93%by Other -Centered activities. 3. Percentages of staff nurses' activities were identified at each skill Level according to their shifts. 1) Forty four point eighty one percent of the total day time activities were spent by Nursing activities, 13.62% by Administrative activities, 6.37% by Housekeeping activities, 2.08% by Clerical activities, 1.74 % by Messenger activities, 0.07% by Dietary activities and31.31 o/o by Unclassified activities. 2) Thirty three point eighty seven percent of the total evening time activities were spent by nursing activities, 10.51% by Housekeeping activities, 10.0% by Administrative activities, 4.58% by Clerical activities, 2.46% by Messenger activities, 0.09% by Dietary activities and 38.49% by Unclassified activities, 4. There was no great difference among activities of 5 days.

소방공무원 행정종합배상공제 사례 및 문제점 - 구급사례 중심으로 - (Cases and problems of comprehensive administrative compensation deduction for firefighters: focused on emergency medical service case)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the necessity of administrative compensation insurance and claims cases during the emergency medical service process among administrative compensation insurance cases and suggests problems and improvement measures. Methods: We compared the details of administrative compensation insurance claims of 15 cities and provinces, excluding Seoul and Kwangju, from 2017 to 2020 by requesting details disclosure of the comprehensive deduction for administrative compensation in 17 cities and provinces across the country. Results: A total of 69 cases were compensated through the administrative comprehensive compensation deductions. There were 53 cases of damage that occurred at the field stage, 14 cases at the transfer and hospital stage, and two other cases. Conclusion: The 119 paramedics, which are the perpetrators, should be active in field activities and free from the psychological pressure caused by increased workload and litigation. Active compensation administration is required for damage cases occurring in the firefighting activities context.

  • For decades, general services and accounting officers have been dominant forces in collection development activities in college and university libraries in Korea. The role of certified librarians has been rather peripheral. This has been allowed by the fact that library acquisitions departments had to be headed by non-librarian general administrative officers by the government regulation. The philosophy behind this regulation was that acquiring library materials was not any different from simple purchasing act of other useful goods in the marketplace. In affiliation with the element of general administrative officers, domestic book-sellers also had a great influence in collection building activities in college and university libraries in Korea. This has been made possible by the fact that no other people could su n.0, pply library materials, especially foreign library materials. It has been pointed out for years that the mechanism in which general administrative officers and domestic book-sellers had a greater say in library acquisitions activities was especially inefficient in acquiring wanted materials in wanted speed and in wanted price. In this mechanism, books and periodicals were mere goods. They were not perceived as intellectual property holding information and knowledge in them. Since the student movement to revolutionize the library system of the Pusan National University, September 1987 to December 1988, the creative and progressive elements in this university library have been making great efforts to change the acquisitions system in this library into a more efficient one by putting certified librarians at the center of the whole acquisitions process. These efforts have been successful to a certain degree. In this discursive study of the case of the Pusan National University Library, I have tried to achieve a social description of the library process in which progressively motivated librarians succeeded in alienating administrative officers and book-sellers and in grasping in their hands the hegemony in the collection building aspect of library activities. It has been discovered that this was possible only when the librarians were mature enough to have their kind of professionalism, i.e., professional ethics and craftsmanship.

도로점용허가 행정업무에 공간정보 활용을 위한 시스템 구축방안 (System Implementation Plan for Applying Spatial Information to Road Occupation Permit Administrative Works)

  • 대부분의 행정업무는 주소를 기반으로 수행하고 있기 때문에, 공간정보는 행정업무 수행에 핵심적인 요소이다. 행정업무에 공간정보를 활용하기 위한 많은 시스템이 구축되어 있으나, 도로점용허가 업무에 공간정보를 활용하기 위한 시스템의 구축에 대한 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 도로점용허가 행정업무에 공간정보를 활용하는 시스템의 구축방안을 다룬다. 시스템 구축방안은 업무분석, 활용 시나리오 도출, 시스템의 기능도출, 그리고 데이터마트 구축방안을 포함한다. 첫째, 업무편람 분석을 기반으로 도로점용 업무의 프로세스 및 각 프로세스를 구성하는 활동을 정의하고 도식화 한다. 둘째, 도출된 업무 활동 중 공간정보가 활용 될 수 있는 시나리오를 도출한다. 셋째, 도출된 업무 프로세스 및 공간정보 활용 시나리오를 시스템으로 만들기 위한 서비스의 기능을 도출한다. 마지막으로 본 시스템에 사용될 공간정보의 데이터마트 구축방안을 수립한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 시스템 구축방안은 응용 아키텍처 및 데이터 아키텍처의 일부를 포함한다. 추후 시스템을 구축하려면 하드웨어 아키텍처와 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 구성방안이 추가로 연구되어야 할 것이다.

  • The article is devoted to the study of the features of administrative liability for offenses in the informational sphere, the definition of the concept and features. Based on the examples of implementation of instruments of European legislation into the national legal system and examples of national legal practice, the authors have identified the features of informational and legal sanctions aimed at restricting the rights of access of subjects to information, prohibiting them to disseminate certain information, restricting the rights to disseminate certain information, and suspending informational activities. It has been substantiated that the administrative liability for informational offenses as a protective legal institution is created to contribute to the solution of such acute problems of legal support of human and society interests in the new informational dimensions.

KOSDAQ 시장의 관리종목 지정 탐지 모형 개발 (Development of a Detection Model for the Companies Designated as Administrative Issue in KOSDAQ Market)

  • 관리종목은 상장폐지 가능성이 높은 기업들을 즉시 퇴출하기 보다는 시장 안에서 일정한 제약을 부여하고, 그러한 기업들에게 상장폐지 사유를 극복할 수 있는 시간적 기회를 주는 제도이다. 뿐만 아니라 이를 투자자 및 시장참여자들에게 공시하여 투자의사결정에 주의를 환기시키는 역할을 한다. 기업의 부실화로 인한 부도 예측에 관한 연구는 많이 있으나, 부실화 가능성이 높은 기업에 대한 사회, 경제적 경보체계라 할 수 있는 관리종목에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 매우 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 코스닥 기업들 가운데 관리종목 지정 기업과 비관리종목 기업을 표본으로 삼아 로지스틱 회귀분석과 의사결정나무 분석을 이용하여 관리종목 지정 예측 모형을 개발하고 검증하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 로지스틱 회귀분석 모형은 ROE(세전계속사업이익), 자기자본현금흐름률, 총자산회전율을 사용하여 관리종목 지정을 예측하였으며, 전체 평균 예측 정확도는 검증용 데이터셋에 대해 86%의 높은 성능을 보여주었다. 의사결정나무 모형은 현금흐름/총자산과 ROA(당기순이익)를 통한 분류규칙을 적용하여 약 87%의 예측 정확도를 보여주었다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 기반의 관리종목 탐지 모형의 경우 ROE(세전계속사업이익)와 같은 구체적인 관리종목 지정 사유를 반영하면서 기업의 활동성에 초점을 맞추어 관리종목 지정 경향성을 설명하는 반면, 의사결정 관리종목 탐지 모형은 기업의 현금흐름을 중심으로 하여 관리종목 지정을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다.

병원행정직 종사자들의 창의적 행동이 직무열정에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Creative Behavior on Passion about One's Job for Hospital Administrative Staff Members)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the effectiveness of a hospital organization targeting both hospital administrative staff members and internal/external customers under a rapidly changing organizational environment, where the effect of creative behavior on passion about one's job was controlled with the participation of 55 people from two larger general hospitals, with 103 people from four general hospitals, with 51 people from eight regular hospitals. Thus, data from a total 209 people were collected. The creative behavior of hospital administrative staff members working for general hospitals and larger general hospitals significantly affected job engagement, showing that 'Relevant knowledge, maintaining status, and application appetite' were higher than the scores of 'new knowledge pursuit activities.' However, a weaker relationship between creative behavior and job engagement was found in medical institutions than for hospitals.

병원조직의 경력관리활동이 행정직종사자들의 고용불안 심리에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Management Activity in Hospital Organization on the Job Instability for Hospital Administrative Staff's)

  • 본 연구는 병원의 조직차원 경력관리활동이 병원행정직 종사자들의 고용불안 심리에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여, 내 외부 고객과의 상호작용을 강화하기 위한 조직차원의 효율적인 경력관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산권역에 소재한 종합병원 7개, 병원 7개, 총 14개 병원의 행정직종사자 192명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구방법은 SPSS통계프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 검정, 회귀분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 조직차원의 경력관리활동은 타당성과 내적일관성 검증결과 직접적인 경력관리활동과 간접적인 경력관리활동으로 구분되었으며, 고용불안 심리는 직접적인 경력관리활동에 의해 유의한 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 조직차원의 직접적인 경력관리활동 중 '조직구성원들의 경력을 위해 필요한 훈련을 받을 수 있는 대책강구'가 고용불안 심리와 가장 강한 상관관계가 있었으며, '새로운 직무기회에 관한 충분한 정보제공' 과 '직원들을 참여시켜 경력관리 계획과정 개발'도 상대적으로 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 고객과의 상호작용을 강화하기 위한 조직차원의 효율적인 경력관리방안은 경력관리 대책 수립 시 조직구성원들을 참여시켜는 것이 바람직함을 시사하였다.

Development of GIS-based Regional Crime Prevention Index to Support Crime Prevention Activities in Urban Environments

  • In this study, we proposed GIS-based Regional Crime Prevention Index (RCPI) development method designed to support local governments with systematic crime prevention activities. The public interest in safe urban environment is increasing rapidly. The government is putting efforts into crime prevention activities to eliminate the criminal opportunities in advance. CPTED is method to prevent crimes in the city by improving environmental factors that cause crime. It is used by local governments to promote the crime prevention activities centering on the expansion of CCTVs and street lamps and the improvement of street environment. However, most policies were terminated as one-off programs and it is necessary to monitor the effect of such policies on a continuous basis. In order to alleviate issues, this study proposed RCPI as part of crime safety assessment in urban environments. The estimation of RCPI in City A of Gyeonggi-do showed relative differences in 31 districts (dong), indicating that it is also possible to evaluate the crime safety in the local community on the level of the administrative dong, the smallest administrative district in the urban environments. As a crime map, the RCPI will be used effectively as he reference to support the decision making process for local government in the future.

협력종합예술활동의 지역 적용 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Regional Application of Cooperative Integrated Arts Activities)

  • 본 연구는 서울시의 협력종합예술활동에 대한 성공 전략을 분석하고, 이를 타 지역 공교육 현장에 적용하기 위한 방안 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과, 협력종합예술활동은 학교 교육과정 내 운영함으로써, 예술교육의 보편성을 실천하고 있으며, 적극적인 행정·재정적 지원과 다양성이 확보된 참여형 예술교육활동이다. 따라서 이를 지역 공교육에 적용하기 위해 모든 학생의 참여와 적극적인 행정적 지원은 물론 지속적인 인적·물적 재원 지원, 다양성이 반영된 예술교육과 결과물 공유를 통한 사회적 환원 및 지속적인 모니터링을 실시해야 할 것이다.
