Strong Convergence Theorems for Asymptotically Nonexpansive Mappings by Hybrid Methods

  • In this paper, we prove two strong convergence theorems for asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in Hibert spaces by hybrid methods. Our results extend and improve the recent ones announced by Nakajo, Takahashi [K. Nakajo, W. Takahashi, Strong convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings and nonexpansive semigroups, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 279 (2003) 372-379], Kim, Xu [T. H. Kim, H. K. Xu, Strong convergence of modified mann iterations for asymptotically nonexpansive mappings and semigroups, Nonlinear Anal. 64 (2006) 1140-1152], Martinez-Yanes, Xu [C. Martinez-Yanes, H. K. Xu, Strong convergence of the CQ method for fixed point iteration processes, Nonlinear Anal. 64 (2006) 2400-2411] and some others.

Glutaminase첨가에 의한 장류 발효물의 숙성 중 L-Glutamic acid 함량 변화 (Effect of Glutaminase on the Production of L-Glutamic Acid in Soybean Fermentation Products during Aging)

  • 장류 품질개선의 일환으로 된장, 고추장 및 간장 발효물에 glutaminase첨가 효과를 조사하기 위하여 숙성기간에 따른 L-glutamic acid와 아미노태질소(AN) 함량을 분석하였다. 효소첨가구의 발효초기에 대한 발효 45일 째의 glutamic acid의 함량 증가는 고추장이 671.8%, 간장 298.1% 및 된장 193.4% 순으로 높았다 무첨가구에 대한 발효 45일째의 glutamic acid의 함량 증가는 고추장이 363.1%, 된장 159.2%, 간장 35.7% 순으로 높아 고추장 발효물에 대한 glutaminase 첨가 호과가 가장 높아 3배 이상 되었다 또한 glutaminase 첨가시 아미노태질소 함량의 발효초기에 대한 증가효과는 45일 째에 고추장이 216.0%, 간장 120.8% 및 된장 84.5% 순으로 높았고, 무첨가구와 비교하였을 경우 발호 45일에 된장이 40.3%, 고추장 35.7%, 간장 8.4% 순으로 증가하였다. glutaminase첨가 제품에 대한 관능검사 결과 효소를 첨가하지 않은 제품에 비하여 맛과 향, 기호도에서 더 좋은 효과를 나타내었다.

B2O3-Bi2O3-PbO-SiO2계 유리의 광학적인 특성 (The Optical Properties of B2O3-Bi2O3-PbO-SiO2 Glass System)

  • 시편의 열분석과 SEM 분석에서 투명한 BP-계열의 시료 중 BP-1은 두 가지의 미세한 상으로 형성된 액적을 가진 유리 상을 발견할 수 있었고 열처리에 의하여 불혼화 영역이 생겨났다. BP-2 시료의 경우에서는 구형의 불혼화 영역이 관찰되는데 이와 같은 불혼화 현상의 원인은 용융액 내에 존재하는 양이온의 이온장 세기에 의한 것으로 해석하였다. 그리고 BP-계열 유리의 파장에 대한 흡수도는 $Bi_2O_3$의 함량이 많을수록 크게 나타났으며 400~800 nm 파장범위에서 흡수도의 변화는 완만하게 나타났다. 그리고 자외선에 대한 흡수단은 좀더 긴 파장 쪽으로 이동하였다. FT-IR 스펙트럼에서 BP-계열의 유리는 PbO 함량이 많은 시료가 보다 큰 흡수가 일어났으며 $3382cm^{-1}$$2800cm^{-1}$에서 나타나는 흡수대는 각각 사면체 $BO_1$에서 B-O 신축진동에 해당하는 흡수대와 B-O-B 변각진동에 해당하는 흡수대임을 알 수 있었다. BP-계열에서 $3400cm^{-1}$ 흡수대들이 예리해지는 것은 유리질 내 생성된 결정상이 성장하고 있는 것으로 판명되었다.

  • In this paper we present an iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of zero points of accretive mappings and the set of fixed points of nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. By using viscosity approximation methods and under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems for approximating to this common elements are proved. The results presented in the paper improve and extend the corresponding results of Kim and Xu [Nonlinear Anal. TMA 61 (2005), 51-60], Xu [J. Math. Anal. Appl., 314 (2006), 631-643] and some others.

  • The purpose of this article is to introduce a new generalized class of the Wiener-Hopf equations and a new generalized class of the variational inequalities. Using the projection technique, we show that the generalized Wiener-Hopf equations are equivalent to the generalized variational inequalities. We use this alternative equivalence to suggest and analyze an iterative scheme for finding the solution of the generalized Wiener-Hopf equations and the solution of the generalized variational inequalities. The results presented in this paper may be viewed as significant and improvement of the previously known results. In special, our results improve and extend the resent results of M.A. Noor and Z.Y.Huang[M.A. Noor and Z.Y.Huang, Wiener-Hopf equation technique for variational inequalities and nonexpansive mappings, Appl. Math. Comput.(2007), doi:10.1016/j.amc.2007.02.117].

  • Anion-exchange porous hollow-fiber membranes with a thickness of about 1.2 mm and a pore size of about $0.30{\mu}m$ were used as a supporting matrix to immobilize cycloisomaltooligosaccharide glucanotransferase (CITase). CITase was immobilized to the membrane via anion-exchange adsorption and by subsequent enzymatic cross-linking with transglutaminase, the amount of which ranged from 3 to 110 mg per g of the membrane. The degree of enzyme multilayer binding was equivalent to 0.3 to 9.8. Dextran, as the substrate, was converted into seven- to nine-glucose-membered cycloisomaltooligosaccharides (CI-7, -8, and -9) at a maxi mum yield of $28\%$ in weight at a space velocity of 10 per hour during the permeation of $2.0(w/w)\%$ dextran solution across the CITase-immobilized porous hollow-fiber membrane.

계장화 충격시험법에 의한 구조용강 용접부의 동적 파괴인성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Fracture Toughness of Welding Structural Steels by Instrumented Impact Testing)

  • In this study, investigations were conducted in calculating parameters of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics using single specimen. The validity of these testing methods was judged by the confirmation of multiple specimen method of stop block test. The results were as follows: In order to measure a fracture toughness using the instrumented impact test, two general requirement must be considered; One, setting up proper impact velocity considered the effect of loading and the other, the necessity of low blow test for obtaining true energy by the compliance correction. It was possible to detect a crack initiation point by calculating the compliance changing rate from a load-defection curve. Criterion of a stable crack growth, $T_{mat}$ could be estimated by using key-curve method for a base metal. and combining Kaiser's rebound compliance with Paris-Hutchison's $T_{appl}$ equation for the brittled zone of welding heat affected.at affected.d.

근적외선 분광광도법을 이용한 PVC포장재 중 DEHP 정량법에 관한연구 (A method for quantitative analysis of DEHP in PVC packing material by Near-Infrared Spectroscopy)

  • NIRS(Near infrared spectroscopy) scanning from 1300nm to 2400nm was appl ied for the DEHP(di-(2 ethylhexyl)phthalate) in PVC(polyvinyl chloride_packing material. All samples were devided into calibration group and validation group. As a result of conduction the multiple regression analysis on the correlation between the NIR spectrum data and chemical assay value obtained by the Korea Food Sanitation Act. The validation model for measuring the DEHP content had R of 0.997, SEC of 0.132, SEP of 0.176 by MLR and R of 0.996, SEC of 0.142, SEP of 0.198 by PLS and the detection limit was 0.1%. The obtained results indicate that the NIR procedure can potentially be used as a nondestructive analysis method for the purpose of rapid and simple measurement of DEHP in PVC packing material.

해산지각류의 먹이에 관한 보고 (Note on the Prey Items of Marine Cladocerans)

  • 지금 까지 자연상태에서 해산지각류의 먹이로서는 주로 중심목 규조류가 섭식되고 있는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 그러나 그들의 장내용물질들은 재검사한 결과, 이들 규조류 외에 편모조유들 역시 해산지각류의 먹이로서 중요한 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 Prorocentrum micans, Protoperidinium sp.등과 미동정된 편모조류 등도 해산지각류의 중요한 먹이로서 추가되어야 할 것으로 밝혀졌다.

A Discussion to Dimensions of Spline Spaces Over Unconstricted Triangulations

  • Let $S_n^r(\Omega)$ be the spline space of degree n and smoothness r with respect to $\Omega$ where $\Omega$ is a triangulation of a planner polygonal domain. Dimensions of $S_n^r(\Omega)$ over the so-called unconstricted triangulation were given by Farin in [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 192(2006), 320-327]. In this paper, a counter example is given to show that the condition used in the main result in Farins paper is not correct, and then an improved necessary and sufficient condition is presented.
