힘과 운동에 대한 연역추론 과제 수행에 대한 중등학생의 반응분석 (An Analysis of Secondary School Students' Responses to the Deductive Reasoning Task for Change of Their Conceptions about Force and Motion)

  • In this study, students' performances on the reasoning tasks dealing with physical situations were analyzed. Through these analysis, the influences of students' preconceptions and logical abilities in reasoning process were described. For this study, 97 high school students were randomly selected. Among them, the number of the students who changed their misconceptions is 62% for the first task(force acting on the upward moving body), and 25% for the second task(force acting on the body when it is on the top of its motion). The students who show the premise-based response changed their conceptions in both of the tasks are more than those who responded in the idea based responses. The index of the influence of prior knowledge, ${\alpha}$ is 33% for the first task, and 67% for the second task, and ${\beta}$ is 41% for the first task, and 17% for the second task. When students performed the reasoning tasks about force and motion, the misconcepts frequently influenced their performances. But for the first task, the precentage of students who changed their concepts is about 62%. It shows the possibility that if the task is simple and appropriate, students can change their concepts.

노인요양시설 종사자의 감정노동행동이 직무소진과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향: 감성리더십의 조절효과 (The Effect of Emotional Labor Behavior of Employee at Geriatric Long-Tern Care Facilities on Job Burnout and Service Quality: Moderating Effect of Emotional Leadership)

  • 이 연구의 필요성은 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경의 질, 복지개선이 시설이용 어르신들의 양질의 서비스 제공을 위해 노인요양시설 종사자들을 대상으로 감정노동행동이 직무소진과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향과 감성리더십을 중심으로 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동행동 중 내면행동이 직무소진의 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 표면행동에는 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 감정노동행동이 서비스품질에도 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성리더십은 감정노동행동 중 내면행동에서 정서적 고갈과 개인적 성취감저하에서만 조절효과를 보였으며, 표면행동에는 비인격화에서 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 감성리더십은 감정노동행동 중 표면행동과 서비스 품질에서는 유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성 요인에서 감성리더십의 조절효과가 나타났다. 따라서 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무여건 개선과 노인요양시설 이용 노인들의 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 앞으로도 많은 연구들이 이루어져야 하겠다.

Communicative Model of Educational Transformations in the Realities of (Post) Modernity

  • In the context of the pandemic, educational institutions had to ensure an instant transition to remote technological models of communication within the new conditions of the educational environment. The purpose of the academic paper lies in determining the role of the communicative model of educational transformations in the realities of (post) modernity. The research methodology is based on a survey of 120 students from 10 higher educational institutions (HEIs) of Ukraine through an online form regarding the importance of live communication during a pandemic. Results. The communicative model changed significantly during the pandemic - the interaction was mainly due to technologies. The research has identified four communication models of educational transformations under the conditions of the pandemic, depending on learning models. The first traditional model of distance learning involves distance learning; the second model involves contact remote training using remote educational technologies; the third model is blended learning, which combines remote and traditional learning formats, synchronous and asynchronous modes of interaction; the fourth model is traditional contact training. The empirical study of the effectiveness of communication models proves that live communication remains extremely important for learning and understanding of educational materials by students, and technology has provided support for such communication. Along with this, seminars and video lectures with presentations combining live communication and communication technologies are as important as digital learning tools. The most effective teaching method for mastering and memorizing educational material was a live dialogue with a teacher at seminars in ZOOM, followed by individual written assignments on the studied topic.

Weightlessness in Water : Its Unexpected Mechanical Effects on Freestyle Swimming

  • When our body is immersed in water, we experience weightlessness. The degree of weightlessness that we experience varies depending on the proportion of the body immersed in water, being governed by the relationship between the weight of body and the buoyant force acting on the body. Human body during the performance of swimming in no exception to these influences. Swimmers body is subject to a time and position dependent force system. Even the magnitude of the buoyant force acting on the swimmers body at every given instant and the corresponding position of the CB change continuously. The findings of this study support the following conclusions. The buoyancy torque was the primary source of bodyroll exhibited by front crawl swimmers performing at distance pace, accounting for 88 % of the bodyroll. Faster swimmers used buoyancy more effectively to generate bodyroll, partially supporting the postulation that an effective use of buoyancy for bodyroll may reduce the generated hydrodynamic forces to be wasted in non-propulsive directions and maximize forward propulsion.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of kinematic factors acting in the body during a normal swing and a swing taken with an intention to increase driving distance by female pro golfers. Female pro golfers may increase driver clubhead speed and improve driving distance through maintaining a large X-factor angle during backswing and delaying the uncocking period by rapidly shifting the weight to the left foot during downswing.

초등학교 고학년 안전보건교육 프로그램 개발과 효과검증 (Development and effect of elementary school upper-grade safety health education program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a safety health education program for the upper graders of elementary school children and to evaluate the program. Methods: The study was designed for learner centered safety education and heath education based on a theory of lifelong education. After a model development of the program was set up, five major units were selected after five stages of program planning, design, acting, evaluation and feedback: school safety, traffic safety, home safety, life safety, and first-aid. Twenty things were selected as what to teach, and a lesson plan of 12 sessions was mapped out by arranging what to teach. The subjects in this study were 114 elementary school students who were in five different sixth-grade classes. Each class received education for five days, in four sessions each, according to the program. Results: The learners showed improvement in safety consciousness, safety knowledge, self-efficacy and safety behavior after they received education according to the safety health education program, and they expressed a lot of satisfaction with the program. Conclusion: It is important to develop the lifelong education for safety health education for the elementary school children.

공공기관 감정노동자의 표면행위와 감정소모 - 조직지원과 상사지원의 조절효과 - (Emotional labor's surface acting and emotional exhaustion in public institution - The moderating effect on perceived organizational support and leader support -)

  • 민간 기업에서 뿐만이 아니라 공공기관의 대민업무를 수행하는 공무원들에게도 중요한 개념으로 강조되고 있는 감정노동은 그 중요성에도 불구하고 상대적으로 이론적 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문은 민원업무를 수행하는 공무원들을 대상으로 감정노동 중 표면행위의 부정적 영향을 파악하고 이를 줄이기 위한 사회적 지원의 조절영향을 검증하는 것으로 연구목적으로 하였다. 사회적 지원으로는 조직지원인식(POS)와 상사지원을 구분하여 그 완화효과를 파악하였으며, 더 나아가 어떠한 지원이 보다 효과가 큰가를 파악하였다. 본 연구모델과 가설을 검증하기 위하여 공공기관에서 민원을 처리하는 업무를 수행하는 종업원 250명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 본 연구 결과들을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 표면행위는 감정소모에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 내면의 감정과 표현된 감정 간의 부조화로 인한 감정소모의 증가는 기존의 민간 기업들을 대상으로 한 연구결과와 동일하게 나타났다. 둘째, POS와 상사 지원 모두 표면행위와 감정소모 간의 관계를 유의하게 줄이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, POS와 상사지원의 조절효과는 상사지원의 조절효과가 보다 강하게 나타남으로써 표면행위가 감정소모의 영향을 보다 강하게 줄여주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 민원업무를 수행하는 공무원들 대상의 감정노동 교육 실시의 중요성과 민원담당 공무원들의 감정소진과 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램들이 제공되어야 함을 시사하고 있다. 더불어, 높은 수준의 POS와 상사지원을 위한 보다 적극적인 조직 지원제도 및 리더십훈련 설계의 필요성을 제안하고 있다.

  • The article reveals the essence of cyber socialization influencing the process of education and development. The general and potential possibilities of cyber socialization in the process of using the cyberspace of the Internet environment are presented. The sudden transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 put the pedagogical community in the face of problems related to the content, organizational and methodological basis of the educational process. During the training in distance mode, a rich experience was gained in the use of information and communication technologies. The article discusses the techniques and methods of teaching using the capabilities of information and communication and digital technologies.

중국(中國)의 수산업분야(水産業分野) 교육(敎育) 및 연구체제(硏究體制) (Fisheries Education and Research System in P.R.China)

  • Notwithstanding Korea and P. R.China are located in the neighborhood each other geographically, the break of diplomatic relations of them continued a long term, and the difference of ideology and social structure of two countries was acting as a barrier to understand each other in many fields. Two countries established formal diplomatic relation in 1992, and then the interchange and mutual cooperation between both countries are being performed rapidly, but the field of fisheries education and research system is continuing in the early stage yet. It can be easily expected that the interchange and mutual cooperation in the field of fisheries through the ocean contribute not only to the international friendship, but to the rational management of fisheries resources. In accordence with the necessity mentioned above, the author considered the general situation of fisheries education and research system in P. R. China. P. R. China runs two kinds of fisheries education system which are regular and irregular system. The regular education system is the principal means of cultivating fisheries scientists and technicians. And there are three grade levels in regular education : the tasks of which are undertaken by the fisheries universities, fisheries colleges and fisheries high schools. Adult education system in fisheries are of the following types : fishery cadet training courses, evening schools, correspondence courses and broadcasting or TV programs. The fisheries research in P. R. China is undertaken by the research institutes under the Bureau of Aquatic Products, and the basic research of oceanography is undertaken by the oceanographic institutes under the Chinese Academy of Science.

대사를 생명력 있게 만드는 멘탈 이미지의 하위양식 (Sub-modality of Mental Images to Make lines Alive)

  • 연기교육에서 기존의 화술교육은 장단음 찾기, 자음과 모음의 조음연습, 딕션연습 등 대사를 표현하는 기술적인 측면에 치중되어 있었으며, 이러한 교육으로 대사가 말처럼 살아나기에는 한계가 있었다. 대사가 살아나는 순간은 배우가 대사를 말하는 사이 단어 이면의 멘탈 이미지를 구체적으로 보는 순간이다. 필자는 뇌과학 분야에서 인지뇌과학과 NLP (Neural Linguistic Programing)의 지식을 빌려와 멘탈 이미지가 무엇인지, 왜 멘탈 이미지가 생각과 감정의 기본 요소인지를 추적한다. 또한, 멘탈 이미지를 섬세하게 떠올리는 과정(하위양식)에서 신체의 근육들이 어떻게 반응하게 되고, 그 반응하는 근육들을 이용해 어떻게 강세, 사이, 피치, 억양 등의 말하기 재료들(강세, 사이, 피치, 억양 등)이 살아나는지를 살펴본다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 화술교육에서 왜 멘탈 이미지 교육이 선행되어야 하는지를 증명한다. 결론에서는 멘탈 이미지를 공부하는 과정에서 배우가 만나게 되는 장애물에 대해 열거하고, 장애물을 제거하는 방법 중 하나로 '호흡의 활성화'를 후속논문으로 계획한다.
