The experimental group was taught the sexuality education program for seven hours from October 19th to 23rd, 2002 and each period continued for 50 minutes. The SPSS(10.0) Windows statistics software was used to analyze the data, along with frequency, percentage, $X^2$-test, t-test, and paired t-test. The instruments' internal consistencies were tested by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The increment of sex-related knowledge score after seven hour sexuality education was significantly higher in experimental group (t=-10.88, p=.000). 2. The increment of sex-related attitude score after seven hour sexuality education was significantly higher in experimental group (t=-2.67, p=.009). 3. The increment of the practice of self-efficacy of sexual behavior score after seven hour sexuality education was significantly higher in experimental group(t=-4.95, p=.000). In conclusion, sexuality education programs based on high girl students' educational desire, characteristics of development, a teaching learning planning model, a health belief model were effective to improve sex-related knowledge, sexual attitudes and the self-efficacy of sexual behavior practice of commercial high school girl students. The analysis was carried out utilizing two subject groups with the first being academic course students and the second being vocational course students. A 51 question questionnaire was prepared based on a literature review and previous research. The questionnaire was developed based on the results of two preliminary surveys, a reliability test, and a correction. A total of 721 questionnaires were distributed to students of 3 vocational and 3 academic courses. The analysis of the results was carried out using by means of SPSS 10.0. The study generated conclusive findings about each groups' viewpoint toward sex, the actual condition of their relationship with members of the opposite sex, the passages of knowledge about sex, the content of current sexuality education at school and the ideal type of sexuality education. This study is designed to find out the effect of communication between parents and adolescents, and their goal orientation on academic self-efficacy, especially among second-year high school students based on all their family and social environments. For such purposes, a variety of data regarding background variables, communication between parents and adolescents, goal orientation, and academic self-efficacy were collected in Seoul and Goyang-si, Gyunggi-do. The major results of this study are as follows: First, the female high-school students showed a higher efficiency than the male ones when it comes to the communication between parents and adolescents. For the goal orientation, the girl students marked higher levels than the male counterparts; speaking of self-regulated efficiency, the former illustrated a much higher level than the latter as well. Second, academic self-efficacy is greatly influenced by goal orientation. The higher mastery and performance-approach goals are, the higher academic self-efficacy is. It has turned out that mastery goals have significant relationship with task difficulty performance, one of the sub-scales of academic self-efficacy. In addition, performance-approach goals proved to be deeply connected with self-regulated efficiency, but performance-avoidance goals were negative predictors of task difficulty performance and self-regulated efficiency. In turn, academic confidence, one of the sub-scales of academic self-efficacy, is believed to be under the influence of mastery goals and communication between fathers and adolescents.

In the result (stress score), girl students (25.07) feel greater stress than boy students (20.68). High school type, an academic girls' high school (27.34) and boys' high school (25.67) showed the highest.

The experienced rate of drinking was $62.2\%$ of all students, $61.6\%$ of boy students, $69.4\%$ of girl students. 3. The effected factors of the health promotions behaviors to analyse by multiple linear regression model was sports activity, the degree of satisfaction of their school life, the academic records of school, the present health conditions, their awareness for hazard of smoking for their health, the experiences of the smoking, their stresses(R$^2$ =0.174). and the factors as the experiences of drinking, their stresses, and the indexes for the health education contents in their school were added in girls students.

The results of this study were as follows: 1. The infection rete of tuberculosis and the general characteristics of the infected students at Girls' High School: There are approximately 33 and 50 tuberculosis-infected cases in 1992 and 1993. The infection rate for academic Girls' High School stucents were 51.3%, while that of vocational Girls' High school students were 48.7%, About 30.8% of respondents have a family history of tuberculosis infection. 2. The current management system of tuberculosis treatment: It was reported that 59.0% of respondents out of total cases were in the process of treatment, and 41% of them were recovered (from tuberculosis). 55.1% of respondents use health center as their most frequent treatment location. 57.5% of academic Girls' High School and 47.4% of vocational Girls' high shool reported inconsistent meals while curing tuberculosis.
