Google Maps have changed the response time of Web-GIS using AJAX technologies. In addition, Google released the Open API named Google Maps API(Application Programming Interface) and it lead to the big paradigm on the Open API, where the SDK(Software Development Kit) and ASP(Application Service Provider) had ruled at the related map market. In short, the Open API has been paradigm-shifting for the web mapping. After this, government, many companies and open source foundations have guided Web-GIS market's growth through releasing the relevant Open APIs. So many comparative analysis on web-mapping API carried out by many researches. However there were no researches that can be applied to our current domestic environments. This paper investigates components of web-mapping API. Then we compare how many components supported and enumerate features for each of those APIs. Finally this paper presents direction of future development of Web Mapping API.

This study attempts to investigate the IT utilization and e-business level of the small and medium companies in order to facilitate their e-commerce efforts. Results show that they have basic IT infrastructures such as internet and PC, but they use their IT resources mainly for office automations. Major problems with such low level of IT utilization are in their lack of manpower, skill, and fund. Considering above issues, web hosting service is believed as a good measure to alleviate their problems. Hence, this paper suggests that utilization of the web-based ASP can be a viable solution for the currently revealed issues. Also, development of creative IT application(business) cases and their advertizement can lead small and medium finns to more productive IT investments, which requires more diverse IT performance measurements such as BSC(balanced scorecard), other than traditional ROI.

The basic search engine on Twitter shows not only tweets that contain search keywords, but also all articles written by users with nicknames containing search keywords. Since the tweets unrelated to the search keyword are exposed as search results, it is inconvenient to many users who want to search only tweets that include the keyword. To solve this inconvenience, this study improved the search function of Twitter by developing an algorithm that searches only tweets that contain search keywords. The improved functionality is implemented as a Web service using ASP.NET MVC5 and is available to many users. We used a powerful collection method in C# to retrieve the results of an object, and it was also possible to output them according to the number of 'retweets' or 'favorites'. If the number of retrieved numbers is less than a given number, we also added an exclusion filter function. Thus, sorting search results by the number of retweets or favorites, user can quickly search for opinions that are of interest to many users. It is expected that many users and data analysts will find the developed function convenient to search on Twitter.

본 연구는 국내 종합물류기업에 있어 SaaS(Software as a Service) 방식의 로지스틱스 정보시스템의 도입과 활용에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 대표적인 종합물류기업인 한진택배, 현대택배, 대한통운, CJ-GLS의 물류정보시스템 현황을 살펴보았으며, SaaS에 대한 개념 및 공급업체 현황 국내 물류기업 활용 현황 등에 대하여 살펴보았다.

BASMATI 플랫폼은 모바일 사용자 및 어플리케이션을 위한 지역간 클라우드 인프라 연동을 지원하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해 BASMATI 플랫폼은 모바일 사용자를 지원하는 서버 어플리케이션을 이종 클라우드 연동 환경에서 설치하고 제어할 수 있어야 한다. BASMATI 애플리케이션 컨트롤러(Application Controller)는 Application Service Provider(ASP)가 실행하고자 한느 서버 애플리케이션의 생명주기를 관리하고 서비스수준협약(Service Level Agreement, SLA) 위반을 탐지하여 애플리케이션의 재전개(Redeployment)를 포함한 SLA 위반 처리를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 BASMATI의 애플리케이션 제어기의 요구사항과 그 설계에 대하여 기술한다.

최근 들어 인터넷 보급이 폭발적인 증가를 보이면서 인터넷 비즈니스(Internet Business) 또는 전자 상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)에 대한 관심이 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 외국은 물론 대부분의 국내 대기업과 중ㆍ소기업에서는 사운을 내걸고 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템(IBS : Internet Business System)에 대한 투자를 감행하고 있으며, 또한 수많은 개인 업자(SOHO)들도 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)를 통하여 창의적인 신규 사업에 뛰어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)는 고객에게 가치 있는 무엇인가를 제공해 줄 수 있어야하며, 그 대가를 인터넷을 통해 보상받을 수도 있어야 한다. 이러한 원리 속에서 인터넷은 경제적, 기술적인 도약을 통해 급속도로 확산되리라는 것이 전문가들의 공통적인 전망이다. 또한, web을 통한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보관리 시스템과 같은 ASP(Application Service Provider)에 많은 관심이 쏠리고 있다 본 연구는 중소 업체를 향한 인터넷 이용 경영 정보관리 시스템이 현재는 미약한 실정임을 파악, 이런 시대적 요구사항과 필요성에 의해 Web을 이용한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보 시스템을 개발한다.

In this paper, we designed a system that integrate and organize customer management programs and databases, which are performed independently of each other. And we designed the system so that it can be used for future marketing by implementing the system to share and efficiently utilize mutual independent maintenance information. From the CRM perspective, a comprehensive information system ghat manages every information on both new cars and second hand cares grom their purchase, to parts, to insurance, and to scraping needs to be established. The following should be applied in the establishment of the IAMS. Auto makers or auto maintenance services providers exclusive management of information on customers and their car maintenance services is aggravating the customer's inconvenience and complaints. In addition, the service provider has difficulty providing consistent maintenance services because it has little information about previous auto maintenance services the customer received. Besides, the customers who have no information on costs of parts and labor tend to hesitate to trust the costs of maintenance services. This study to provide customers with systematic maintenance service and causing them some inconvenience. Therefore, in order to maintain existing customers, auto maintenance service providers should provide services the customers wanted on the basis of accurate information about them.

This study deals with development GIS application using web-based CAD, this application serves to user, designer, manager that more convenient and various functions. Development to this application, collect attribute data from fieldwork and geographic data from cadastral map and aerial survey map and then development to user interface using HTML, JavaScript, ASP, Whip ActiveX control. This application's characters are as follows ; First, system designer designed that anyone who have basic knowledge about web and CAD can develop this application. A system structure simplification by 2-Tier. Geographic information use DWF(drawing web format) file and attribute information use DBMS in consideration of extension. Second, system manager can service independently GIS in Web need not high priced GIS engine, so more economical. Third, internet user get service GIS information and function that search of information, zoom in/out, pan, print etc., if you need more functions, add function without difficultly. Developed application as above, not only save volume but fast of speed as use vector data exclude character and image data. Also, this application can used by means of commercial and travel information service but also various GIS service of public institution and private in web.

From both techlical and economic viewpoints, DiffServ IP QoS architecture is accepted as a more practical solution because of the complexity Problem of the other IntServ architecture. In this paper, we propose several models to support DiffServ QoS in DSL broadband access networks and discuss about migration path from current best-effort DSL networks to DiffServ-enabled ones. Since DSL networks are recently and widely deployed in the world amount ot new investment, compatibility with existing QoS-unaware DSL systems, and compatibility with existing charging systems as well as effective support of various QoS services must be carefully considered when we design DiffServ QoS support models in DSL networks. The DiffServ models proposed in this paper are divided into static DiffServ models and dynamic DiffServ models which are near-term solutions and long-term solutions repecitively. The static DiffServ models include Flat DiffServ which suworts per-subscriber DiffServ QoS and Structured DiffServ which supports per-subscriber and per-service DiffServ QoS. And the dynamic DiffServ models include Direct DiffServ for P2P(Peer to Peer) applications and Indirect DiffServ for ASP(Application Service Provider) applications.
