This study aims to investigate the effect of eating-out types on the acceptance intention of artificial seasoning when consumers eat out at restaurants. Eating-out types considered to be typical when customers visit restaurants, such as the food-exploratory type, health-oriented type, and convenience-seeking type, were studied. Based on the research of previous studies, three eating-out types were selected for the study, which were "food-exploratory", "convenience-seeking", "health-oriented". This study was conducted by AMOS 22.0 with 300 questionnaires, and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used for examining the hypotheses as statistical method in this study. As a result, eating-out types such as "food-exploratory" and "convenience-seeking" were found to significantly affect the acceptance intention of artificial seasoning. However, consumers' acceptance intention of artificial seasoning differed depending on their consumption value. The path coefficients from food-exploratory type and health-oriented type to acceptance intention were more significant in the hedonic-oriented group than the utilitarian-oriented group. The results of this study suggest eating-out types relate to acceptance intention of artificial seasoning and provide meaningful implications for consumers' psychological consumption value when they consider artificial seasoning.
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been widely used to predict user's behavior to accept the technology. Prior researches have been mainly focused on innovation constructs such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, very little research has been conducted to understand individual mental beliefs in technology acceptance and imitation influence. This study integrates Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Flow Theory (FT) and Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DIT). This paper indicates that imitation context, cognitive absorption (CA) based Flow theory and innovation context are the three important factors influencing user acceptance of information technologies. The proposed model has been tested among 232 users of MP3 players. Results showed that innovation context and cognitive absorption have positive influences on intention to use technology. Not all factors of the imitation context have direct effect on intention to use. However, we found that imitation context has positive influence on intention to use technology through cognitive absorption.

In this study, the factors affecting the acceptance intention for level 4-5 of autonomous vehicles were investigated by applying TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). To this end, 332 ordinary persons interested in autonomous vehicle and experienced in driving car were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that self-efficacy and personal innovation had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand personal innovation has been shown to have a negative effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Safety and Privacy has been shown to have a positive effect on trust, trust has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Lastly, autonomous vehicles have a higher impact on their 20s and 30s. The result of this study is expected to be a very useful basic research for the development of target autonomous vehicles, the selection of targets, the direction of corporate marketing strategies, and the preparation of government policies.
This study examines consumer's acceptance intention of sensor-based smart clothing empolying the extended TAM. Technology innovativeness, information innovativeness and trust were used as external variables and perceived palyfulness was included in the extetended TAM. Data were collected from the adults over 20 years old living in Daegu from March 14 to 18, 2011. 193 useful copies of data were analyzed to investigate a structural model and test research hypotheses using AMOS 7.0. The study results showed that the extended TAM for smart clothing was validated empirically in predicting the individual's acceptance of sensor-based smart clothing and 10 hypotheses among 12 hypotheses were supported. Technology innovation, information innovation, and trust were confirmed as antecedent variables in affecting extended TAM. Perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness directly influenced acceptance intention and indirectly influenced acceptance intention mediating attitude. Perceived usefulness affected perceived playfulness and attitude affected acceptance intention. This study will help marketers and managers of fashion companies devise effective tools in planning marketing strategies related to smart clothing.

This study determined the impact of 'Fashion Augmented Reality (FAR)' acceptance factors based on the model of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) on consumer attitudes, intention to use technology, and fashion product purchase intention. A survey asked participants to have an AR experience using a FAR app to understand FAR in advance. Data were analyzed factor analysis and stepwise regression using SPSS. The results are as follows. First, the factor analysis classified the acceptance variables of FAR technology into 'social relations', 'shopping effectiveness', and 'easy to use FAR'. Second, among the three factors of FAR acceptance, 'shopping effectiveness' is statistically more influential on positive attitudes towards FAR. However, 'easy to use' factor was more influential on 'the intention to use technology' as well as 'purchase intention'. Third, 'social relations' were identified as an important factor affecting 'consumer attitudes', 'intention to use technology' and 'purchase intention' which are not well covered in fashion technology research. In addition, 'the intention to use technology' was found to be influential on 'purchase intention' and indicated the importance of easiness of FAR to enhance purchase intention.
The use of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) has been recently reviewed in various industries, but it seems that it is not being applied to companies faster than ever expected. In this study, three perceived risk factors affecting the acceptance conflict and acceptance intention of RPA technology were proposed and the effects of RPA on acceptance conflict and acceptance intention were investigated using RPA experienced people, gender and ICT industries as control variables. For the research, online survey was conducted targeting office workers and analyzed the results by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. As a result, it was found that among the three perceived risk factors, concern about introduction failure, employment insecurity, and execution errors, employment insecurity and execution errors did not affect the acceptance conflict and acceptance intention of RPA. This research shows that concerns over the introduction failure affected the acceptance conflict and acceptance intention. In addition, the acceptance conflict was judged as a factor of the mediation effect of the acceptance intention. From the perspective of companies that want to apply RPA, the theoretical and practical implications of business management are meaningful in that they can identify and respond to particularly important factors among perceived risks.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the acceptance intention towards healthcare wearable device in Korea. Specifically, this study attempted to identify the relationships among the acceptance intention towards healthcare wearable device, technical characteristics and user's personal characteristic based on UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. Design/methodology/approach For this purpose of research, we conducted against consumers who use the wearable devices and we collected data from 219 wearable device users. The analyses were conducted using SPSS and AMOS19.0 which is powerful structural equation modeling (SEM) software. Findings The main findings are as followed; First, functional diversity, wearability, trend sensitivity and health perception are significantly related to performance expectancy, while visual aesthetic and enjoyment are not significantly related. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy are significantly related to acceptance intention towards healthcare wearable device. Third, effort expectancy is significantly related to performance expectancy.

With the increased importance of groupware in organizations, groupware acceptance is regarded as an important outcome in the efforts of firms to leverage the potential of this information technology in their business activities and strategies. Despite significant investments in groupware, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to implement groupware and leverage the business value of groupware. This study identifies important factors influencing user acceptance of groupware by extending TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) which includes perceived control, intrinsic motivation, and concentration as well as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness from original TAM. The proposed model is tested in an organization among 104 employees using previous research measurements. According to the findings from the study, the usage intention of groupware can be explained by intrinsic motivation, perceived control, perceived ease of use, and Perceived usefulness. However, it fails to explain the effect of concentration on the intention.

This study investigates the influence of technology readiness, fashion innovativeness, and participation level perception on the acceptance intention of 3D virtual fitting systems. We presented a 3D virtual fitting system with detailed information that was watched by respondents who subsequently completed a research questionnaire. The data were collected from 300 subjects with an age range of 21 to 39 who have experienced Internet shopping. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results were as follows. First, fashion innovativeness, technology innovativeness, participation level perception, and optimism significantly influenced the acceptance intention. Second, fashion innovativeness, technology innovativeness, participation level perception, and optimism positively influenced the acceptance intention in the male group; however, technology innovativeness, participation level perception, optimism, and insecurity significantly influenced the acceptance intention in the female group. The results indicated that a marketing strategy has to be designed that focuses on consumers with high technology, fashion innovativeness, and optimism to increase the acceptance intention. In addition, markers have to enhance a participation level perception that will contribute to the introduction of 3D virtual fitting systems. Another notable finding was the importance to differentiate marketing strategies according to gender.
Purpose - This study has been conducted based on the assumption that technology acceptance for the traditional markets introduce Augmented Reality Technology system into traditional markets in order to increase the influence on consumer purchasing intention. The Augmented Reality Technology system on this study has been carried out by a modeling study based on Davis(1989)'s Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Research design, data, and methodology - Before starting the research, we inquired previous researches and defined the basic concept for each research with applying some parts of them. By doing this, we were able to find out if the users had perceived ease of use and the feeling of usefulness for the technology acceptance in using traditional markets. As a result, we measured how efficiently those factors could have an influence on traditional market visit. Moreover, we analyzed the result with actual proofs, assuming that such a visiting intention would affect consumers purchasing intention Results - To summarize the results, first, we have found that the necessity for augmented reality technology for traditional markets and its convenience in use can have a positive effect on visiting traditional markets. Second, we have discovered that the feeling of easiness in use, technological usefulness, and its visiting intention for Augmented Reality Technology can positively influence on the users' purchasing intention. Conclusions - By taking advantage of the research results from this study, the technological acceptance for the traditional markets suggests not only a positive impact on the users' visiting traditional markets but also an influence on the users' purchasing intention for the goods that are sold in the traditional markets. The weak point of this study is that it did not have sufficient theoretical explanation for technological acceptance in traditional markets, and it also lacked theoretical research to apply Augmented Reality Technology to the distribution industry. In order to overcome these drawbacks, we have to conduct thoughtful empirical analysis and research. Lastly, we insist that we will have to carefully verify reliability for the questionnaire data collected by the Internet survey panels in the future.
