The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual condition of the daily living activities of the elderly with dementia in recuperating facilities. The thorough investigation and observation works were made to them from the view points of daily living behaviors and behavioral places of the recuperating elderly. This article discusses about the basic characteristics of the elderly and the actual condition of the daily living activities of the elderly with dementia in recuperating facilities for the aged with dementia. The results of this study are summarized as follows; There is no wide difference between geriatric hospital and nursing home for the aged with dementia on the characteristic of living behaviors of the elderly with dementia. The usage of behavioral places in recuperating facilities are influenced by the physical environments and the basic characteristics of the elderly with dementia.

In the Aircraft Incident Reporting System(AIRS), It is important to collect and gather date about aircraft incidents by means of systemic methods and make it materials for study in the view point of aircraft accident in the future. Especially, the development of such effective tools can be one of main factors determining whether the investigation of potential accident factors succeeds or fails. For such a reason and the purpose of aircraft accident prevention, the AIRS compatible to each county has been developed early and been adopting now in several countries involving USA. First this study examine the actual condition about investigation method tools of potential accident factors used in several countries and investigation and analyze them, finally present the method which can improve more acceptable forms to flight crew used at the KAIRS(Korean AIRS).

Purpose : The research which sees width for a wide gain and loss is about brush qualitative management of the child about dental hygiene of the child is investigated the brush qualitative actual condition. Methods : The data which is collected used SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 11.5 programs and analyzed, a frequency and a percentage with analytical technique, in order to grasp the general quality of the investigation object person produced to examine is about the brush quality control actual condition of the children opinion t-test (verification) frequency analyses and $x^2$(Chi-square) verifications, executed. Result : The followings are the findings of this research. First, the children about the reason which wipes this 83.4% the thing protection dental caries answer back, followed in grade and considers the difference which was visible(p<0.001). Second, wipes whether to experience is educated answer back 83.0% was educated, followed in sex and considers the difference which was visible(p<0.05). Third, when 1 time is brush quality of the children doing, in grade and the time when becomes disturbance was, most between 2~3 minutes followed considers the difference which was visible(p<0.01). Fourth, when 1 time is brush quality of the children doing, in grade and the time when becomes disturbance was, most between 2~3 minutes followed considers the difference which was visible(p<0.01). Fifth, when 1 time is brush quality of the children doing, in grade and the time when becomes disturbance was, most between 2~3 minutes followed considers the difference which was visible(p<0.05, p<.001). Sixth, Use duration of the toothbrush the child of most was 3~6 months, according to grade and sex was visible the difference which considers. Conclusion : Are oral healthily of the children is the knowledge which relates with a brush quality and practical degree important. Therefore this there must be dental health education program development will be able to improve, means must reflect the dental health education at the time of.

This study started with drawing problems of early implementation and suggesting improvement plans in order to lead a rural convergence industrialization district system to early settlement and management for its policy goals. The study aimed at 13 districts that were designated from 2014 to 2016 for analyzing an actual condition of promoting early implementation, and went ahead with it combining literature research, interview survey and specialist opinion investigation. The study examined and organized an outline, policy goal, and actual condition of rural convergence industrialization district. Furthermore, it analyzed an actual condition of promoting at each stage such as designating processes of rural convergence industrialization districts, operating body and system, regulation improvement, district supporting projects and relating projects, drew problems and finally suggested improvement plans. This study could be meaningful because it is the first study to grasp an actual condition of promoting early implementation and to remedy problems in order to manage rural convergence industrialization district system which was newly promoted since 2014 for its policy goal. In addition, it suggests that the further study of the result after managing district system for a certain period of time should be needed.

The purpose of this study is a suggestion which is a way for preservation and management the Jongmyo landscape based on its landscape visibility and land use. To do this, we had done a field investigation and a literature examination. The investigations are as following; we researched current application which for changing the actual condition near the Jongmyo. According to this research site could notice that landscape visibility can be affected by not only the height of building the Jongmyo. The visibility can be affected by photograph's undulation, too. Furthermore, we notice that even some building are located far from the view point and view corridor, it can be a factor which decrease the quality of the landscape visibility. Finally, we can propose how to make way for conservation and management by through restrict land use which based on changing the actual condition, landscape visibility and land use around the cultural assets.

In this paper, experimental investigation into the behavior of reinforced concrete (RC) columns tested under large lateral displacement with four different types of loading arrangements is presented. Each loading arrangement has a different system for controlling the consistency of the loading condition. One of the loading arrangements used three units of link mechanism to control the parallelism of the top and bottom stub of column during testing, and the remaining employed eight hydraulic jacks for the same purpose. The loading systems condition used in this investigation were similar to the actual case in a moment-resisting frame where the tested column was displaced in a double curvature. Ten model column specimens, divided into four series were prepared. Two columns were tested monotonically until collapse, and unless failure took place at an earlier stage of loading, the remaining eight columns were tested under cyclic loading. Test results indicated that the proposed system to keep the top and bottom stubs parallel during testing performed well.

To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

In this paper, in order to reduce the electric disaster damage which is caused by with electric equipment of traditional markets, we developed cabinet panel and the electric safety monitoring system which is able to monitor the electrical equipments condition(over current, leakage, arc, WH, electrical fire factor etc.) at traditional markets. We constructed Test-bed for testing reliability of electric safety monitoring system and the actual condition investigation about electrical equipment of traditional market. This paper will be used with the data for an actual demonstration project after reinforcing problems which are occurred to operation of traditional market actual loads.

This study is conducted so as to understand actual condition of financial difficulties confronted by construction companies in the recession of real estate market which has been continued since the financial crisis started from USA in the second half of 2008, and provide fundamental data for the establishment of policy direction. Compared with this actual condition survey with a 2008 investigation, it seems that the practice of financial institutions or credit evaluation relating parts among sections, which were pointed as problems in such investigation, are resolved to some extent. It seems that there are many causes to aggravate financial conditions as pointed at this time and such causes are related to self-problems, which are inherent to the construction business, such as the smooth settlement of construction payment, the securement of new construction projects, the limitation according to the risk inherent to the construction business, and the industry vision, etc.
