감정노동이 직무열의와 직무소진에 의한 이직의도, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 : 창업보육센터 종사자의 보상 조절효과 (The influence of Emotional Labor on Turnover intention and Customer Orientation Mediated by Burnout and Work Engagement : The Moderating effect of reward on manager at support centers for startup)

  • 본 연구는 창업보육센터 종사자(매니저)를 대상으로 감정노동(표면행동, 내면행동)이 직무열의와 직무소진에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 직무열의와 직무소진이 이직의도와 고객지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 또한 이러한 관계에서 창업보육센터 종사자(매니저) 보상이 조절 역할을 하는지 연구하였다. 연구결과, 감정노동의 표면행동은 직무열의와 직무소진에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 내면행동은 직무열의에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 직무소진에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무열의는 이직의도에 부정적, 고객지향성에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 직무소진은 이직의도에 긍정적, 고객지향성에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무열의와 고객지향성 관계에서 창업보육센터 종사자(매니저) 보상이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 정부의 소상공인 정책자금, 교육, 컨설팅 지원에 대한 효과 분석을 통하여 정부지원정책이 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 소상공인특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고려한 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 소상공인특성 및 정부지원정책은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 구조모형에서 유의한 독립변수는 고객진입용이성, 사업홍보용이성, 상품이동용이성, 고객확보용이성과 자금지원의 효과성, 교육지원규모, 교육지원의 효과성, 컨설팅지원규모의 만족도 등으로 나타났다.

Nurse Manager Competency: Views from Executives in Thai Community Hospitals

  • Background: Adolescent mothers may find the transition to motherhood to be Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the viewpoints of nurse managers and directors of nursing services in community hospitals regarding the essential competencies of head nurses. Methods: A qualitative descriptive design was used to investigate the perspective of nurse managers and directors of nursing services about essential competencies of nurse managers in community hospitals. A total of ten participants (four directors of nursing services and six nurse managers) were interviewed. Findings: Nurse managers and directors of nursing services identified leadership, management, communication, professional ethics, and policy and healthcare environment as the essential competencies for their positions in community hospitals. Conclusions: These findings can be used by executives of community hospitals and nursing institutes to plan for competency development for nurse managers. They should be included in nursing administration programs.

  • Policy-based networking offers a network manager the ability to manage the network in a holistic and dynamic fashion rather than force a network manager to manage the network by dealing with each device individually. Policy-based networking is focusing on users and applications instead of emphasizing devices and interfaces. An important part of the policy-based networking is to simplify the task of administration and management for different disciplines. The Defense Information System(DIS) of today are complex and heterogeneous systems. Operational needs are not a trivial task and Quality of Service(QoS) is not generally guaranteed. So, important data may be missed or congested by trivial data. Policy-based networking provide a way to support QoS and simplify the management of multiple devices deploying complex technologies. This paper suggest implementation of policy-based networking in DIS to improvement of performance, and implementation is progressed step by step. Especially this paper is focusing on the providing QoS with policy-based networking using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol(LDAP) Server.

A Basic Study on the Introduction of Professional Indemnity Insurance for Construction Project Managers

  • During the administration of a construction project, various types of participants are engaged in the project. From the design phase to the maintenance phase, these participants may confront many risks. To avoid these risks, participants should utilize an insurance company or a bond company. The types of risks and liability that a construction manager may face are listed in the construction law or contract. But there are some arguments related to risk transferring and the content of risks. For this reason, construction managers must carefully consider any possible risks in the contract and the construction law. Therefore, for construction managers to deal with risks appropriately, the introduction of a legal requirement to carry professional liability insurance, a defined compensation range for damages, a method of guarantee in the event of defects, a defined compensation claim period for damage, and a method of damage claim were suggested in this study.

건설현장 소장의 진성리더십이 현장직원의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 조직후원인식의 매개효과 - (Examining the effects of project manager's authentic leadership on field staffs' intention to leave and mediating roles of field staffs' perceived organizational support)

  • 본 연구는 건설현장 소장의 진성리더십이 현장직원의 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에 있어서 조직후원인식의 매개역할을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 조사대상자는 고속도로 건설현장(37개), 인천공항 건설현장(12개), 철도 건설현장(10개), 광역지자체 건설현장(14개), 국도 건설현장(2개)으로 총 75개 건설현장에 근무하고 있는 현장직원을 대상으로 하였다. 회수된 설문지 630부 중에서 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 622부가 분석 자료로 활용되었다. 설문분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장소장의 진성리더십은 현장직원의 조직후원인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 현장소장의 진성리더십은 이직의도와는 직접영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장직원의 조직후원인식은 이직의도에 부(-) 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 현장직원의 조직후원인식은 현장소장의 진성리더십과 이직의도 사이에서 완전매개 작용을 하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 현장소장의 진성리더십이 현장직원의 조직후원인식을 향상시키고 향상된 조직후원인식은 현장직원들의 이직의도를 저하시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 건설현장 내에서 절대적 권한을 갖고 있는 건설현장 소장의 진성리더십의 영향력을 평가하였고, 매개변수로써 조직후원인식의 역할을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

소유경영자의 혁신지향성과 혁신성과: 수요자 혁신의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Entrepreneurial Orientation of Owner Managers and Innovation Performance of Firms : Focusing on mediation effect of user innovation)

  • 본 연구는 2014년 한국기업혁신조사에 응답한 국내 제조사들을 대상으로 소유경영자들의 기업가 지향성이 수요자가 참여하는 개방형 혁신활동을 통해 혁신성과에 미친 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 결과와 시사점을 제시하는데 주된 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 기업의 지배구조 관점에서 소유경영자의 지분율을 기업가 지향성의 대용변수로 측정하여 분석한 결과에 따르면 소유경영자의 기업가 지향성과 혁신성과 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있고, 수요자가 참여하는 개방형 혁신활동은 이 같은 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타냈다. 분석결과는 소유경영자의 기업가 지향성이 높을수록 기업의 혁신성과가 높아질 수 있으며, 수요자 참여를 통한 소유경영자의 시장지향적인 개방형 혁신 활동은 혁신성과를 한층 더 강화해 줄 수 있는 유용한 전략이 될 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • Because each building is built in different time, there exists different equipment to meet the need for each age. Before the announcement of "Community Management Regulation", the old communities usually suffer the problem of lower requirement and living quality. This may bring some security problem that we should face. In this research, we construct "Building Administration System" to provide users a tool to perform a standard operation procedure in community management. This powerful tool will also help manager to effectively handle important tasks in property administrating by reducing unnecessary documentation. In the current regulation, all community committee members shall be voted each year. This will seriously affect the cumulative of management knowledge and cause a worse efficiency. In this research, we use Object Oriented concept and Visual Modeling techniques to combine with Interbase, ER/Studio, and Delphi to develop this management system for Building Property. Through the help of current computing technology, we can solve the problem that can not be inherited and the storing of the huge amount of data. In this system, we develop the modules such as Basic Data Module, Administrative Expense Calculation, Receipt Print, and Inquiring for Inheritance. In this system, we have integrated all houses, parking lots, and public equipments in it. Manager will only need to handle some basic accounting data; the system will automatically handle the rest. Through the help of this system, the community management staff can be easily accomplished and put more manpower on some needed aspect to improve the living quality.

인적자원관리 상황에 대한 간호 관리자의 의사결정에 관한 연구 (A Study of Nurse Manager's Decision-making on Human Resource Management)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationships among nurse managers' participation in decision-making process relation to human resource management and the influencing factors. Method: The subjects were 198 nurse managers who were in general hospitals over 900 beds. The data were collected from January 13 to March 13, 2006. The SPSS PC+ 12.0 program was used to analyze the data. Result: The nurse managers had greater participation in the identification phase of decision making than selection phase. The mean scores of three phases were significantly different. The satisfaction of decision making was evaluated. The higher participation in decision making, the higher satisfaction of decision making. Nurse managers' decision style tended to be more participative than autocratic. Personal and organizational factors(age and decentralization) influenced positively on participation in decision making. Decentralization and span of control influenced positively on satisfaction in decision making. Conclusion: It is necessary to permit the participation in decision making for nurse managers.

Regulatory Aspect of Risk Assessment and Management

  • Risk assessment is useful tool making good decisions on the risks of certain hazardous com-pound and suggests safe margin through scientific process using toxicological data, statistical tool, exposure value and relevant variants. The goal of risk management is to protect the public health from hazardous compound based on result of risk assessment having reality. For the suggestion of exact man-aging information, risk assessment must be designed to represent a "plausible estimate" of the exposure to the individuals and to minimize uncertainty. Risk assessment methodology and knowledge are expected to change more rapidly than before and up-to-date methodology should be applied in regulatory aspects through the Agency. For the useful application of risk assessment, the communication between the risk assessor and the risk manager is needed before the initiation of the risk assessment and upon its completion. Generally, the risk assessment itself as a practical tool in the regulatory decision making process would be regarded with social economic impact.ic impact.
