  • 실제로 발생한 화재사건 현장에 대하여 발화부를 확정하고 발화부내에서 발화원인으로 작용한 전기기기 및 제품을 분해하여 객관적인 입증을 도출하였다. 그리고 이와 유사한 사례를 예로 들어 보았다. 실제 산업현장에서 사용되고 있는 전기제품들의 취급 실태 지적하고 개선하여야 할 점과 대책을 검토함으로써 이러한 사례들과 유사한 유형의 화재의 재발을 방지할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제시하였다.

  • Unlike other ready-made suits, which are normalized based on aspects like, designs, materials, sewing methods, has to be worn for three years, designing and pattern development of school uniform depends greatly on satisfaction and appearance. Furthermore, school uniform is of importance as many teenagers spend most of their time at school. In the present work, an attempt has been made to suggest ideal school uniform for female middle school students based on their actual uniform conditions and design preferences, so that the demands of artistic aspect, and the requirements of a suitable uniform for a female teenager can be fulfilled. Initially, a survey about the actual wearing condition was held to figure out the actual uniform conditions and design preferences. Based on the result of the survey, two types of school uniform were made with different patterns. Finally, the most ideal school uniform for female middle school students was suggested based on the experiment involving a few aspects such as suitability and functionality. It is conjectured that school uniform survey and investigation, could provide useful information to the school uniform business market.

  • Amusement park's indispensable facilities are dependent on electrical energy. So it is very important to ensure electrical power against fire, power failure, disaster and accident. To find out present problems, investigation was carried out for emergency and standby power systems at amusement park all over the country. We research the related regulations for Electrical facilities of internal standards and NEC. As a result, we could know that there is discrepancy between the electrical regulation and the actual condition.

  • This study was executed to investigate the components making passenger satisfied or unsatisfied for the domestic train seats, and the patterns of the behavior that passenger taking in the train. These results would help in developing the high-speed train seat that adapts the Korean body structure and emotion. This investigation was done for 436 persons who taking in Saemaeul, Mukungwha, Tongil train during the January 1998. In addition subjective evaluations for texture properties, color, and pattern of the seat covers were investigated for 32 subjects in the lab under the controled condition in order to find to which one Korean prefer. The result shows that it is important to enhance the ride quality, and for coverage passenger prefers the soft texture, blue tone color, and abstract pattern.

고성산불지역에서의 화재조사와 주요수목의 열량분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on fire investigation & calorie analysis of main trees in Go-sung wildfire land)

  • 1996년 4월 23일 강원도 고성군에서 발생한 산불에 대한 현장조사와 주요수목인 굴참나무와 소나무에 대한 열량에 대한 실험을 하였다. 산불의 확산에 영향을 주는 주된 요인은 크게 기상, 연료, 지형 3가지로 구분할 수 있는 데 기상 조건에서는 산불위험경보 수준이었고, 연료 조건에서는 높은 열량값을 가지고 이쓴 소나무 순림이 전체 산림의 63%를 차지하고 있었다. 산림의 지형에서는 지형의 변화와 기복이 크며 단순상향사면형의 지형이 어우러진 골짜기 형태로 급경사지가 대부분이었다. 주요 수목인 소나무와 굴참나무의 열량 실험에 대한 분석 결과는 소나무의 경우 부위별 전체 열량값이 13.43kcal/g, 굴참나무는 9.46kcal/g로 나타났다. 열분해에 의한 질량손실의 경우 소나무가 굴참나무보다 약 35.71~10.05% 더 높은 질량 손실률을 나타냈다. 따라서 소나무가 굴참나무보다 열에 대한 저항성이 낮다고 볼 수 있다.

간호 교육에 대한 일 연구 -2년제 초급대학 과정 중심으로- (A Study of The Nursing Education Concerning Two Years Associate Degree Nursing Program)

  • 1. The purpose of this study. The purpose of this study is to plan and investigate short-term nursing education of two-years associate degree program to produce middle-level professional nurses which are needed by-society and nation. Current nursing education in Korea is divided into four years degree program, three years diploma program Even (though) there are differences in the aims of their education, the curriculums are not much different between the education for producing leaders which is its basic purpose and training middle-level professional nurses. Therefore the purpose of associate degree program lies in minimizing the waste of time and finance which are invested for long-term education for middle-level professional nurses. And also this coincide with the policy of national technical training and definite supply of nurse manpower according to health policy for effective role and ability of nurse. 2. The method of study. This is based on the study of literature, research on the actual condition and investigation of opinion- through questionnaire. L) The study of literature: Domestic and foreign literatures for two years associate degree program were studied and investigated. 2) Research on the actual condition : Current three years nursing education program was collected and analysed. 3) Investigation of opinion. The problem of curried nursing education system and the possibility of two years associate degree program were investigated through questionnaire. 3. The result of the study. 1) The trend of recent nursing education. a. The aims of nursing in past chiefly taking care of physical disease of patient has recently changed to nursing of character including physical, mental, socio-economic, educational and psychological condition. b. For the performing systematic and effective nurse's duty according to her role, the-change of educational system which is classified as a range of education the period of education and certificate after graduation has been enforced or fulfilled. c. Nursing education also has a trend to become a collage or two years associate degree program which can get same legal protection as other educational institutions whose basic purpose is education. Attached nursing school to hospital is getting disappeared because of disadvantage of educational system. 2) Problems. Depending upon research on actual condition of current 3 years nursing education program. a. There are too many subjects. b. Contents of education could be doubled because major subjects are subdivided in detail. c. The credits for graduation are too heavy comparing to the period of study or the ability of students. (The necessary credits are 150.8 for three years according to actual investigation 4. There is no certain standard in organizing curriculum therefore there are too much differences between schools. 4. Basic Plan. The plan for two years associate degree program in nursing education depending on demand of professional nursing field of society is based on following items. 1) Training middle-level professional nurse lay emphasis on liberal arts and basic major field. 2) Liberal arts are divided into required and optional subjects and students could take courses by choice. 3) Major subjects are compound together by fields and they become the sciences of nursing Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and every items has its educational purposes and contents major study includes laboratory practice and clinical experience. 4) The required credits for graduation are to which means 17-18 credits a semester. The above has been planned to solve the problems of current three years nursing education program. In conclusion for the achievement of this system, following items are needed. 1) It is necessary to change educational administration and system such as amendment of educational law or order of educational application of law. 2) Qualified professors should be available to understand and develope the idea or purpose of this educational system. 3) Local medical institutions should be opened widely and educational for clinical training. 4) The job after graduation should he secured positively.

가을철 온열환경에 대한 대학생의 적응수준 진단 (Diagnosis of Collegian's Adaptation Level for Autumn Environment)

  • The actual clothing conditions were surveyed to diagnose clothing condition of collegians in the view point of adaptation to the thermal environment in fall. Then, clothing climate, physiological responses, and subjective sensation were investigated through wearing trials on human subjects in climatic chamber based on the results from the survey. Factors to evaluate validity of clothing condition were clothing weight, clothing climate, physiological responses of human body, and subjective sensation. Adaptability of this research to thermal environment was compared to the results of Toda's and Duno's of Japan, Chung's results of Korea rural area, and Winslow's clo value. The standard values for wearing trials were values at comfortable zone, such as $32{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ of temperature and $50{\pm}10%$ of humidity inside clothing, $36.5{\sim}37.3^{\circ}C$ of ear temperature and $32.2{\sim}34.3^{\circ}C$ of mean skin temperature. Clothing weight per body surface area was 680.9 $g/m^2$ in male and 526.7 $g/m^2$ in women. Cold resistance ability of collegians was superior to Japanese and American, and similar to rural male in Korea. According to the examination of clothing adaptability with clothing weight from the investigation on physiological responses and the actual clothing conditions survey, following were found. Temperature inside clothing ($29.8{\sim}32.3^{\circ}C$) was normal, and humidity inside clothing (32.2~54.8%) was at comfortable zone. Mean skin temperature was at its comfortable zone. Therefore, 615 $g/m^2$ in male and 525 $g/m^2$ in female were a desirable wearing condition.

  • It was found that more than 60% of the steam turbine blade damages occurred under the condition alternatively repeated wet and dry of vapor and condensed vapor at the lower pressure stage. And also, it has been well known that both the mechanical properties and environmental strength of the steam turbine blade can be changed by the crystal structure. However, in spite of these common facts, it is difficult to find out the quantitative results including the particular environmental condition as well as the actual service conditions. In this study, as a fundamental investigation to provide design information and reliability evaluation of the 12Cr alloy steel used for a steam turbine blade, stress corrosion strength of the 12Cr alloy steel of which its crystal structure is different was assessed under $2.5{\sim}3.5wt.%$ NaCl solution at 90oC. From the results, S-t curves for predicting damage life and design criterion of the 12Cr alloy steel including corrosion environment as well as S.C.C. condition were obtained.

A Investigation on the Actual Condition of PV Maintenance on Residental Buildings

  • Residental photovoltaic power system achieved remarkable results in distribution and activation through 'One Million Green Homes Program' led by the government. However, system maintenance and management after installation are relative unsatisfactory. Thus, problems, such as malfunctioning, decrease in efficiency, breakage, etc, are occurring in succession which means that expensive facilities are not used effectively. This study attempted to propose a more preferred alternative to the photovoltaic power system currently applied and installed to the housing by investigating and analyzing the said system, identifying management practices, and deriving problems. For this study, 48 houses equipped with photovoltaic systems in J City were chosen and they were analyzed after preliminary research and field investigation. The results revealed that most of the surveyed systems in J City are still in fairly good conditions. But the instruction and information regarding the appropriate operational management of those surveyed systems have not been delivered to the owner. Therefore, promotion education and related manual deployment should be done by the contractor. In terms of installation, inadequate system location and some warranty services are required to be improved, which are usually caused by a lack of careful planning and construction. In addition, the follow-up management needs to be provided about five years later after installation considering system deterioration.
