온라인상(上)에서 의류제품(衣類製品)의 반품(返品) 경험(經驗)이 브랜드에 대(對)한 태도(態度)에 미치는 영향(影響) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Effect of Returned Clothes Via On-line Sales on Their Brands)

  • On-line clothes sale are on the increase, and the returns(for replacements or refunds) of the clothes are also increasing. Many studies on off-line consumers' complaints were made before, but few studies on the returns of clothes sold on-line have been made. From this viewpoint, this study was conducted to know what effect returns of clothes sold on-line have on their brands. Therefore, this study was first focused on the factors affecting complaint acts(return intention or return acts) such as lack of information and recognition of product, delivery errors and product defects concerning on-line sales, and second investigated the changes of buyers' attitude toward the brand following the their acts of returning the buyers, and third looked into the changes of on-line buyers' attitude toward the brand. The study is carried out by subdividing the objects of the study into return action(replacement, refundment) and purchasers who experienced return intention. Such experience is demonstratively analyzed to find how it has affected the attitude toward the brand. The study comes up with the following outcomes. First, the effect factor causing complaint action(return action, return intention) on-line is shown as the lack of the information and recognition of the product. Second, it is revealed that the effect factor causing complaint(return action, return intention) does not lie in an error in delivery or a defect of a product. Third, the positive response of a brand to a return action does not raise the repurchasing intention and positive attitude of purchasers who experienced returning a product, but lowers their private complaint action intention. Fourth, the repurchase intention of purchasers who experienced return intention for the brand is lowered, but their negative attitude and private complaint action intention is not raised.

임상간호사의 욕창예방행위 구조모형 (A Structural Equation Model of Pressure Ulcer Prevention Action in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model for pressure ulcer prevention action by clinical nurses. The Health Belief Model and the Theory of Planned Behavior were used as the basis for the study. Methods: A structured questionnaire was completed by 251 clinical nurses to analyze the relationships between concepts of perceived benefits, perceived barriers, attitude, subjective norm, perceived control, intention to perform action and behavior. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used to analyze the efficiency of the hypothesized model and calculate the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting pressure ulcer prevention action among clinical nurses. Results: The model fitness statistics of the hypothetical model fitted to the recommended levels. Attitude, subjective norm and perceived control on pressure ulcer prevention action explained 64.2% for intention to perform prevention action. Conclusion: The major findings of this study indicate that it is essential to recognize improvement in positive attitude for pressure ulcer prevention action and a need for systematic education programs to increase perceived control for prevention action.

사이버 명예훼손 피해자의 외상 후 스트레스가 대처행동에 미치는 영향 : 합리적 행동 이론을 중심으로 (Effects of Cyber Defamation Victims' Post-Traumatic Stress on Coping behaviour : Focusing on the Theory of Reasoned Action)

  • The purpose of this study examined how post-traumatic stress, caused when internet users in web portal or social media are defamed in cyberspace, influence on coping behaviour, through the Theory of Reasoned Action's two major factors: Attitude on behaviour and subjective norm. In so doing, it aims to provide a technical and political solution that would fundamentally prevent future victims in cyberspace. In an effort to examine its research theory, a survey was conducted on people who have had the experience of being defamed in cyberspace. The results showed, first, hypersensual has no significant influence over attitude on behaviour and subjective norm. Second, intrusion has no significant influence over attitude on behaviour and subjective norm. Third, avoidance showed significant influence over attitude on behaviour and subjective norm. Fourth, attitude on behaviour and subjective norm showed significant influence on behaviour. This study has both theoretical and practical significance; Unlike previous studies on cyber defamation with qualitative research method, this study employed quantitative method through theory-based approach. In other words, the researcher did not arbitrarily set variables, but utilized the Theory of Reasoned Action for examination.

대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치와 브랜드태도, 행동의도의 관계 (The Relationships between Values, Brand Attitude and Intended Action in University Tae-Kwon-Do Competition)

  • 본 연구는 대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치 중 사회적, 감정적, 기능적 가치와 브랜드태도 및 행동의도와의 관계를 규명함으로써 대학 경쟁력 제고를 위한 실질적인 전략방안의 시사점을 제공하고자 의도되었다. 이를 위해 2015년 부산지역 대학태권도대회 참가 학생의 학부모 314명에 대해 설문지를 통한 조사연구를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료를 기초로 SPSS Ver. 22를 이용한 기술통계분석과 AMOS 23을 이용한 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치 중 사회적, 감정적 가치는 브랜드태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 기능적 가치는 브랜드태도에 유의한 관련성을 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치 중 사회적, 감정적, 기능적 가치는 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 대학태권도대회의 브랜드태도는 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 관련성을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다.

The Effect of Consumers' Personal Characteristics on Attitude toward Social Commerce: Focused on the Theory of Reasoned Action

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effect of consumers' personal characteristics on their attitude toward social commerce focusing on the theory of reasoned action. Specifically, consumers' personal characteristics were further classified into personal characteristics, personal values concerning social commerce consumption, and consumption emotion concerning social commerce. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The study investigated the relationship among consumers' personal characteristics, and the personal values of affirmative beliefs and attitudes of individuals toward social commerce based on the theory of reasoned action. A total of 151copies question nairewere evaluated, after excluding 13 copies having poor answers. Results - Consumers' personal characteristics were found to have a significant positive effect on their attitude toward social commerce. In addition, the most important personal characteristic affecting consumers' attitude toward social commerce was utilitarian value. Consumers' personal values were found to have a significant positive moderating effect between shopping value (i.e., hedonic and utilitarian values) and their attitude toward social commerce. Conclusion - The findings suggest that consumers' attitudes when trading with social commerce are affected by utilitarian value, and that companies should increase consumers' shopping value and build positive value about social commerce itself.

간호사의 주사바늘자상 예방행위관련 변인들 간의 구조모형 분석 (Structural Relationship of Variables Regarding Nurse's Preventive Action against Needle Stick Injury)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the prevention of needle stick injury. Methods: Data collection was conducted during the period July 15-31, 2013 by a self-administered questionnaire involving 220 nurses working in 7 hospitals. The data was analyzed by SPSS v18 and AMOS v18. Results: Actions by nurses to prevent needle stick injury were directly and indirectly influenced by perceived benefits, attitude toward the behavior, perceived behavioral control, and intention underlying the behavior. Specially, perceived behavioral control is verified to have not only direct influence but also indirect influence on the performance of preventive action through the intention underlying the behavior. Also, perceived benefits indirectly influence the intention toward the behavior and performance of preventive action through attitude toward the behavior and perceived behavioral control. The predictor variables in this model are 52% explicable in terms of intention of prevention action against needle stick injury, and 66% explicable in terms of performance of preventive action. Conclusion: To ensure high performance of preventive action against needle stick injury, constructing not only the solution that inspires the intention toward behavior but also a system that can positively solve and improve obstructive factors in behavioral performance is of primary importance.

외식산업의 이용 고객 태도와 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Attitude and Preference on Comsumer of Food and Beverage Industry)

  • The purpose of this study are to find out various the significant factors impinging on the attitude of consumer, between attitude of consumer and preference of consumer in the Food and Beverage industry. For these purposes, two hypothesis were established as follows : (1) The reactions of consumer should have a significant effect on the attitude of consumer in the Food and Beverage industry. (2) The attitude of consumer should have a significant effect on the preference of consumer in the Food and Beverage industry. The verification of the proposed hypothesis showed the following results : First, it was found that the consumer's recognition reaction of employees have significant on price and variety of menu. Second, it was found that the consumer's emotion reaction have significant on feeling, taste of food and so on. Third, it was found that the consumer's action reaction have significant on expense.

서비스 유통 산업에서 고객 불평의도 유형과 결정요인 (Customer Complaint Intention in the Service Distribution Industry : Types and Determinants)

  • Purpose - With growing competition in the service distribution industry, the importance of managing customer complaints has increased. If firms handle customer complaints effectively, they can strengthen customer loyalty and repurchase intention. Many studies have focused on customers expressing complaints, yet research on silent customers is scant. This study focuses on two types of complainers and non-complainers. In other words, this study is to examine the value of voice complaint intention and no-action intention. This study also investigates how perceptual and relational factors affect complaint intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was carried out using the survey with undergraduate students who have faced a service failure in a retail store(fast foods, electronics, apparel). And if such complaint were to occur again, respondents were asked about any possible action they would take. 300 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 279 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 158 males(56.6%) and 121 females(43.4%). The structural equation modeling analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - The results are as follows. First, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were positively related to voice complaint intention. Second, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were negatively related to no-action intention. Third, commitment was positively related to voice complaint intention but didn't have a significant negative impact on no action. Forth, voice complaint behavior reduced switching intention and no-action intention enhanced switching intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the value of complaint behavior and show voice complaint intention and no-action intention should be managed differently. Voice complaint intention is evaluated positively because it reflects customers' concerns about the company, while no-action intention is evaluated negatively. Attitude toward complaing is the most effective in increasing voice complaint intention and likelihood of successful complaint is a major factor in reducing no-action intention. Also, in explaining switching intention, voice complaint intention plays a more important role than no-action intention.

지구환경보전과 가정에서의 생태적인 생활양식 (A Study on the Ecological Life Style in the Home and Preservation of the Earth Environment)

  • Since the Rio Convention of 1992, the international community has displayed a heightened consciousness concerning the Earth environment and domestic attention on the said subject has also rapidly increased. An Ecological life style signifies the conscious efforts to preserve the environment interpreted into quotidien action. For the realization of conservation in action, an understanding of the specific details of environmental preservation must precede. The environmental conservation action in the homes was systematically approached in this study as an input-process-output and feedback cycle. The input phage is the consumer oriented buying stage, the while the process is the actual use of the products and the output stage consists of categorizing and producing wales, the feodbach being recycling of resources. At each stage the attitude which is devoted to environmental consciousness plays a big ride in the actual preservation of the Earth environment. in order to effectively conserve the environment, efforts displayed by the business sector is as important as implementation of environmentally conscious action at home. During the process of producing and distributing products, and attitude and action in preservation efforts are crncial and the responsibility ageat. For the business sector to effectively initiate environmental preservation into action, institutional support from the government and cooperation from the homes is of essence. Consolidated efforts to atter the superfrony life style into ecological life styles and ralues is essential to solve the most important socio-economic issue of the 90's of preserving the earth.

An Application of Affective-Cognitive Ambivalence Theory in Environmental Risk Attitude: The Case Study of Marion County, Ohio in the U.S.

  • Using data from 132 telephone interviewees, we examined the role of affective-cognitive ambivalence in forming overall attitude and behavior toward toxic chemical and radioactive waste issues in Marion, Ohio in the U.S. In order to compare attitudinal preference, participants were divided into four A-C groups: action-group (Affective+/Cognitive+), detached-group (A-/C+), concerned-group (A+/C-), and inaction-group (A-/C-). Affective and cognitive components interacted, producing redundant influences on overall attitudes and judgments as frequently observed and postulated in previous attitude studies. The results showed that the action-group who were feeling unsafe and believed that environmental accidents had happened or are happening in Marion were less willing to move to the area than other three groups who were feeling safe and/or doubted reports of contamination and its relation with leukemia. Affective and cognitive components were found to have redundant influences on overall attitude. It was also observed that affective-cognitive ambivalence theory has a great potential for explaining the mechanism by which people form attitudes, especially when people have moderate or positive feelings (e.g. sympathy or eagerness for resources) toward the objects and/or when uncertainty is a major feature of environmental issue under consideration (e.g. global climate change).
