  • 개방형 플랫폼이라는 안드로이드의 특성을 이용해 블랙마켓 애플리케이션이 급격히 활성화 되어 불법 애플리케이션이 유통 되고 있다. 불법 애플리케이션의 유통은 마켓의 수익 구조가 파괴되어 개발자들의 개발 의지를 저하시켜 마켓의 활성화를 저해하는 요인이 되며 악성코드 배포의 경로가 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 공식적으로 유통하는 안드로이드 마켓과 비공식적으로 유통하는 블랙마켓 "Blackmart Alpha"의 월별 애플리케이션 등록건수를 비교 분석해 불법 애플리케이션 유통의 현황을 파악하였다. 이는 향후 애플리케이션의 불법적 접근을 사전에 대응하는 방법과 함께 불법적으로 변형된 애플리케이션을 검증할 수 있는 방법 위한 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 빈번한 가정방문 등으로 독거노인을 관리해야 하는 사회복지사들에게 관련 솔루션 및 대체 방안을 제공하고 독거노인에게는 외부 감염을 최대한으로 줄일 수 있는 IoT 장치와 App을 제안하였다. 딥러닝으로 학습된 사람 인식 알고리즘을 탑재하고 있는 Pi 카메라를 사용하여 독거노인이 집에 있을 때의 움직임을 지속적으로 확인하고 낙상과 같은 위급상황이 생겼을 시, Push 알림을 보내어 바로 대처하게 하였으며, 촬영본 확인이 가능하다. 또한 노인의 외출 시, 위급한 상황이 생기면 휴대용 단말기의 SOS 버튼을 눌러 Wifi 모듈을 통해 현재 위치와 알림을 즉각적으로 사회복지사의 App으로 보내어 확인할 수 있다.

  • 1인 가구의 증가로 셀프 인테리어의 관심이 높아지자 온라인 구매로 인테리어를 하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 가구를 주문해도 비율적이나 시각적으로 달라 환불하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 Unity의 AR, VR기술을 활용하여 가구 배치, 거리 측정, 벽지 변환 등의 기능으로 손쉽게 인테리어를 할 수 있고, 자신의 인테리어를 다른 사용자와 공유해 평가 및 비교를 할 수 있는 플랫폼 앱을 구현하여, 인테리어를 손쉽게 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고자 한다.

Early Detection of Rice Leaf Blast Disease using Deep-Learning Techniques

  • Pakistan is a top producer and exporter of high-quality rice, but traditional methods are still being used for detecting rice diseases. This research project developed an automated rice blast disease diagnosis technique based on deep learning, image processing, and transfer learning with pre-trained models such as Inception V3, VGG16, VGG19, and ResNet50. The modified connection skipping ResNet 50 had the highest accuracy of 99.16%, while the other models achieved 98.16%, 98.47%, and 98.56%, respectively. In addition, CNN and an ensemble model K-nearest neighbor were explored for disease prediction, and the study demonstrated superior performance and disease prediction using recommended web-app approaches.

  • SRS was proposed for immediate processing of the meaning of sensor data on mobile devices independent from specific sensor networks and sensor type. However, each time new sensor data is received, sensor data inspection operations are performed repeatedly, and it cause resulting in low performance. App profile-based SRS has been proposed to resolve the problem. The app profile-based SRS has improved the SRS problem through the profile, but has been tested in a virtual simulation environment. After that the test was experimented in a real-time environment, but has not been tested with a variety of dynamic factors. Therefore, this paper experiment considering such as user mobility and sensor density in real-time environment. And this paper also evaluate performance of the App profile-based through analysis of the results of the experiment. As a result, app profile-based SRS is high influence by density and sensor type, and the number of sensor node is not influence.

  • In the rapidly changing mobile app market, it is crucial to develop a good idea quickly and receive its market evaluation. For a small-sized company, however, it is very challenging to rapidly develop and deploy their products in response to highly fragmented mobile environments. This article demonstrates that our integrated development environment using both React Native and Unity3D when developing a mobile app achieves a high level of functionality and performance requirements successfully. Moreover, this integrated environment helps reduce development costs and shorten development time.

Effects of Styrax Liquides on the Secretion of ${\beta}$-amyloid Precursor Protein in Neuroblastoma Cells (소합향(蘇合香)이 신경 세포에서 베타 아밀로이드 분비에 미치는 영향)

  • Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized pathologically by the presence of intracellular neurofibrillary tangles and deposition of ${\beta}$-amyloid (A${\beta}$) peptides. It is urgent to develop effective therapies for the treatment of AD, since our society rapidly accelerate aging. A${\beta}$ peptides have been believed to be neurotoxic and now are also considered to have affects on the mechanism of memory formation, which are generated by processing of amyloid precursor protein (APP). In this study, effects of Styrax Liquides (SL) on the metabolism of APP were analyzed. SL inhibited the secretion of A${\beta}$ from the Neuro2a cell line (APPswe cell) expressing a mutation of APPswe. Immunoblotting study showed that it inhibited ${\beta}$-site APP cleaving enzyme (BACE) from the APPswe cells. We suggest that SL inhibits APP metabolism and A${\beta}$ generation by the means of BACE inhibitory mechanism. This is the first report that SL inhibits the secretion of A${\beta}$ peptides from neuroblastoma cells.

  • The applications and concerned technologies of cloud computing services, one of major trends in the information communication technology, are widely progressing and advancing. OpenStack, one of open source cloud computing platforms, is comprised of several service components; using these, it can be possible to build public or private cloud computing service for a given target application. In this study, a remote sensing image analysis processing service on cloud computing environment has designed and implemented as an operational test application in the private cloud computing environment based on OpenStack. The implemented service is divided into instance server, web service, and mobile app. A instance server provides remote sensing image processing and database functions, and the web service works for storage and management of remote sensing image from user sides. The mobile app provides functions for remote sensing images visualization and some requests.

Analysis of usage decision factors based on the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications (스마트 시니어의 스마트폰 배달 애플리케이션 만족도 기반 이용결정요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications. We established the hypothesis by dividing the factors that will affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications into the characteristics of the delivery app and the personal characteristics of the smart senior. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed adult men and women aged 50 to 65 years old who had experience using delivery apps, and we performed confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis to perform statistical processing for data analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, we found that usefulness among the characteristics of delivery app had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Second, we found that social empathy among the personal characteristics of smart seniors had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Third, we found that delivery app satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on reuse intention. Based on research result, we suggested that in order to improve the satisfaction and use of delivery app by smart seniors, it is necessary to develop delivery app that can be usefully used by smart seniors and focus on social empathy.

Effects of 3-Phenyl-1-isoquinolinamine on the Metabolism of ${\beta}$-Amyloid Precursor Protein in Neuroblastoma Cells (3-페닐-1-이소퀴놀린아민이 신경세포에서 베타 아밀로이드 전구단백질의 대사에 미치는 영향)

It is urgent to develop effective therapies for the treatment of AD, since our society rapidly accelerate aging. $A{\beta}$ peptides have been believed to be neurotoxic and now are also considered to have effects on the mechanism of memory formation. Recently, we investigated that a quinoline compound from natural product reduced the secretion of $A{\beta}$ from the neuroblastoma N2a cells (NL/N cell line) overexpressing APPswe. In this study, 3-phenyl-1-isoquinolinamine, a synthetic isoquinoline compound was analyzed to determine its effects on the metabolism of APP. It inhibited the secretion of $A{\beta}$ peptides from the N2a NL/N cell line. Beta-site APP cleaving enzyme (BACE) fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) assay revealed that it inhibited BACE activity in a dose dependent manner. Immunoblotting study showed that it inhibited APP stabilization and expression and it slightly increased the stablization and the expression of ${\gamma}$-secreatase component from the N2a NL/N cell line. We suggest that 3-phenyl-1-isoquinolinamine inhibits APP metabolism and $A{\beta}$ generation by the means of BACE inhibitory mechanism. This is the first report that 3-phenyl-1-isoquinolinamine inhibits the secretion of $A{\beta}$ peptides from neuroblastoma cells.
