Objectives: This paper aims to describe a public health planning model, Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership(MAPP), and to discuss its application in Korea with a specific focus on the Local Public Health System (LPHS) component of MAPP. Methods: Literature content review was performed on research papers on MAPP development and application, MAPP handbook and guides, the guidelines for the 5th Phase Community Health Plan, and a research report on public health center evaluation system. Results: MAPP has been applied to public health planning (the 5th Phase Community Health Plan) and a performance evaluation system for public health center in Korea. The current application is limited to the early stages of the MAPP. Limited or partial application affects the integrity of the model. Follow-through should be strengthened especially for evaluation planning. Conclusion: Systems thinking approaches should be considered for the development of LPHS and strengthening logical and practical linkage between planning and evaluation of community health planning.

Natural environmental protection system in North Korea is rarely understood mainly because of lack of information in scientific and legislative fields. Legislation is very important to achieve goal for protected areas, which are described in "Natural Protected Area Law(NPAL)". Cabinet of North Korea has authorities to lead the Central Agency for Land and Environment Conservation(CALEC). Designation and managements of natural protected areas are regarded as CALEC and local governments responsibilities. There are many differences between South and North Korea. Especially legislation system has many differences. North Korea's Labor Party is superior to the Government and Labor Party's order has at least the same authority to regulate and manage the national policy and means. With NPAL, CALEC organizes the national plan for natural protected area and regulate the activities of the Agencies for Land and Environment Conservation in the aspects of action plan, budget and other resources. For the reunification in the future, legislation system of North Korea should be understood.

In the nowadays years our city's housing environment which progresses rapidly social-economical development is posited the role in the nowadays multi-family housing brings about the individualism of the nowadays city, and makes muddy neighborhood meaning, and the quality of the nowadays city dwelling house environment becoming worse. This study was started with the cognition of the need of intermediate-space, in the our life in the neighborhood city. Intermediate-spaces, has same meaning to come into the action of consciousness of the neighborhood. For the improvement of the quality of city housing, we should cleary recognized the individual territory after we set the proper in intermediate-zone in the multi-family housing. Therefore, this study inquires ito the meaning of intermediate-zone, and catches the formation technique of intermediate-zone and the method of plan through the investigation of the use cases of the multi-family housing which is established intermediate-territory. and then I analyze the role of the formative space by this method. By this method, I grope for the effect of the use through the alternative plan of the design method of the intermediate-zone. If the methods of play use the role in the nowadays multi-family housing, high quality will build up.

본 연구에서는 국립세종도서관이 '정책정보 수집 및 서비스 중심의 국립중앙도서관 지역분관'이라는 기본적 정체성을 정립하고 미래지향적인 중장기 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정책정보 중심의 특화도서관이라는 정체성을 기반으로 현실적 존재가치를 제고시킬 수 있는 중장기 로드맵(비전과 핵심가치, 전략적 목표 및 기능수행, 핵심 추진과제 및 실행전략, 조직 및 인력구성, 모체기관인 국립중앙도서관과의 정책정보서비스 역할분담, 공동사업 추진 및 교류협력)을 제시함으로써 조직의 안정과 발전, 내적 핵심역량의 강화, 그리고 국가 및 사회에 대한 기여도를 높이는 논거를 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

During the past 20 years, a small but potentially powerful initiative has established itself in the mathematics education landscape: Mathematics Across the Curriculum (MAC). This curricular reform movement was designed to address a serious problem: Not only are students unable to demonstrate understanding of mathematical ideas and their applications, but also they harbor misconceptions about the meaning and purpose of mathematics. This paper chronicles the brief history of the MaC movement. The sections of the paper correspond loosely tn the typical steps one might take to solve a mathematics problem. The Problem Takes Shape presents a discussion of the social and economic forces that led to the need for increased articulation between mathematics and other fields in the American educational system. Understanding the Problem presents the potential value of exploiting these connections throughout the curriculum and the obstacles such action might encounter. Devising a Plan provides an overview of the support systems provided to early MAC initiatives by government and professional organizations. Implementing the Plan contains a brief description of early collegiate programs, their approaches and their differences. Extending the Solution details the adoption of MAC principles to the K-12 sector and throughout the world. The paper concludes with Retrospective, a brief discussion of lessons learned and possible next steps.

최근 세월호 침몰사고 등 대규모재난이 끊이지 않고 발생하고 있는 실정이며, 재난현장에서 피해를 감소시키기 위해 대응기관 간 신속한 정보의 전달, 공유는 피해의 규모를 결정하는 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 그러나 긴급하게 대응활동을 실시해야 하는 재난현장에서 재난대응기관 간 적절한 통신이 이루어지지 못하는 상황이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 위기관리체계 확립을 위해 각 기관 간 통신방법, 무선망 등의 운영 실태에 대하여 주목을 하였고, 각 기관의 현황, 업무의 내용파악 등을 통하여 효율적이고 효과적인 통신망 구축방안을 제시하였다.

Chinese medicine hospital enables the users to expect more efficient cure result in the psychological stability and the comfortable indoor environment by supplying the functional and aesthetic cure space with the medical action of good quality Medical activity is to treat the human life. Thus, hospital must be more human-centered-place than other space. Thus study is establishment of space to be able to lead more rational and active participation than the conservative and passive image of the department of diagnosis and treatment for outpatients is desirable. This study is the indoor schedule to suggest the direction about the department of diagnosis and treatment for outpatients of Chinese medicine hospital of native image with more comfortable and positive approach on the basis of above points at issues as the schedule to fulfill the performance of medical function and the emotional and psychological satisfaction of users as the human being-centered-medical institution on the subject of the department of diagnosis and treatment for outpatients in Chinese medicine hospital. And, this researcher progressed as follows by being premised on this 1. Description of Goai, Range and Method of Study and Suggestion of Study Direction 2. Concept introduction as the Basic Approach of Theory which is necessary for Study 3. 이 연구는 국내 공공도서관 행정체계의 변천과정과 난맥상, 그에 따른 폐해를 진단하고 종래의 개선논의와 쟁점을 분석한 다음에 바람직한 개편방안과 후속조치를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 도서관 행정체계의 일원화(통합) 모형, 도서관의 지방행정기구화 방안, 자치단체의 도서관 운영 관리 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 일원화를 위한 후속조치로 재산권 이관, 재정부담의 해소, 신분변동에 따른 불이익 차단, 관장직급의 조정, 사서직제의 개편, 관계법령의 개정 등을 제시하였다.

Domestic plant construction sites have a tendency to become bigger, more various and complicated. Moreover frequency of industrial incident is increasing due to short project period, coexistence work condition and using heavy construction equipment. Installing safety facilities and safety training contribute to prevent incident. But mostly incident happens due to workers' unsafe action and wrong work method. Technically, it is very difficult for us to closely manage workers preventing incident. Therefore, the role of foreman who ordinarily works together with his workers is considered more important. Specific execution plan was drawn through industrial incident statistics from Ministry of Labor and questionnaire survey to interest parties(supervisor, safety staff and foreman). If foreman has raised sense of belonging and responsibility by conducting practical safety training for his workers, manages job site and receives proper compensation for these roles, it will be expected that it fully influences incident decrease.

There have been more than 40,000 cases of fires in Korea in the last three years. However, as 'Accidental Fire Liability Act' was judged to be non-conform to the Constitution in 2007, the damages by light mistakes should be compensated. Accordingly, disputes such as compensation claims, litigations and indemnification cases of the victims of fire increased. However, it is so difficult for victims of fire cases to take proper action. So, this study is to help victims of fire cases in the disputes and compensation claims of the victims, and to find actual and practical support system based on the analysis of compensation status. To help victims of fire cases, we need to survey about victims of fire cases with multiple victims. That survey is analyzed to find support plan for victims. Furthermore, to find support plan the current law is needed to be analyzed and reviewed to revision. It is also tried to identify problems in the operation of the Center for victims of Fire currently operated by fire stations and to find countermeasures. In addition, the status of subscription and problem of fire insurance for the compensation for the victims and the method to increase fire insurance subscription rate will be studied.
