This paper presents a method for evaluating the lubrication characteristics between the plunger and cylinder in a radial type plunger pump. A numerical analysis is carried out in order to obtain the pressure distribution and acting forces between the plunger and cylinder. The pressure distribution is also measured experimentally by using pressure transducer through the cam type test machine. The experimental pressure distribution result is compared with the numerical result which is estimated by the computer simulation. In conclusion, the acting forces to the plunger are expressed for the operating conditions such as clearance, supply pressure, rotation speed and viscosity of oil.

In recent years, the demand of mobile device, such as digital camera, camcorder and PDA, increases remarkably. So, requirements of the mobile information data storage used in the mobile devices increase noticeably also. 1" micro data storage is a kind of mobile storage. which has a CF type II form factor, and the similar structure of the general 3.5" HDD. In this paper, we developed the self acting air-lubricated ceramic bearing for the 1" micro data storage. The self acting air-lubricated ceramic bearing Is superior to the fluid bearing and the ball bearing on power consumption.

There are two kind of method to perform a safety management in industrial field. One is a management by safety manager employed in company and another one is safety management by acting agency. In case of the company that managed by the acting agency dose not coincide with the state of company and safety management performance because of the safety management is carry out by periodically. Therefore it is considered that the sufficient safety management is difficult. And a company that employ a safety manager also show a low level of safety management compare with the advanced country in view of safety and health. From the statistics of accident rate of the company, it is necessary that an improved safety management through the studying and analysing a coverall matters for the company that managed by acting company.

General fuse elements of solution for fast acting operation characteristics made using silver or silver alloy, those are not able to dominate cost competition to the advanced global leaders that have not only high technology but competitive price. In this study, the method that compose the fuse elements manufactured solution of fast acting operation characteristics by using precision multi-layer thin film plating and helical cutting process from low-priced copper metal. Furthermore, in order to move rated current line of fuse due to the heat loses, the manufacture construction method of fixed resistor is introduced, and then Ni-P plating layer and Sn plating layer are introduced multiply for controling fine opening time characteristics. So this study can establish the high productive and low-priced production method.

The article examines the process of professional training in educational institutions, media technologies and methods of media communication in the educational space of the institution, characterizes the place of media technologies in the educational space in the context of the term "educational space" itself, systematizes the methods of media communications in education. The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.

The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.
