보건행정전공 대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Job Finding Stress of University Students Majoring Public Health Administration)

  • The present study aims to determine the grade and factors of the effects that influence the stress related to job finding of the university students majoring public health administration. The data was collected for 4days from June 7, 2011. Among a total of 360 cases of the questionaries, only 324 cases were used. To data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression using PASW statistics 18.0. From the analyses, it was found that school environment and study-related stress were some of major causes for stress in job finding. There was statistically significant difference in the sub-areas of job finding-related stress by gender, age, type of school, school grade, whether or not the graduating class and satisfaction with the major selected. There was statistically significant difference among the sub-areas of job finding-related stress such as academic achievements, characters, and school and family environments and whether in graduating class of collegians and their satisfaction with the major they chose turned out to exercise statistically significant impact upon the stress of the students majoring public health administration.

Population changes and growth modeling of Salmonella enterica during alfalfa seed germination and early sprout development

  • This study examined the effects of alfalfa seed germination on growth of Salmonella enterica. We investigated the population changes of S. enterica during early sprout development. We found that the population density of S. enterica, which was inoculated on alfalfa seeds was increased during sprout development under all experimental temperatures, whereas a significant reduction was observed when S. enterica was inoculated on fully germinated sprouts. To establish a model for predicting S. enterica growth during alfalfa sprout development, the kinetic growth data under isothermal conditions were collected and evaluated based on Baranyi model as a primary model for growth data. To elucidate the influence of temperature on S. enterica growth rates, three secondary models were compared and found that the Arrhenius-type model was more suitable than others. We believe that our model can be utilized to predict S. enterica behavior in alfalfa sprout and to conduct microbial risk assessments.

Evaluating Genetic Diversity of Agaricus bisporus Accessions through Phylogenetic Analysis Using Single-Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Markers

  • Agaricus bisporus, commonly known as the button mushroom, is widely cultivated throughout the world. To breed new strains with more desirable traits and improved adaptability, diverse germplasm, including wild accessions, is a valuable genetic resource. To better understand the genetic diversity available in A. bisporus and identify previously unknown diversity within accessions, a phylogenetic analysis of 360 Agaricus spp. accessions using single-nucleotide polymorphism genotyping was performed. Genetic relationships were compared using principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) among accessions with known origins and accessions with limited collection data. The accessions clustered into four groups based on the PCoA with regard to genetic relationships. A subset of 67 strains, which comprised a core collection where repetitive and uninformative accessions were not included, clustered into 7 groups following analysis. Two of the 170 accessions with limited collection data were identified as wild germplasm. The core collection allowed for the accurate analysis of A. bisporus genetic relationships, and accessions with an unknown pedigree were effectively grouped, allowing for origin identification, by PCoA analysis in this study.

한국형모델의 항공기 관측 온도의 정적 편차 보정 연구 (A Study of Static Bias Correction for Temperature of Aircraft based Observations in the Korean Integrated Model)

  • Aircraft observations constitute one of the major sources of temperature observations which provide three-dimensional information. But it is well known that the aircraft temperature data have warm bias against sonde observation data, and therefore, the correction of aircraft temperature bias is important to improve the model performance. In this study, the algorithm of the bias correction modified from operational KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) global model is adopted in the preprocessing of aircraft observations, and the effect of the bias correction of aircraft temperature is investigated by conducting the two experiments. The assimilation with the bias correction showed better consistency in the analysis-forecast cycle in terms of the differences between observations (radiosonde and GPSRO (Global Positioning System Radio Occultation)) and 6h forecast. This resulted in an improved forecasting skill level of the mid-level temperature and geopotential height in terms of the root-mean-square error. It was noted that the benefits of the correction of aircraft temperature bias was the upper-level temperature in the midlatitudes, and this affected various parameters (winds, geopotential height) via the model dynamics.

  • GIS 사업의 특성상 데이터구축 부문은 전체 사업의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 중요한 부문임에도 불구하고 지금까지의 GIS 사업은 데이터구축 부문의 중요성을 간과하고 넘어간 사업이 많은 것이 사실이며 이를 계기로 사용자는 사업성과물인 전체 정보 시스템에 대한 신뢰성을 갖지 못하는 경우도 발생했다. 이런 계기로 GIS감리제도의 필요성에 대한 활발한 논의가 이루어지게 되었다. GIS감리에 대해서 아직은 명확히 정의된 것은 없지만 크게 전산기술 감리(구 정보시스템 관리)와 GIS Data구축감리의 두가지 큰 내용으로 나뉘어지는게 일반적이다. GIS Data구축감리의 목적은 데이터구축 활동의 합리적이고 전반적인 활동체계를 갖는 것과 사업목적에 맞는 올바르고 정확한 산출물 생성에 있다. 그리고, GIS Data구축감리의 목적을 이루기 위한 내용은 크게 데이터 구축 계획수립의 적정성, 데이터 구축 활동의 적정성, 데이터 품질관리 활동의 적정성, 데이터 구축부문에 관한 컨설팅, 데이터 검수의 5가지로 나눌수 있다. CIS Data구축감리의 내용 중 데이터 검수는 실제적으로 구축되는 단계별 산출물에 대해서 내재되는 오류를 찾아내는 단계로써 현장검수, 육안검수, 화면검수, 전산검수, 자동검수 5가지의 내용으로 이루어진다. 정보화 시스템에 사용되는 CIS 데이터는 자동검수 기능의 다양함과 정밀함에 따라 정보화 시스템의 성능이 결정된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문은 Data CIS Data구축 감리에 대한 전반적인 내용에 대한 소개와 전산검수에 사용되는 효과적인 검수 프로그램을 제안한다.

온냉 물리치료시 나타나는 혈관변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (Vascular Changes by the Ice and Ultrasound Thermal Therapy)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the vascular changes after thermophysical therapies using ice pack and ultrasound, investgate the mechanism of peripheral vasodilation by sympathetic nerve, and to observe the effects of the ergotamine to the thermophysical therapy. The author had used 16 healthy rabbits which were divided into 2 groups : with and without administration of ergotamine. Experimental animals were sacrificed 5, 10, 20 minutes after experiment, and were examined with gross and stereoscope of resin casting blood vessel models. The results were as follows : 1. Vasodilation was not remarkably found in the group with administration of egrotamine after thermophysical therapy. 2. Vasodilation was remarkably found in the group without administration of ergotamine after thermophysical therapy. 3. Vasodilation was increased in the group without administration of ergotamine, but not remarkably found in the group with administration of ergotamine in lapse of time 4. Thermophysical therapy was most effective to arterioles. Our data suggest that the dilation of peripheral blood vessels from thermophysical therapy was controlled by sympathetic nerve, because the blood vessels did not changed after administration of ergotamines which was a sympathetic nerve blocker.

Systematic Review on the efficiency of prefilled syringe : To administer medication for cardiac arrest patient

  • The Pulpose of this systematic review is aimed to establish the procedure of the injection with saftey and efficiency in the pre-hospital cardiac arrest patient performing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), compared with traditional medication administration using Ampoule and medication administration with Prefilled Syringe. Databases were searched for CPR, heart arrest, resuscitation, Pre-filled Syringe, and Ampoule by the electronic data research including Pubmed, EMBASE and Cochran Library of Konyang University Library: 4 articles were selected by three co-authors using EndNote X20 and Covidence (Covidence.org) and were systematically reviewed. The Result of this study, the medication administration using Pre-fillled Syringe improves the safety of patients and Emergency medical workers by reducing the error in administration dose and administering the drug in safe than the medication adminisrtaion using Ampoule, also, contributes to the increment of survival rate of cardiac arrest and severe patients by decreasing the administration time that prevents the delay of medication administration.

사회네트워크 분석을 이용한 수산경영학 관련 연구의 추세와 내용분석 (A Study on Contents and Trends of Fisheries Management Research with Social Network Analysis)

  • The major purpose of this study is to find and analyze the characteristics of Fisheries Business Administration Research based on using social network analysis. This study examines every paper of The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration from 2007 to 2016. This study analyzes fisheries business administration research through bibliometric data including research trends, researcher characteristics, and key words. The 229 source articles are all papers published from 2007 to 2016 in The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration in Korea. Comparing with previous research, the major research areas of Korean fisheries business administration have a little changed and the topics of recent research are much diversified. Through basically based on frequency analysis and SNA(Social Network Analysis) method, most of the bibliographical characteristics were founded. And based on the result of this study showed that 1) increasement on number of researcher and organization 2) climate change and economic related topics are most popular terms 3) DEA is most adopted methodology in recent papers 4) joint research among the organizations has somewhat been increased 5) human resource management, history of fisheries management and education still have been conducted in terms of sustainability.

고주파 에너지 방사지속시간을 이용한 지진규모산정법 : 지역지진에의 적용 (Estimation of Earthquake Magnitude Using High-Frequency Energy Radiation Duration: Application to Regional Earthquakes)

  • 일본 주변에서 발생하는 대규모 지진의 규모를 신속하게 결정하기 위해 고주파에너지 방사지속시간을 이용한 규모산정법에 대하여 연구하였다. 이 방법을 지역지진 자료인 기상청 지진관측 자료에 적용하여 일본 주변에서 발생한 규모 6.0이상 14개 지진의 규모를 산정하였다. 관측된 속도 지진파형 자료에 2~4 Hz의 대역필터를 적용하여 고주파 에너지 지속시간을 계산한 다음 이를 이용하여 규모를 결정하였다. 그 결과, 규모가 커질수록 지진의 지속시간도 길어지는 경향을 보였으며, 지역지진자료를 사용하여 분석한 규모 값이 원거리지진자료로 얻은 규모와 적은 오차를 나타내었다. 이번 연구결과 일본 근해에서 발생한 대규모 지진에 대해서 기상청 지진자료를 이용하여 신속하게 규모를 산정하고 지진해일 유발가능성을 판단하는 것이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The existing data systems and structures scope primarily the data evaluation which is performed by only corresponding or Interesting bodies. And the bodies i.e. electricity and energy utilities' quarters don't exchange the data each other because methods, purposes, etc. of the collection are different. This paper presents a new integrated system of data collection, administration and evaluation on the power system. And the system is applied to PSS/E data structures.
