This research is about global investment for managing the important position, what Korea is doing in World's main market. Considering there are some differences between developed countries' model and developing countries' model in doing direct overseas investment, they target to get political agreement and develop the new invest plan and strategy by understanding changes of Korean manufacturing companies in direct overseas investment between 2000 and 2007 and analyzing the change of yearly investment motivation factors and determining factors for investment. The result from this result let us know that company should develop their own idea for their competitive advantage by doing direct overseas investment with the existing theory which convinces the need of competitive advantage for investing overseas. I set actual model and analyze results from it with the considering that it is so important to get knowledge and information for globalizing companies to invest overseas and companies, which want to be world leading ones for their field through innovation and changes, need to have more active strategy. And, the overseas investment, which was already done in other countries, 1. Review its realities and tendency in terms of investing countries, investing industries, and its scale. 2. Set up an actual model, based on strategic combination of investing location select and determination of Korean manufacturing companies and yearly investing factor-effect analysis. 3. Analyze how the situational factors have influenced and what factors would be considered for direct overseas investment. From the analyzing result, even though it is fairly true that raising wage and getting resources, avoiding customs, and developing alternating industries for export had influenced at the beginning, overseas investing companies' policy will be influenced by the results from studying marketing-pursuit type, which emphasizes to manage trade income and outgo, keeping the balance in the black, ensuring raw materials, local producing and manufacturing by using low-wage people for local sale, and situation for changing investing tendency as service industry.

The purpose of this study was to develop a program to cultivate mathematical creativity based on open-ended problem and to investigate its effect. The major features of this innovative program are (a) breaking up fixations, (b) multiple answers, (c) various strategies, (d) problem posing, (e) exploring strategies, (f) selecting and estimating, (g) active exploration through open-ended problems. 20 units for 7th grade mathematics were developed. This study hypothesizes that experimental students may develop more divergent thinking abilities than their traditional counterparts. The participants were 7th grade students attending middle schools in Seoul. Instruments were pre and post tests to measure mainly divergent thinking skills through open-ended problems. The results indicated that the experimental students achieved better than the comparison students on overall and each component of fluency, flexibility, and originality of divergent thinking skills, when deleting the effect of covariance of the pretest. The developed program can be a useful resource for teachers to use in enhancing their students' creative thinking skills. Further this open-ended approach can be served as a model to implement in classes. This study suggests that further investigations are needed in order to examine effects on affective domains such as motivation and task perseverance which are also considered as important factors of creativity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the leadership style and development of agricultural organization in Korea. Specific objectives of the study were to : 1) identify the leadership style of agricultural organization though literature review, 2) survey the members' opinions about their leadership style, 3) examine the leader's self-estimation of their leadership style, 4) identify the desirable leadership style items of the leaders and members, 5) suggest effective way to the development of leadership style. The study was carried out through literature review and questionnaire survey. Total of 715 farmers were surveyed to collect data, and 501 responded. The statistical techniques applied on the data are frequency, percentile, analysis of variance, multiple regression utilizing the SPSS/WIN, and the statistical significance was tested at .05 level. The major findings of the study were: 1) the leaders motivation and problem solving abilities of agricultural organizations were not enough to satisfy the members, 2) members believed the leaders make somewhat arbitrary decisions, 3) the leaders of the organizations had difficulties to coordinate the different opinions of the members, and 4) the leaders of the organizations felt the need of skills and information on leadership style and development of agricultural organization. For improvement of leadership for agricultural organization, this study suggests; 1) the more education programs should be made and practiced to make their leadership special, 2) all members should make much efforts to have channels for rational communication, 3) the leaders have to give members well-polished incentives for active participation, 4) more governmental support should be given to empower those organizations, and 5) the agricultural organizations, universities and government must establish a strong coordinating system to realize above suggestions.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to prove, through the design and operation of a teaching learning model for clinical dental hygiene and practice III, the effectiveness of the flipped learning PARTNER model. Methods: A professional council was formed, composed of three professors of dental hygiene and one professor of education; each member was an expert with a Ph.D. From December 2018 to February 2019. Results: Learning preferences for the clinical learning hygiene curriculum based on flip learning showed that it had higher accessibility than traditional teaching methods. Subjects' motivation to learn was improved through flip learning, their critical thinking ability was improved through active discussion and flip team discussion, and their self-directed learning ability was also improved. Participation increased through flipped learning, and subjects' skill abilities showed their highest score by improving their performance through the whole lecture. A high satisfaction of 4.54 out of 5 points was achieved. Conclusions: It was confirmed that the development and operation of a flipped learning-based clinical hygiene curriculum can provide an effective and satisfactory learning process.
This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation through Response-Based Learning (RBL) on elementary students' attitude of participation and change before and after a Physical Education class and provide a perspective on the understanding of the practice of the PE class. For this purpose, this study selected 115 students in fifth grade in N. Elementary School located in the C. region as subjects, regardless of their sex. An exploratory factorial analysis was conducted with the subjects, and they were analyzed, applying a product-moment coefficient to examine the similarity between the factors. As shown in the result of this study, it is necessary to promote student-centered education instead of one-sided cramming education. Also, it is important to consider and convergence on apply the factors of learning before and after the class to be able to contribute to students' active and positive participation in the PE class.
The purpose of this study is to analyze elementary school students' class contents and activities between the invention class for the gifted under the local education office by the 'Gifted Education Promotion Act' and that under the invention classroom by the 'Invention Promotion Act'. For this study, the survey was conducted to 1,788 elementary school students who attended the invention class for the gifted both under the local education office and under the invention classroom. The analysis of the survey showed that the students of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office had higher motivation and participation rate in class, higher interest in invention, and stronger significantly in a future oriented will than those under the invention classroom. The parents of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office showed more enthusiastic attitude to support their students, and had significantly stronger recognition that the participation of the students in the invention education for the gifted helped enter an advanced school than those under the invention classroom. However, the class contents of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office such as 'understanding the influence of the invention history and products on society', 'scientific inquiry skills for problem solving', 'technological and engineering abilities for creating an invention', 'developing knowledge and abilities about business and management by using a new invention' were not different from those under the invention classroom. In addition, discussion and presentation were not active in the class activities of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office. Therefore, the researchers should compensate and develop a program which can apply strategically differentiated class contents and class activities to the students who participate in the invention class for the gifted under the local education office by the 'Gifted Education Promotion Act'.
Background: The benefits of physical activity are well established and recognized to prevent adults from many chronic diseases and particularly some forms of cancers. Objectives: The present study was conducted to investigate the present status of physical activity among Saudi adults in Al-Ahsa, and to examine the association between the stages of change for physical activity and perceived barriers, and self efficacy. Methods: A cross-sectional study of 242 subjects (118 males and 124 females) attending health centers aged between 20-56 years, were personally interviewed for demographic data, anthropometric measurement, physical activity level, stages of change for physical activity, self efficacy and perceived barriers. Results: Forty eight percent of the females were overweight and 16.9% of the males were obese with no significant difference between the genders for BMI categories. More than half of the females were inactive and 39% of the males were physically active with a significant difference (P=0.007). Twenty percent of the males were in maintenance stage, while similar percentage of the females were in contemplation stage. However the majority of the subjects were in pre-contemplation stage with a significant difference across the stages. Males had a higher mean score of self efficacy and less external barriers of physical activity. The major barrier among the females was lack of time ($7.2{\pm}1.4$) and in the males, lack of motivation ($7.7{\pm}1.4$). The females had less internal ($21.2{\pm}3.8$) barriers comparable to the males ($23.08{\pm}4.7$). Both genders had a significant relationship between stages of changes of physical activity and perceived barriers (internal and external), but in the females no significant difference across the stages was observed for self efficacy unlike the males who had a significant difference for self efficacy and self efficacy categories. Conclusion: The present study provided useful data on stages of change for physical activity and some psychosocial factors (self efficacy and perceived barriers) that can help to tailor strategies aiming at increasing physical activity level according to self efficacy and to the barriers detected, to prevent many chronic diseases including certain types of cancer in Saudi Arabia.
Mathematics is the subject that requires high mental function such as the ability of logically thinking and investigating. Because of the reason there exists much greater difference in students' individual scholastic abilities in mathematics class than in other classes. Recently many schools organize students into two or three level-based mathematics classes according to each student's level to solve the problem. But in spite of its many merits the new system of class organization has some problems. The problem which is pointed out as the most serious thing frequently is that many teachers still use the same textbook and the same teaching method for all students, not considering student's level. Obviously it causes the reduction of students' interest and motivation. In this point of view, I tried to solve such a problem by development and application of level learning materials reconstructed text book according to students' abilities and levels through this research. As the result of the research to examine the changes of students' emotional factors such as the recognition, interest, and attitude which influence on improving self-educability in learning mathematics has occurred, the following conclusion comes out. 1. Through the mathematics class utilizing level learning materials reconstructed textbook, students come to recognize that level learning materials are more effective than uniformed contents of the same textbook and get more active learning attitude. 2 The application of level learning materials in a level-based class has contributed to increasing students' interest in mathematics. Furthermore it was also effective in the positive changes of students' emotional factors such as the recognition, interest, and attitude which influence on improving self-educability in learning mathematics.

This study aimed to investigate differences in self-esteem, self-efficacy, and resilience according to the general characteristics and properties of volunteer activity in Dental Hygiene students, and to investigate correlations and the factors affecting these. After explaining the aims of the study to participants and receiving their consent during January 2015, the participants were given a structured, self-report questionnaire, with 178 responses included in the final analysis. IBM SPSS Statistics (version 21.0) was used for statistical analysis, with a significance level of p<0.05. Some general characteristics and volunteer activity properties were found to affect self-efficacy, self-esteem, and resilience. Academic achievement and participation in volunteer activities improved self-efficacy, self-esteem, and resilience. In addition to the factors affecting academic achievement, volunteer participation, age, religious, etc. It is thought that the development of various programs that provide students with academic motivation and natural opportunities to participate in volunteer activities would be helpful, as would increasing group activities to encourage active participation.
Most students have difficulties and negative perceptions about physics learning. Especially, it is difficult to understand the whole context by learning based on logical-scientific thinking which excludes narrative thinking. This study aims to develop a storytelling teaching-learning method using the narrative thinking in physics lessons for improving the difficulty of students of physics learning, For this purpose, a storytelling teaching-learning method that can improve scientific attitude and understand and change the concepts was developed through literature research. The following results were confirmed its effects to apply high school students and middle school students. First, the teaching-learning method using the storytelling for high school students with low interest in learning had a significant effect in science-related occupation, interest in science and science-related activities, criticism, openness, cooperation, and spontaneity. Second, the middle school students who are active in learning recognized that teaching and learning methods using storytelling helped to understand physics concepts. The storytelling teaching-learning method developed through this study is expected to stimulate students' interest and motivation in physics and to be useful for learning concepts by improving their scientific thinking skills.
