This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

Knowledge management system building knowledge acquisition, knowledge share, and knowledge maintenance for the member of corporation is expanded throughout whole industry to cope with rapid business environment. Electronic document basing knowledge management system can copy, print, and transfer knowledge to another party, so it is being regarded as a essential infrastructure to share knowledge. However, considering most of information leakage is sprung up by insider of organization, it is considered to provide countermeasure to protect illegal use from information leakage. The purpose of this paper is to establish digital information security system through design of document and manage digital information assets safely through electronic document security system protecting illegal leakage of digital information assets.

도서관 전자책서비스를 실제로 운영하고 있는 사서들에게 전자책 관리와 서비스 방안에 대한 설문조사와 인터뷰를 실시하고 분석하여 전자책의 실제 활용성과 한계성에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 이를 바탕으로 전자책 이용활성화와 완전한 디지털도서관 구현에 도움을 주는 것이다.

This study is concerned with a few models for optimal requirement level of CSP by improving and adjusting the existing models to determine CSP items and quantity as follows. First, by building a model with a objective function of the operating level and constrains of budget, quantity and items of CSP are simultaneously determined. Second, we removed some steps to improve initial solution by using a constraint of usable budget level. Third, we demonstrated a model to be applied with real operating situation by combining two models of Lee(1994) and above. Lastly, by assuming a failure probability distribution is a binomial distribution, the better solution can be obtained. Some facts with necessity of policy improvement were raised as follows: (1) necessity of improvement of the CSP acquisition system, (2) in case of the same kind, permission of diversion in order to execute budget effectively, (3) getting accurate failure rate.

The problem of establishing weapon system safety especially during the development process has been one of the very important fields related with public safety in advanced countries such as USA, UK and so on. These countries have launched strong policies on system safety to reduce the chance of accidents. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK) has limited experiences and application of the system safety on domestically produced weapon systems. Therefore, it is imperative that the government starts a comprehensive and systematic policy on system safety to reduce the occurrence of potential accidents during the development of weapon systems. In this paper, we analyze system-level activities needed through the life-cycle of the weapon systems and provide a suggestion for application of the system safety.

Today, the market and customer requirements for safety-related products in the Railway industry are continuously increasing, and companies that supply these products continue to make related efforts. However, the international standard requirements for making safety-related products are high, so small and medium-sized business companies are having difficulty developing them due to problems in time and cost to achieve them. This study examined government-centered international certificate policies and cases and suggested improvement measures based on the research results. In addition to supporting international certification costs, the government needs to expand technical consulting and expert training for them to solve problems in obtaining an international certificate.

본 연구에서는 소비자들의 쇼핑행동 이해에 필요한 쇼핑 동기, 쇼핑 플로우 경험, 그리고 구매 간의 관계에서 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위해 이에 대한 인과구조 모형을 개발하여 그 모형에 대한 실증 분석을 하였다. 또한 쇼핑 동기는 성별의 차이가 크다는 여러 이론 및 연구를 바탕으로 성별이 쇼핑동기에 미치는 영향을 검증하였고, 성별과 쇼핑동기간에 차이가 나타났으며 5개의 쇼핑동기 중 제품획득 쇼핑동기를 제외한 기분전환, 아이디어 추구, 사회적 상호작용, 자아만족, 가치추구 쇼핑동기가 플로우 경험에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 플로우 경험이 높을수록 구매를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 본 연구는 플로우의 선행변수로써 과거의 선행연구에서 강조하였던 모험심 및 능력이 아닌 동기가 쇼핑플로우 경험에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 시사점을 제공하고, 쇼핑 플로우가 구매 행동에 영향을 미친다는 점을 실증분석을 하였다는데 의의를 갖는다.

Naval combat system developed in-country is progressing at an alarming rate since 2000. ROK navy will be achieved all vessels that have combat system in the near future. The importance of System Engineering and Integrated Logistics Support based on reliability analysis is increasing. However, reliability analysis that everyone trusted and recognized is not enough and applied practically for development of Defense Acquisition Program. In particular, Existing Reliability Analysis is focusing on reliability index (Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) etc.) for policy decision of defense improvement project. Most of the weapon system acquisition process applying in the exponential distribution simply persist unreality due to memoryless property. Critical failures are more important than simple faults to ship's operator. There are no confirmed cases of reliability analysis involved with critical failure that naval ship scheduler and operator concerned sensitively. Therefore, this study is focusing on Mean Time To Critical Failure (MTTCF), reliability on specific time and Operational Readiness Float (ORF) requirements related to critical failure of Patrol Killer Guided missile (PKG) combat system that is beginning of naval combat system developed in-country. Methods of analysis is applied parametric and non-parametric statistical techniques. It is compared to the estimates and proposed applications. The result of study shows that parametric and non-parametric estimators should be applied differently depending on purpose of utilization based on test of normality. For the first time, this study is offering Reliability of ROK Naval combat system to stakeholders involved with defense improvement project. Decision makers of defense improvement project have to active support and effort in this area for improvement of System Engineering.

본 연구는 한국기업의 혁신네트워크와 지식획득과정을 분석하고 이들의 공간적 차원을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 혁신네트워크에서 하도급기업에게는 모기업이 중요하지만 일반 기업의 경우는 공급업체, 고객업체. 경쟁기업 등과의 교류가 상대적으로 중요하게 나타난다 그러나 앞으로 혁신네트워크는 정부출연연구소. 대학 등의 기관이 더욱 중요해지는 한편 해외기업과의 네트워크도 더욱 중시될 것으로 예상된다. 혁신과 관련하여 형식적 지식을 획득하는 것은 어느 정도 공간의 제약을 초월하여 이루어질 수 있지만, 암묵적 지식은 사내연구개발부서에서의 토론과 연구, CEO나 실무자의 개인적 네트워크, 공급업체와 고객업체와의 기업간 관계를 통해서 얻는 경우가 많아서 공간적 근접성이 중시된다. 전반적으로. 혁신네트워크는 수도권과 지방, 공단입지와 일반입지에 따라 상당한 차이를 보이고 있으며. 이는 앞으로 지역발전을 위한 지역산업혁신정책은 지역의 특성에 따라 달리 추진되어야 함을 나타낸다 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
