그린리모델링 사업 활성화를 위한 민간 이자지원사업 개선연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Interest Support Program for Activating Green Remodeling Business)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive priority improvement items through business expansion and efficient implementation for green remodeling business operator in order to enhance the activating of green remodeling business in a long-term perspective. For this purpose, survey of 128 business operator respondent is conducted based on 13 items. Also, priority improvements items were derived based on the results of the survey by using IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) techniques. As a result, In order to revitalize the green remodeling, it is necessary to induce market participation motivation through monetary profit. Additionally, The management of green remodeling business operator and the opinions of owners should be reviewed. In the future, the items that reflect the views of business operator and owners will be investigated and further research on improvements for expanding green remodeling 'interest subsidies on existing private buildings will be conducted.

기상정보시스템 품질요인이 이용자 만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Weather Information System'Quality Factor on User Satisfaction and Business Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a key quality factor affecting user satisfaction based on quality attribute of weather information system and additionally, a managerial implication for activating weather information service market by analyzing causal relevance between weather information system and business performance. Methods: As its method, a causal relevance of quality factor of weather information system affecting satisfaction and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. An enterprise utilized in analysis sample performed a survey by targeting 186 distribution/logistics and general manufacturing company. Results: It was revealed that information, service quality of weather information system exerted a significant influence on user satisfaction and it did not take a significant influence on business performance in terms of quality of information, system and service. A significant relevance between user satisfaction and business performance was strong supported. Finally, it was revealed that utilization level of weather information system had a moderating effect on business performance. Conclusion: Domestic weather information system mainly focused on information utilization based weather information system and additional service level utilizing weather information is very low in practical terms. Therefore, in order to expand domestic weather related service market, systematic market expansion strategy of providing corporate customized service and case enlargement would be required.

  • B2B 전자상거래가 국가간에서 활발한 움직임이 전개될 시기도 멀지 않을 것으로 보인다. 우리는 B2B 전자상거래를 활성화하기 위해서는 민간주도의 자율적 규제원칙이 우선적으로 계속 추진되어야하고 기업간 협력정서와 기업간 관계 진작을 위한 정책수립 및 시행도 요구된다. 기업간 전자상거래의 효율성과 효과를 감안한 경쟁정책의 조율과 국제표준화 활동에의 적극 참여 등 정부 정책도 필수적이다. 그리고 현재 우리나라의 기업간 전자상거래 시장 확대를 위한 현황 분석은 물론 향후 정책대응 방안 마련도 되어야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 우리나라 기업간 전자상거래 시장 분석을 위한 기업거래 관행과 기업간거래 연계 방안 그리고 B2B 전자상거래 정책방향에 대한 분석이 계속 이루어져야 한다.

근로빈곤층의 빈곤탈출 결정요인 연구 : 근로빈곤노동시장의 경로제약성을 중심으로 (The Determinants of Working Poor' Poverty-Exit Possibility : Path Dependency of Working Poor Labor Market)

  • 본 연구는 내부노동시장 및 외부노동시장과 분절된 근로빈곤노동시장의 경로제약성이 취업과 취업의 질에 누적적인 영향을 미쳐, 장기간 근로빈곤노동시장에 머물게 함으로써 근로빈곤탈출을 저해하는 악순환의 고리가 되는지 분석하였다. 자료는 한국노동패널 $3{\sim}7$차이고, 분석방법은 Markov 이행확률과 이산시간분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과 우리나라 노동시장은 내부노동시장과 외부노동시장 그리고 근로빈곤노동시장의 삼중 구조로 이루어져 있었다. 근로빈곤유형은 최근으로 올수록 취업빈곤층은 계속 감소하는 반면, 비경활 빈곤층은 점점 증가하여 근로빈곤층의 주된 유형이 되었다. 근본적으로 빈곤층에 대한 노동수요가 부족하며, 빈곤층의 취업자체를 저해하는 노동시장의 구조적 장벽이 존재함을 볼 수 있다. 회귀분석에서는 근로빈곤노동시장 참여기간이 길어질수록 근로빈곤 이탈률이 감소하였다. 이는 한번 근로빈곤노동시장에 편입되면 그 굴레를 벗어나지 못하고 근로빈곤노동시장 내에서 폐쇄적으로 이동하여, 다시 빈곤으로 연결되는 악순환을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 적절한 근로조건을 보장하는 노동수요 활성화정책과, 근본적인 노동시장구조 개혁 및 빈곤층 노동에 대한 부정적 사회인식과 차별완화 정책이 필요하다.

대학생의 중고 의류 제품 구매 동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of College Students' Motivation to Purchase Used Clothing Products on Repurchase Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and motives of buying second-hand clothing among university students and to suggest a plan to activate second-hand clothing transactions. In order to discover the effect of the buying motives on the purchasing of second-hand clothing, 112 university students who have purchased second-hand clothing over the past six months were surveyed and their responses were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that design differentiation, habitual use, and economical factors had a meaningful effect on the purchase of second-hand clothes. Second-hand clothes have a positive environmental perception, but that perception did not impact the purchasing of second-hand clothes. It is necessary to raise the awareness and social movement around second-hand clothing and teach consumers the environmental benefits and sustainability of second-hand clothing. An activation plan for the second-hand clothing market is: 1. Proposes various market subdivisions that meet the characteristics and tastes of consumers that lead to the purchase of used clothing. In this study, two economic factors were found among the buying motives. The first is purchasing second-hand clothing at a very low price, and the second is finding luxurious expensive items or unique values at a lower price. Therefore, it is necessary to find various markets segments that suit consumer tastes by checking consumer characteristics and detailed factors. 2. Nurture second-hand clothing processing brands for the diversification of the second-hand clothing market. 3. There is an urgent need for quality classification, quality assurance, and the standardization of second-hand clothing. This study is meaningful in that it explored the possibility of having a positive effect on activating the second-hand clothing market.

호주 Listed Property Trusts의 성과와 자산관리 특성 분석: 우리나라 부동산간접투자에의 시사점 (Performance and Asset Management System of Listed Property Trusts in Australia: Implications for Korean Real Estate Indirect Investment Market)

  • 본 연구는 호주의 LPT(Listed Property Trusts)의 성과 분석을 통해 펀드형 부동산 간접투자상품으로서 LPT의 성과와 특성을 분석하고, LPT 성과에 영향을 미치는 LPT의 자산관리 특성을 분석하여, 우리나라 부동산 간접투자제도의 발전을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. LPT는 1971년 최초로 설립된 이후 빠른 성장을 통해 호주의 대표적인 부동산간접투자제도의 지위를 차지하고 있다. LPT 성과 특성을 보면, LPT는 명목수익률 및 위험조정수익률의 관점에서 여타 금융상품에 비해 우월한 성과를 보이고 있으며, LPT를 영입함으로 복합자산 포트폴리오 다변화 효과를 누릴 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, LPT는 자산관리 방안으로 결합주식 구조를 활용하고 있는데, 결합주식 구조를 활용하는 LPT가 비결합 LPT보다 우수한 성과를 보이고 있으며, 결합주식 LPT의 포트폴리오 다변화 효과도 더 뛰어나, 결합주식 구조는 LPT가 고도 성장을 하는데 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 이러한 연구결과를 통해 LPT의 결합주식 구조를 우리나라 부동산투자회사 제도에 활용하는 방안, 개발사업의 활성화를 위한 LPT의 사례를 적용하는 방안 등을 모색하였다.

Franchise Market, Contract Conditions, and Welfare Implications: Evidence from Korea

  • This paper analyzes how franchise contract conditions are influenced by business structures as well as how contract conditions affect producer surplus by utilizing Korean franchise Information Disclosure Documents for the years 2014-2016. We find that franchise fees tend to increase in line with increases in the numbers of direct stores or the business period. Accordingly, it would be reasonable to check whether the franchise fee is excessive compared to the amount of reputation capital rather than to criticize the absolute level of the franchise fee. Regarding royalty contracts, the larger the discount in the raw materials purchase is, the higher the initial royalty is. Although this appears to be a royalty discount, it can be a means of inducing a raw materials purchase contract by initially setting a high royalty rate and then lowering it after the purchase contract is signed. Concerning the effect on producer surplus, the results show that an increase in franchise fees and royalties negatively affects the franchisee's operating profits but positively affects those of the franchisor's, leading to conflicts over the distribution of economic value added. Based on the findings here, we propose various policy recommendations, specifically reinforcing the contents in the Information Disclosure Document, further activating fixed-rate royalties, and strengthening the qualifications of franchisors when recruiting franchisees.

  • Construction Management(CM) that is the business innovation and method of construction management is introducing and implying the needs to improve high cost and low productivity structure and cope with very variable changes of construction market in construction industry within the country. But, safety management system is a very insignificant thing under CM. Consquently, We had been needed for the improvement about what the problem was. Therefore, My study raised the problem to the system and management by making a comparative study of the feature of the management method and the content of the accomplishment of safety management by using the consideration of the case about a big field of construction work implying CM within the country and proposed the active method of safety management.

우리 나라 벤처기업의 활성화 방안 (Revitalization plan for Korean's Venture Business)

  • Our country has been encountered with severe economic depression since IMF loan(1997). Korean economic system should be reformed according to the globalization and the world industrial trends based on adavanced technologies and skills. Todays the venture business should be considered to be the alternative of recovering Korean economy and increasing highly estimated values. Generally speaking, the venture business is defined as a new business with high risk-high return with new technical entrepreneurship. This treatise suggests the activating alternatives of the venture business in Korea. These alternatives are suggested as follows. First, several measures to incruit excellent technicians are suggested. These measures includes incruitment of parttime technicians, application of cooperative program of education training unemployees, the stock option system, a stock-sharing plan for the employees, etc. Second, in the financial aspect, activation of the foundation investment company, activation of the COSDAQ market, strengthening of technology security are suggested. Third, in the technical development aspect, amplification of inauguration assistant center, construction of technology accumulative network, etc. These measures will contribute to the development of Korean economy and the welfare of Korean people.

지각된 가치와 위험이 친환경농산물의 만족과 구매에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Value and Risk on Satisfaction and Purchase for Environmental-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • The objective of this study is to estimate the relationship among perceived value, perceived risk, satisfaction, purchase intention for environmental-friendly agricultural products. For this, we separate consumer with two groups that one is the experienced, the other is the not-experienced. Four factors is respectively adopted in perceived value and risk with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study show that emphasizing the value of environmental-friendly agricultural products is important to the not-experienced. And to decease the risk is more effective to the experienced for activating market.
