Presently, all nations think importantly about an industry and environment. While importance of the environmental field is recognized and the natural environment preservation is importantly regarded, importance of the advanced prevention of the natural disaster and disaster are emphasized. By using the small sensor, the Ubiquitous Sensor Network obtains and processes a neighboring information. And the information is provided through the air interface to the other sensor. Presently, the several kinds of disasters and society safety accident increase around the world. In this paper, the intelligent crisis management strategy and the application field which uses the sensor network technology of the IT based so that nations can go on living safely are inquired.

In order to improve the safety performance oi construction projects, effective and corporative safety management program between head office and job site must be implemented. And its performance must be measured and analyzed for the identification of the problems in the safety management area. This study proposes a previous evaluation model of safety performance for the large construction firm in order to enhance their safety level. The fundamental data for proposed model is based on the past research(Son 2002), which is structured of evaluation criteria. weighted factor. statistical evaluation formula. The model would help the firm management in identifying the weak areas of safety performance in terms of the degree performing certain safety tasks. It is expected that the model could contribute to achieving the "zero accident" level.ot; level.

Currently, the nation's medical industry is changing due to the rapid development of technology. In addition, medical accidents occurring in the medical industry are gradually increasing amid the drastic changes. Therefore, a possible solution to medical accidents in the changing health care industry is needed. Accordingly, this study uses network-centrality analysis to examine the business ecosystem of smart surgical medical systems to find ways to increase the efficiency of surgery as well as the resolution of medical accident problems, and to suggest the direction of development of the medical system in the future from a systematic business ecosystem perspective.

Construction sites have various risks, and safety managements are enforced based on the law such as Industrial Safety and Health Act, etc. Safety management by the law saves lives and preserves health of workers by removing and understanding risks in advance. When the emergency situation has come, poor response causes loss of lives and physical damages. This study suggests basic strategy that can mitigate the industrial disaster in all construction sites. A survey was conducted to identify the current safety consciousness and to evaluate first aid ability of coworkers. Finally, four measures were suggested: (1) designating muster points; (2) hiring occupational health managers; (3) increasing the first aid ability of coworkers; and (4) carrying safety brochure. The proposed suggestions can be helpful in mitigating the construction disaster, and in responding the major accident efficiently within a short time.

In 1995, the WTO started to ease the trade barriers. Globalization has accelerated. The opening of the agricultural products market is rapidly gaining momentum with the conclusion of an FTA. The acceleration of this FTA is expected to be a threat to Korea's agriculture, and a new strategy is needed. At the beginning of the nuclear accident, mainly radioactive materials are found in the surface layer of the soil. Over time, the concentration of the plant gradually increases. After 5 years, it becomes noticeable. In March 2016, it will be five years after the nuclear accident. Radioactive contamination is very likely to occur in agricultural products produced in the Fukushima area at this time. In this period, agricultural products produced in the Fukushima region are expected to generate supply disruptions in Japan, and imports to replace them will increase. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a mid- and long-term strategy for exporting to Japan by analyzing the competitiveness of Korean agricultural products. In this study, standardization index was derived by using agricultural price ratio, TSI, export CAC. Based on this, we analyzed the competitiveness of each item in the Japanese market. The analysis shows that garlic is the most competitive product in the Japanese market. Also, strawberry, tomato, and cucumber were found to be competitive. On the other hand, Kiwi, pineapple, soybean, onion, potato, etc. As a result of the analysis, the following strategies were proposed for the export of agricultural products with high competitiveness. First, it is necessary to develop technology to suppress deterioration of export transportation quality. Second, continuous supply of local consumption pattern information is required. Third, it is necessary to expand exports by processing fresh food. Fourth, it suggested the establishment of export base and strengthening of support system.

Corporation's valuable intelligent asset is being threatened from the skills of threatening subject that has been evolved along with the growth of the information system and the amount of the information asset. Domestically, attempts of various private information attacks, important information extortion, and information damage have been detected, and some of them have abused the vulnerability of security of information system, and have become a severe social problem that generates security incident. When accessing to the security, most of companies used to establish a strategy with a consistent manner and a solution plan. However, this is not a proper way. The order of priorities vary depending on the types of business. Also, the scale of damage varies significantly depending on the types of security incidents. And method of reaction and critical control point vary depending on the types of business and security incidents. In this study, I will define the security incidents by their types and preponderantly examine how one should react to those security incidents. In this study, analyzed many types of security accidents that can occur within a corporation and an organization considering various factors. Through this analysis, thought about factors that has to be considered by corporations and organizations when they intend to access to the information security. This study focuses on the response methodology based on the analysis of the case analysis of the leakage of industrial secret and private secret other than the conceptual response methodology that examines the way to prevent the leakage of the industry security systems and the industry information activities. And based on these factors, want to be of help for corporations to apply a reasonable approach when they establish a strategy to information security.

Purpose : This study aims to suggest application of patients DB to hospital marketing by performing market segmentation and selecting target market. Consequently help to establish suited strategy of marketing. Method : 14,072 patients hospitalized in a University Medical Center were recruited into this study. In order to classify the customer groups, cluster analysis was used with RFM(Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model, and 1-way ANOVA verified the differences among groups. And then, sociodemographical status, healthcare utilization and diagnosis(ICD-10) of each group were compared to draw a marketing strategy. Results : Four groups were classified through clustering analysis, and'high use and high profit' and'low use and high profit' groups were selected as a target market. The features of target market were as follows, the female proportion was high; used a private room; hospitalized through the emergency room; had operation; length of stay was long; had many comorbidity and cooperative treatment. There was difference in each feature of target market: as for the'high use and high profit' group, many patients were diagnosed with 'certain infectious and parasitic diseases'; and as for the'low use and high profit'group, the proportion of patients who purchased'industrial accident compensation insurance'and'auto insurance'was relatively high; many patients were diagnosed with'Injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes'. Conclusion : It is needed to establish'positioning' strategy by monitoring and communicating with'high use and high profit' group. And for the case of'low use and high profit' group, it is necessary to make a follow-up management and lead them to have a medical check-up.

The social and economical value assessment of railway facilities implies unaccountable values such as: reduction of travel time, reduction of car accident, reduction of air pollution. However, the value of railway facilities has been evaluated as the transportation and management results. The investment and management results of railway need to be considered objectively. Therefore, this study established the economical value assessment method of railway facilities composed of 10 items of economical value through the existing a preliminary assessment investigation, a manual of railway investment assessment, paper study. In addition, this study proposed the strategy for the value assessment of railway facilities before and after.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk and vulnerability of marine accidents based on statistical data on marine accidents at Ulsan Port, which has the largest amount of liquid cargo in Korea. It was found to be quite vulnerable to the risk of marine accidents, environmental damage, and vulnerability to environmental pollution accidents. Based on analysis results, marine accident scenarios and accident response strategies were prepared. Additionally, as a response strategy to prepare for large-scale marine pollution accidents at Ulsan Port, it is necessary to establish control equipment and infrastructure, as well as establish a control center to integrate marine accident safety functions. In particular, in the case of liquid cargo specialized ports such as Ulsan Port, considering the size of the cargo volume and the frequency of marine pollution accidents, it is urgent to build professional safety management institutions, which should make the port safer.

The objective of this study is to develop an evaluation model for the National highway risky areas. Thus, for the purposes of doing this, National highway risky area evaluated targeting to provide determination ranking and suggesting rival-superiority factors as well as under-inferiority factors in ten National highway risky areas. This study developed for modules of risky areas evaluation, using fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process for evaluation model of National highway risky area in transport environment. The preceding studies assess risk analysis through analysis of causal relationships by National highway safety sector not only handles rating scale development suitable for assessment area by referring to accident frequency model but also geometric structures model. As result of this study, this model of Fuzzy Ahp Risk Analysis (FARA) apply for programmable design in real time processing through easily derive strategy for improvement activities to provide a decision-making effectively. Furthermore, this study contributes frame for improvements of National highway construction for renovation's priority strategy as well as future's policy schemes.
