  • As time goes on, that becomes an issue still more for truth from error of a seal in electronic settlement , or in important document in the field of image recognition. But on the other hand image treatment method of a seal have has the weakness until now. It makes indistinct distinction of part that light and darkness is changed sharply as the edge of things. So it has difficult that edge detection is extracted. In this paper, I investigated the pixel in a specific area by using enhanced smothing method and searched a value of frquent occurrence. The value of pixel is substituted and edge detection is extracted. After then it could be classified rightly according as viligence test is dynamically changed. I applied conventional of Yager's generated intersection operator among fuzzy logic operator in ART1 learning Algorithm. Application of suggested ART1 learning algorithm, it results in improved image recognition rate than a case of using the conventional ART1 algorithm

  • In general, the extraction and recognition of identifier is very hard work, because the scale or location of identifier is not fixed-form. And, because the provided image is contained by camera, it has some noises. In this paper, we propose methods for automatic detecting edge using canny edge mask. After detecting edges, we extract regions of identifier by detected edge information's. In regions of identifier, we extract each identifier using contour tracking algorithm. The self-generation supervised learning algorithm is proposed for recognizing them, which has the algorithm of combining the enhanced ART1 and the supervised teaming method. The proposed method has applied to the container images. The extraction rate of identifier obtained by using contour tracking algorithm showed better results than that from the histogram method. Furthermore, the recognition rate of the self-generation supervised teaming method based on enhanced ART1 was improved much more than that of the self-generation supervised learning method based conventional ART1.

  • It is difficult to predict the kinds of damage to contemporary art because of the diversity of materials and experimental techniques used. This makes it hard to conserve. Furthermore, the artist's intention in contemporary art is emerging as one of the important issues to be handled in conservation treatment. Thus, collaboration with various stakeholders such as the artists themselves, bereaved family members, and foundations have become more important than ever from the viewpoint of planning conservation treatment. The trustworthiness of conservation treatment would be significantly enhanced if conservation treatment reflected the understanding and respect of not only the appearance of the work, but also the social/cultural context inherent in the work. This should be done, in particular, through collaboration with the artists. In this study, various case studies at home and abroad were analyzed as to explore collaboration methods with various stakeholders for objective and trustworthy conservation treatment. Along the way, the study raised the need to establish new conservation ethics for contemporary art. It is expected that the outcomes of the study could be used as basic material to preserve the originality of contemporary artwork and to set the direction for conservation practice.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used the method of the cases study survey, with the K-wave case in as the survey objects, 3 valid survey sample case were collected in this paper. Results: The two dimensions of art management and cultural activities differently influences from the K-wave, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. And improve the development of art management and cultural activities in China by improving the K-wave of service quality. Art management can shape urban commercial space in a beneficial way, create a good consumption atmosphere, and enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the city. The introduction of art elements into urban commercial space can create a strong cultural atmosphere, so that the city presents a smart look. Art management has a positive impact on K-Wave production and operation activities, which can promote the shaping of art commercial space, the promotion of urban cultural atmosphere.

  • This study examines the processes and characteristics of modern Korean embroidery art from the beginning of Korean modern times to 1945 which was the year of independence from Japan. An objective basis is presented by the analysis of articles and illustrations from the press and publications of the corresponding times. The significance of this study is to research the modern Korean embroidery art, which connected traditional times with modern Korean culture in order to investigate its identity. Due to Korea's modern embroidery art being started in the Japanese colonial times, there are some limits in it because of it being influenced by Western modern embroidery art and Japanese embroidery design. However, modern Korean embroidery art expanded from the private space to public space such as schools, open lectures and exhibitions. It has also accepted diverse foreign embroidery forms, which have been commercialized and accepted as art. The embroidery craft as commerce and art has given women the chance to achieve economic independence and to improve their social status. Modern Korean embroidery was art for the modern woman who had been educated in academic art, as well as a liberal art for wealthy housewives. It was the foundation of economic independence for poor rural women. It can be concluded that Modern Korean embroidery art has been accepted and developed by women in modern times.

  • The first purpose of this research is to investigate the functionalistic concept through the general consideration of Functionalism, and to study the art's aesthetic value of functionalistic expressionist artists implication and form in terms of architecture and product design. Secondly, it analyzes the implication and shape of Functionalism towards 'Art to Wear', which can be explained as a mixture of fashion and art. The results are as follows; First, functionalistic 'Art to Wear' of Mechanical Analogy appears to have futuristic inclination stressing the significance of geometric shapes and machine aesthetics. It uses new materials, and reduce an unnecessary work of art to convey more accurate, concrete and effective character of form. Secondly, functionalistic 'Art to Wear' of Organic Analogy regards natural elements as important to pursue the warm human nature. Also, it appears to be free and comforting forms of Functionalism through an organic silhouette. Thirdly, functionalistic 'Art to Wear' of Moral Analogy excludes excessive ornaments, and includes the implication of appropriate and purposive purity which serves for practical function.

  • This study provides a synthesis of the fundamental concepts of "art archives" and "archival art" while undertaking a reconsideration of the latter. Archival art refers to "artworks or art practices that utilize archival structures or methodologies." Accepted as a new trend in contemporary art, archival art is evaluated as a counternarrative and reconstructs histories that are marginalized and omitted from the public sphere. This approach reveals the contradictory nature of criticizing the contemporary archive from an anti-archival perspective while simultaneously presenting the archive as a core identity of the work. Given the limited research on archival art, often with potential contradictions regarding record authenticity, this study expands the concept of archival art, includes archaeological aspects, classifies types, and analyzes their characteristics. By approaching artists' use of archives from a traditional archaeological lens, this study broadens the scope of the examination.

  • This study aims to propose strategies for cultivating professionals in the field of art archives, drawing insights from the perceptions and opinions of practitioners and researchers involved in the establishment of professional human resources for the systematic management and utilization of art archives. To achieve this objective, in-depth interviews with practitioners and records management researchers related to art archives and policies were conducted. The grounded theory methodology, a qualitative research approach, was used in the analysis of interviews. The outcome yielded 57 concepts, 27 subtopics, and 13 super-topics. Through this, the study provides a comprehensive review of persistently emerging challenges related to art archive professionals, and by analyzing the opinions of experts in each field, this research presents effective ways to revitalize professional human resources. Ultimately, this study offers valuable implications that underscore the significance of professionals, who are prerequisites in art archives, within society and provide a platform for art archivists in museums to establish themselves as art archive professionals.
