우리나라 사교육의 발달과 최근 중소규모의 학원의 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 학원의 형편에 알맞게 학원관리를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 학원경영관리 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 또한 모바일 환경에서의 학원들간의 경쟁 및 차별화된 학습지도와 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 학원관리 시스템의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서의 학생들의 출결관리와 학부모 학생 학원 강사간의 커뮤니케이션을 지원하여 중소규모 학원의 시간적, 경제적 비용을 해결 할 수 있는 모바일 학원관리 프로토타입 앱을 개발하였다.

Objective : Academies or societies of Korean Medicine have their journals. Those Journals usually follow guidlines for authors of Journal of KOMS(Korean oriental medical society). However, altough academies or societies of Korean Medicine are branches of KOMS, their guidlines for authors of journal are different form KOMS's. Method : We compared guidlines for authors in academies or societies of Korean Medicine which journals is listed in NRF(National Research Foundation of Korea). Result : They have 78.9% coincidence in guidlines for authors of journal, 68.4% in url adress and 57.9% in both books and chapter. Conclusion : Academies or societies of Korean Medicine might comply with KIOM in guidlines for authors of their journal because they are brabches of KIOM. In addition, these days, scholars try to make journal DB, journal referaence DB, ontology and so on so journals of KIOM and journals of Korean Medicine academies might be agreed especially in guidlines for authors.

This study was conducted to describe the relationship of Career Identity and College Adaptation of student at agricultural special purpose academies. The participants were 335 college students in H city from November 2 to December 12 in 2016. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. There was a significant positive correlation among Career Identity and College Adaptation of college students. It was found that the effect of Career Identity on College Adaptation was 42.0%. The results of this study provided a foundation to recognize importance of College Adaptation and to develop intervention program to improve College Adaption and Career Identity of student at agricultural special purpose academies.

본 연구는 기업의 마케팅 전략에서 많이 사용되고 있는 다차원 척도법을 이용하여 육 해 공군사관학교, 경찰대학, 간호사관학교 등 특수목적 대학에 대한 이미지 포지셔닝 분석을 실시하여, 이들 대학이 수험생들에게 어떠한 이미지로 인식되고 있는지에 대한 진단과 이로부터 우수학생을 유치하기 위한 이미지 개선 방안과 홍보 전략을 수립하는데 있어 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 육 해 공 3군사관학교는 체력 및 신체조건, 학교전통, 선 후배간의 유대관계가 강한 학교로, 반면에 경찰대는 사회진출이 용이하고, 학업성적이 우수해야 입학할 수 있는 학교로 평가되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 육사는 교육 환경과 시설, 교육 프로그램, 교수진, 학교전통, 선 후배간의 유대관계 등에서 해사와 공사보다 더 우수한 것으로 평가되고 있지만, 지원자들의 학업성적 수준에서 경찰대보다 떨어지는 것으로 평가되고 있고, 사회 진출면에서도 경찰대보다 불리한 것으로 평가되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 고등학생의 학교와 학원의 코로나19 대응방역에 대한 신뢰도와 이에 따른 코로나19 예방실천의 차이를 비교함에 목적이 있다. 연구 자료는 고등학생을 대상으로 2020년 7월 2일부터 7월 17일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 232명의 고등학생 중 32명을 제외한 200명을 분석하였다. 카이제곱 검정과 이분형로지스틱회귀분석 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 고등학생은 학교의 코로나19 대응에 대하여 학원보다 더 신뢰하고 있었으며, 학교만 다니는 학생의 코로나19 예방 실천율이 학교와 학원을 다니는 학생보다 높았다. 특히, 오염된 물건 접촉 후의 손씻기(p=.038), 엘리베이터 이용 자제(p=.038)이 유의미하게 차이가 있었다. 학교의 코로나19 대응 신뢰정도에 따라서 대중교통기피(p=.028), 일렬착석 식사(p=.011)가 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 학원의 대응 신뢰정도에 따라 재채기 시 입가림(p=.041)이 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 학교의 대응방역 신뢰도에 영향을 주는 코로나19 예방실천은 3개로 나타났으며, 재채기 시 입가림(p=.002), 대중교통 기피(p=.043), 일렬착석 식사(p=.025)이었다. 반면에 학원의 대응방역 신뢰도에 영향을 주는 코로나19 예방실천은 1개로 물건 접촉 후 손씻기(p=.039) 였다. 학교의 코로나19 대응방역 신뢰도가 학원보다 높은 이유는 보건교사이다. 보건교사는 교육부의 지침을 받아 코로나19 방역과 학생들에게 코로나19 예방실천 교육을 실시하고 있기 때문이다. 또한, 학원은 코로나19 방역에 대한 지침은 받지만, 이를 책임지고 이행하며 관리할 기관이 명확하지 않다. 따라서, 교육부와 지자체에서는 학원을 대상으로 코로나19 방역을 관리감독하고 코로나19 예방교육을 실시할 임시 순환 보건교사 배치 및 관리 체계를 강화할 필요가 있다.

Working onboard large ocean-going vessels is one of many industries that is by its very nature extremely error-provoking. In industries such as aviation, nuclear power, healthcare and transport, the need for mental preparedness and professionalism are amongst the qualities essential for the management of complex hazardous systems. Recruiting, training, and more importantly retaining the right people to work in these industries is of paramount importance if safety is to be continuously improved and economic benefits realized. Through consideration of extant empirical literature this paper will explore the need for enhancing collaboration between shipping companies and maritime training insitutes in order to provide the industry with those most capable for the job. It will be concluded that by providing a strong maritime foundation from the outset of training, maritime academies in South Korea can provide shipping companies with a wealth of highly qualified, motivated officers who will contribute to safety and remain valuable assets within the industry for years to come.

최근 교육 수월성 제고와 질적 수준 향상을 위해서 대학에서는 정보화를 추진하고 있으나 개인정보를 비롯한 학사행정과 관련된 중요 정보들이 학사 데이터베이스에 집적되어 있어 그에 따른 보호 대책이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 학사 데이터베이스 구축에 사용되는 DBMS의 접근제어, 기밀성, 무결성 그리고 보안감사 등이 보장되도록 대학의 현실에 적합한 학사 데이터베이스 통합 보안 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 상당 수 대학들이 데이터베이스 보안 제품을 활용하고 있지 못한 여건을 고려하여 DBMS가 제공하는 기능만으로 보안의 가장 핵심 요소인 기밀성 등을 구현하는 세부 방안을 제시하고 있다.

Area studies, including Asian and Southeast Asian studies, in the post-Cold War era have been facing an epochal challenge that is rooted in two conditions: on the one hand, the end of the Cold War and the fading geopolitical rationale, and on the other, the emergence of the technology-driven transformation of the global economy and society. The consequences thus far are paradoxical: 1) While the technology-led transformation needs a workforce with critical and innovative abilities, higher education becomes more hyper-utilitarian; 2) While the transformation instigates increasing diversity of identities in global cultures, many countries thrive for STEM education at the expense of learning languages and cultures, including area studies which are essential for diversity. Southeast Asian studies programs need to change in response to these new conditions. These changing conditions and paradoxes, nevertheless, take different forms and degrees in the American, European and Asian academies, thanks to their different histories of higher education. The prospects for Southeast Asian Studies in these various academies are likely to be different too.
