Objective: This clinical research is conducted to find out coping strategies and anxiety of patients with chronic pain, and the correlation between pain coping strategy and anxiety. Method: 50 subjects who came to the local oriental clinic answered the questionnaires about VPMI(Vanderbilt Pain Management Inventory) and SAS(The Self-rating Anxiety Scale). Then we researched the characteristics of pain coping strategies and the correlation. Results: 1. The mean scores of passive coping, active coping, and SAS are 29.62, 17.90, and 38.32 respectively. 2. In the analysis of nonparametric test, the female subjects tend to take more passive coping than the male. The older subjects tend to take less active coping than the younger. Subjects who reported more intense pain tend to take more passive coping. 3. There is significant difference between passive coping and anxiety. Conclusion: Pain coping strategies are related with age, sex, intensity of pain, and anxiety. The therapeutic intervention of decreasing passive coping and increasing active coping may be useful to manage the chronic pain. Further study is needed to find out more adequate inquiries of active coping.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress, coping and suicidal ideation among school-aged children and provide evidence for developing a stress management program for them. Methods: Data were collected and analyzed from 308 fifth graders from 6 elementary schools located in Daegu/Gyeongbuk. Results: First, for stress by general characteristics, there were significant differences in economic status, school record, self-rated health and life satisfaction. Also, subcategory stress by gender, there was a significant difference in appearance stress. Second, passive/avoidant coping had a significant difference in gender. Social support seeking coping and passive/avoidant coping were significant differences in economic status. Active coping had a significant difference in school record. Passive/avoidant coping had a significant difference in self-rated health. Aggressive coping, active coping, social support seeking coping and passive/avoidant coping had significant differences in self-rated life satisfaction. Third, stress and coping had significant differences by suicidal ideation. Fourth, stress showed positive correlations with aggressive coping and passive/avoidant coping while revealing negative correlation with active coping. Conclusion: These results from the study suggest difference by gender and need more active and positive coping strategy for suicide prevention.

Considerable part of energy consumption is occurred by through buildings. Especially, Lighting energy consumption is most part of one in building. There is very various ways and systems for saving lighting energy. In method, It can be divided Passive Daylighting System and Active Daylighting System. Louver, Screen and use of window's character is representative ways of passive system. Reflection mirror, optical pipe and optical fiber is representative method of active system. Introducing day light on which place can't be introduced day light by typical method is important advantage of active system. Except introducing day lighting methods, efficient lighting management system can save lighting energy. It called lighting automation system. Representatively, Occupancy-related automation and Brightness-related automation system is that. According to occupancy and introducing daylighting level properly operate lamp's intensity of illumination that can save lots of energy. Though Introducing daylighting method, effective lighting system we can get proper intensity of illuminance level and energy saving.

In this paper, we propose a framework (named Multimedia Service Framework) that provides the development and operation of different kind of multimedia applications. This framework defines the architectures and its functionalities for supporting multimedia services, in 3 layers of: Application, Distributed Support System and Network. Firstly, we analyzed general characteristics of multimedia applications, and defined a set of horizontal and vertical services in the Application Architecture. Also, we determined functionalities and services required to support all application services in the Distributed Support System Architecture which must provide functions for the distribution transparencies, resource sharing, interoperability and portabiliy. Finally, in the Network Architecture we proposed the network infrastructure and services to increase the efficiency in resource management and processing capacity of network components such as router and switch, adopting the active networking approach.

Policy base management system that can satisfy various user's request in distributed system environment recently and manage network resources efficiently is required. Described policy base management information consisted of ECA(Event-Condition-Action) rules so that efficient management of various communication network and consistent management policy may be available in this paper. Policy is consisted of Event, Condition and Actions to achieve when condition is satisfied. And we can present formality of dynamic function of management object as applying policy to ATM congestion control model been applying in real environment.

On this research, recognizing that ship inspection and audit services are closely related in Improving ship safety, the importance of active quality managements of ship inspection and audit services have been notified. For this research, based on previous research results, Quality managements of ship inspection and audit services were divided into the following aspects; the source of quality managements, execution of quality managements and outcome of quality managements. The results of this study is as follows. Overall, it is clearly shown that the elements of quality managements execution such as management responsibilities, resource management., product realization, measurement and analyzation, and improvement had also acted as a mediator between the relation of quality managements source and outcome.

This research is a case study about the personnel management policy of Bachae co., Ltd. It gives a solution especially to medium-sized companies suffering the manpower shortage, that the adequate motivation through strong leadership to employee results in not only job satisfaction but also organization absorption. The fact that company care about even the failure staying at their jobs longer without hurting their self pride to be loyal employee is a very demonstrative and great method which motivates middle & midium size of companies how to manage and utilize the human resources.

In the future society, a means to verify the identity of the information owner is required at the beginning of most services that the information owner encounters, and the emergence and gradual spread of digital identification that proves the identity of the information owner is essential. In addition, as the utilization value of personal information increases, discussions on how to provide personal information are active. Therefore, there is a need for a personal information management method necessary for building a hyper-connected society that is safe from various hacking, forgery, alteration, and theft by allowing the owner to directly manage and provide personal information management. In this study, a decentralized identity information management model that overcomes the problems and limitations of the centralized identity management method of personal information and manages and selectively provides personal information by the information owner himself and implemented a smart personal information provision system(SPIPS: Smart Personal Information Provision System) using a smartphone.

Seven constructs of sanitary management :time temperature, storage, cross-contamination, personal hygiene, equipment facility and documentation management were evaluated to investigate the perceived performance of sanitary management for school food service managers, Using a four-part questionnaire containing the seven constructs of sanitary management HACCP program, demographic information and characteristics of food service facilities participants rated their self-perceptions regarding sanitary management. Of the 550 possible respondents, 248(45.1%) completed the study. For the perceived sanitary manage-ment variables, the participants rated them between 2.66 and 4.16(5-point Likert scale). Temperature management presented the lowest performances while storage management showed the highest. The number of years of work experience of the food service managers and the serving location correlated significantly to sanitary management variables. Documentation management was also highly correlated to the other sanitary management constructs. The respondents ranked the managers leadership and professional knowledge regrading HACCP as most important, followed by the facilitys supporting equipment and human resources second, to successfully implement the HACCP system at the school food service facilites, Awareness of this study indicating low performance on temperature management suggests an active training program is needed for sanitary management of school food service.

For the purpose of cost saving and sales promotion, various industry companies have introduced logistics management techniques in their field. However, enterprises faced to damages because proper products can not be provided to customers in basic logistics 3S1L(speedy, safely, surely, and low) principles for environments changing rapidly and inflexible business processes. So, we need the ability in coping with risk to handle this phenomenon. In particular, the shipper of key decisions of supply chain risk management requires continuous exchange and collection of logistics information in the third-party logistics. However the current SCRMS(Supply Chain Risk Management System) is not sufficient to cover the shipper's various needs and to recognize and respond to emergency situations. Therefore, this paper proposes an active SCRMS framework through the reconsideration about the previous research on SCRM and rearrangement of risk factors for coping with those problems. in addition, it verifies an efficiency through a stability comparison with the current system.
