Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare Taebaek(SP3) Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR 1) Yongcheon(KI1) on the Blood Pressure in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C. Methods : This experiments was to investigate the effects of Herbal-Acupuncture at Taebaek(SP3) Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1) Yongcheon(KIl) on the Blood Pressure, Cardiomegalic index, plasma levels of renin, plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP), serum levels of potassium, and serum levels of aldosterone in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2KlC. Results : The results were as follows. I. Blood Pressure was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Taebaek(SP3) Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1) Yongcheon(KI1). II. Cardiomegalic index was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Daedon(LRl) Yongcheon(KI1). III. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) was increased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Taebaek(SP3) Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LRl) Yongcheon(KIl). IV. Plasma levels of renin was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Taebaek(SP3) Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LRl) Yongcheon(KI1). Conclusion : These results suggest that Blood pressure was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Daedon(LRl) Yongcheon(KI1) in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C.

The Korean government have made and implemented various energy policies for solving environmental and energy problems in the energy industry in general and in the areas of "Energy-IT convergence" in particular. It is important for the government to choose and focus the future industries and promotion fields of Energy-IT convergence, because the Energy-IT convergence leads to newfangled services and products with diverse direct, indirect and induced effects and sometimes it needs to different regulation and policy issues. Unfortunately, until recently, there are very few researches regarding these complications. This study has derived critical priority factors for analyzing and evaluating the future industry of Energy-IT convergence. Using these elements and the ANP(Analytic Network Process) method, we have investigated the opinions of experts in the energy and IT industry. The process and results in this paper can be a good guideline for academic as well as industrial developments.

The purpose of this study was to develop an indicator for the selection of urban regeneration areas through an analytical network process. Therefore, this study derived five criteria and 58 indicators based on previous studies. Five criteria and 16 indicators were derived by taking into account the region and city characteristics of Gong-ju. Next, a survey from 63 urban regeneration experts was performed. The weight values of the criteria were calculated using the super decisions 2.0 program. As a result, population characteristics (0.244) was the most important criteria, followed by the industry economy (0.218), condition of promotion policy (0.193), social culture (0.188), and physical environment (0.158). These results will be used to select potential urban regeneration areas, and will contribute to overall effective urban regeneration.

Recently several hospitals have established a new nursing position so called, 'the nurse in charge of education (NCE).' The job description of NCE is to give a detail explanation on examination or test introduced to patients or a guide for those who are not familiar to hospital facilities at the out-patients level. The motivation of NCE position is the quality improvement in patient education on the sophisticated procedures or the follow up care for medical purposes to improve their compliances, as well in delivering services for outpatients or visitors in more informative and efficient way. The application of NCEA has been turned out positive and effective in patient satisfaction and unit management. However, special attention is brought to the scope and depth of the contents of education delivered by NCE which might overlap with the duty of physicians by the Medical Act. It is needed to clarify the role and job description of NCE in the context of Medical Act. The engagement of NCE to the Advanced Nursing Practitioner (ANP) is one of the possible solutions for a duty charge on patient education since ANP is a legislatively official position with higher license of RN at master level. Further discussion is needed to elaborate and arrange the details on the scope and content of patent education among health science professionals including RN, ANP and physicians.

As technological development continues, platforms with more diverse structures are emerging. Existing research predicts that a new structure based on technology and innovation will affect the two-sided market. This study evaluated the decentralized identifier (DID) platform, a new platform based on blockchain technology, of the importance of this platform from the perspective of the two-sided market. Using the Analytic Network Process, IT, platform, and blockchain experts conducted a dual comparison survey. Data with a consistency ratio value of 0.1 or less were selected and analyzed for 12 data. The research results showed the importance of service quality, policy support, openness, and uncertainty. This study is expected to be used to support the development of strategic decision-making for blockchain and DID platform-based business companies.

Selective inhibition of phosphodiesterase (PDE) 5 opened a new therapeutic approach for cardiovascular disorders. Therefore, the effect of PDE5 inhibition on the cardiac function should thoroughly be defined. The purpose of the present study was to define the effects of sildenafil, a selective inhibitor of PDE5, on the atrial cGMP efflux, atrial dynamics, and the release of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP). By perfusing rabbit left atria to allow atrial pacing, changes in atrial stroke volume and pulse pressure, transmural extracellular fluid translocation, cGMP efflux, and ANP secretion were measured. SIN-I, an NO donor and soluble (s) guanylyl cyclase (GC) activator, and C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP), an activator of particulate (p) GC activator, were used. Sildenafil increased basal levels of cGMP efflux slightly but not significantly. Sildenafil in a therapeutic dose increased atrial dynamics (for atrial stroke volume, $2.84{\pm}1.71%$, n=12, vs $-0.71{\pm}0.86%$, n=21; p<0.05) and decreased ANP release ($-9.02{\pm}3.36%$, n=14, vs $1.35{\pm}3.25%$, n=23; p < 0.05), however, it had no effect on the SIN-1- or CNP-induced increase of cGMP levels. Furthermore, sildenafil in a therapeutic dose accentuated SIN-1-induced, but not CNP-induced, decrease of atrial pulse pressure and ANP release. These data indicate that PDE5 inhibition with sildenafil has a minor effect on cGMP levels, but has a distinct effect on pGC-cGMP- and sGC-cGMP-induced contractile and secretory function.

Korea has recently constructed a number of renewable photovoltaic power plants in Jeolla province as an effort to provide environment-friendly energy. However, several problems appeared in the power plant locations because they were not appropriately chosen ignoring social-environmental perspectives. Consequently, locations of both currently existing photovoltaic power plants require an social and environmental evaluations. This study aims to provide appropriate photovoltaic power plants locations and evaluation of current photovoltaic power plants in Jeolla province. By presenting location analysis of photovoltaic power plants, this study would minimize environmental and social side effects regarding photovoltaic power plants. Kriging and Analytic Network Process (ANP) are applied as methodology. ANP generates correct weights in combining spatial data, so that the result would present optimal locations. In addition environmentally sensitive regions were excluded in the analysis process. The results show that South and West coastal areas have a number of appropriate locations for photovoltaic power plants. In addition, evaluating currently running photovoltaic power plant locations, total 23 out 81 are turned out to be inappropriately located. This study is expected to contribute avoiding social and environmental conflicts in photovoltaic power plant locations and present criteria in evaluating photovoltaic power plants.

Objectives : This research was performed to investigate the effect of acupuncture at the $KI_2\;KI_{10}\;HT_8\;HT_3$, on Aquaporin-2(AQP2) expression related with the renal functions in rats. Methods : Acupuncture was performed during 100-seconds, 6-times, at 150-seconds intervals under anesthesia in rats. We observed rats' mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate(HR), renal sympathetic nerve activity(RSNA) during acupuncture and AQP2 expression by western blot method and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP), renin, norepinephrine of plasma after decapitation. Results : The AQP2 expression was significantly increased in $HT_8$ group, but decreased in $KI_{10}$ group. Average MAP during 6-times acupuncture was significantly increased in $HT_8$ group. Average HR was significantly increased in $HT_8$ group, Average RSNA was increased in $KI_{10}$ group, but that was marginally increased in $KI_{10}$ group. Plasma renin concentration was increased in $KI_2,\;HT_3$, groups. Plasma ANP show a tendency to decrease in $KI_10\;HT_3$ groups, increased in $KI_2,\;HT_3$ but not significant. Plasma norepinephrine concentration was significantly decreased in $KI_{10},\;HT_3$ groups. Conclusions : These results suggested that acupuncture at $HT_8$ activate renal function to reuptake, but $KI_{10}$ show a decline on effect of AQP2 expression, blood pressure, nerve activity and renin.

Social changes due to ICT like Big Data, IoT, Cloud and Mobile is progressing rapidly. Now, we get out of the old-fashioned frame was measured at the level of the information society through the introduction of PC, Internet speed and Internet subscribers etc and there is a need for a new type of diagnostic information society framework. This study is the study for the framework established to diagnose and measure post-information society. The framework and indicators were chosen in accordance with the technological society coevolution theory and information society-related indicators presented from authoritative international organizations. Empirical results utilizing the indicators and framework developed in this study were as follows: First, the three sectors, six clusters (items), 25 nodes (indicators) that make up the information society showed that all strongly connected. Second, it was diagnosed as information society development (50.34%), technology-based expansion (25.03%) and ICT effect (24.63%) through a network analysis (ANP) for the measurement of importance of the information society. Third, the result of calculating the relative importance of the cluster and nodes showed us (1)social development potential (26.04%), (2)competitiveness (15.9%), (3)ICT literacy (15.5%) (4) (social)capital (24.3 %), (5)ICT acceptance(9.54%), (6)quality of life(8.7%). Consequently, We should take into account the effect of the economy and quality of life beyond ICT infrastructure-centric when we measure the post-information society. By applying the weighting we should performs a comparison between countries and we should diagnose the level of Korea and provide policy implications for the preparation of post-information society.

Industrial accidents differ considerably according to the industry and the scale of these industries. These industrial disasters have been analyzed in various ways. Therefore, a technique was developed to evaluate the disaster level among companies using the ANP method and the data derived from the disaster statistics over the past five years(2013~2017), as well as the safety information characteristics through questionnaires. The objective of the study was to determine the disaster level and safety level of a company. In this paper, six factors that are considered important for assessing the disaster level of the enterprise among the disaster statistics were selected. These factors included the industry type and size, age of employee, duration of treatment, duration of employment, and typical occurrence. Most companies use the accident rate for their disaster level to compare only with other companies. In this study, the weighting factors of the company were derived taking the characteristics of each company into consideration. Therefore, the disaster level of each company can be evaluated using the disaster statistics from each company and the derived weighting factors.
