치매지식, 자기효능감 및 우울이 노인부부의 치매예방행위에 미치는 영향: 커플관계자료 분석방법적용 (Effects of Dementia Knowledge, Self-Efficacy and Depression on Dementia Preventive Behavior in Elderly Couples: Dyadic Data Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine actor and partner effect of dementia knowledge, self-efficacy and depression on dementia preventive behavior in elderly couples. Methods: Participants were 115 couples aged 60 years or over who met eligibility criteria. All measures were self-administered. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Dementia knowledge in elderly couples showed actor and partner effect on dementia preventive behavior. Self-efficacy in the wife did not have direct effects on dementia preventive behavior, but showed indirect effects through dementia knowledge. Self-efficacy in the husband showed direct effects on dementia preventive behavior and indirect effects through dementia knowledge. Wife's depression had direct actor effect on dementia preventive behavior and indirect effect through self-efficacy and dementia knowledge. Husband's depression did not have direct actor effect on dementia preventive behavior, but indirect effect through self-efficacy and dementia knowledge. Effect size of wives' dementia knowledge, self-efficacy and depression on dementia preventive behavior was larger than that of husbands'. Dementia preventive behavior, dementia knowledge and depression had a mutual effect. Conclusion: Results indicate that to promote dementia preventive activity in elderly couples, programs should be conducted for both of the couple, but focused differently for wife and husband.

고급 한국음식 레스토랑의 서비스 품질, 고객의 감정적 반응 및 재방문의도와의 인과관계 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Perceived Service Quality in Upscale Korean Restaurants upon Customer's Feeling Response and Revisit Intent)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of perceived service quality in upscale Korean restaurants on a customer's feeling response and revisit intent, and to empirically analyze whether a customer's feeling response plays a mediating role between the service quality and revisit intent. Based on a total 303 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 2 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi^2}_{(df=263)}=557.397$, CMIN/df 2.119, RMR .09, GFI .88, AGFI .86, NFI .94, CFI .97, RMSEA .06. The major results of this study can be outlined as follows: Price & value($\beta=.40$), food quality($\beta=.26$) and atmosphere($\beta=.15$) had a significant positive effect on the customer's feeling response, and the customer's feeling response($\beta=.65$) had a significant positive effect on revisit intent. In addition, the effect of the perceived service quality in upscale Korean restaurants on revisit intent was found to be partially mediated by the customer's feeling response. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

전통문화에 대한 가치인식이 한복에 대한 선호도와 장기적 관계에 미치는 영향 -한복체험 정도에 따른 집단비교- (The Effect of Value Recognition toward Traditional Culture on Preference and Long-term Relationship about Hanbok -Group Comparison according to Degree of Experience of Hanbok-)

  • How consumers perceives Korean heritage is the most essential motivation to purchase traditional products. This study investigates if there is a difference in the value perception of traditional culture on preferences for and the long-term relationship of Hanboks. It also investigates differences in the preference and consumption behavior of Hanboks depending on the degree of experience for Hanbok. For this research purpose, data were collected from 745 residents between the ages of 20-60 in the Seoul and metropolitan areas through online and offline surveys. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and path analysis, using the SPSS-WIN 20.0, AMOS 20.0 program. The value recognition toward traditional culture derived aesthetic and symbolic factors. The result of grouping according to the experience of the Hanbok indicated that the two groups of traditional cultural values influenced preferences for Hanboks. In the middle group, only the symbolic value had a significant influence on the preference of Hanbok. It was found that the less experienced group had no traditional culture value factor which had a significant effect on the preferences for Hanboks. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to be used as basic data to establish a marketing strategy to increase the preferences for traditional culture such as Hanboks by increasing various traditional culture experiences as well as Hanboks.

만 4, 5세 유아의 놀이성과 의사소통 능력 및 창의적 행동특성 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among 4- to 5- Year-Old Children's Playfulness, Communication Skills, and Creative Characteristics)

  • This study examined the structural relationships among 4- and 5-year-old children's playfulness, communication skills, and creative characteristics. This research analyzed the direct and indirect influence of child's playfulness on communication skills and creative characteristics. The study subjects were 249 children who attend kindergartens located in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. A survey questionnaire was distributed to the children's mothers and teachers. The sample was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. The parameters were estimated by maximum likelihood method. The significance of indirect effect was tested by bootstrapping at .05 level. The results of this study were: (1) in both ages 4 and 5, playfulness had a direct and positive influence on communication skills, (2) in both ages, communication skills had a direct and positive effect on creative characteristics, and (3) the 5-year-old children's playfulness had a direct effect on creative characteristics, the 4-year-old children's playfulness did not exert direct influence onto creative characteristics. Communication skills 5-year-old children were seen to precipitate a partial mediation effect between playfulness and creative characteristics. At age 4, communication skills played a full mediation variable role between playfulness and creative characteristics. Discussions include suggestions to prosper creative characteristics through enhancing a child's playfulness and communication skills.

산업체 단체급식 종사자의 직무특성과 직업몰입, 직무만족 간의 구조적인 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Causal Relationship between Job Characteristics, Job Commitment, and Job Satisfaction of Industrial Organization Food Service Workers)

  • This study conducted a survey on 414 industrial organization food service workers in the Kyungnam area to find out the effect relationship of the job characteristics of organization food service workers and its effects on job commitment and job satisfaction by recognizing the need for job application through the job characteristic model, which was the beginning of the intrinsic motivation theory for the job of organization food service workers. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the method to analyze the survey was undertaken by using the SPSS 23.0 and Amos 21.0 statistic package program via a data coding process for collected data processing. We can confirm from the analysis results that there is a statistically significant causal relationship in all factors, except task identity, which is a sub factor of job characteristic. This result reaffirms the results of previous research by showing that the worker must be allowed to ensure completion of the entire job when performing the job as the job itself is not one part of the processes. Decision-making autonomy must be given in the work process when the worker performs their job in order to raise job satisfaction and furthermore to increase job commitment. The limitation of this study is that there are limits that making generalization as the study was conducted on industrial organization food service workers in the Kyungnam area as extracted samples.

제조업과 서비스업 품질관리 종사원들의 조직문화 개선에 관한 연구 : 직무만족의 매개변수를 중심으로 (A Study on Improvement of Organizational Culture of the Members of Manufacturing and Service industry Quality Control : Focused on Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: Targeting the members of manufacturing and Service industry Quality Control team this study is going is to carry out research about whether the outcome of OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behaviors) and organization can be brought about by organizational culture that is suitable for them. this study tries to identify the direct・indirect causal relationship between these variables and OCB by selecting organizational culture as a leading variable and job satisfaction as a parameter. Methods: SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis and AMOS 18.0 statistical program for structural equation model analysis. For the descriptive statistics this study verified reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, structural equation model analysis, research hypothesis, and mediating effects. Results: As a result of path analysis estimating the regression coefficients for the linear structure analysis of the correlations between variables for the hypothesis verification, the rational culture among the organizational culture types of the manufacturing Quality Control team showed a positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction, and hierarchical culture has negative(-) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion: This study suggested that the composition and friendly behavior of desirable organizational culture has a very close relationship in connection between job satisfaction and OCB by examining the causal relationship between OCB for improvement activities for organizational culture by establishing the organizational culture and job satisfaction of the manufacturing Quality Control team.

  • By focusing on the consumers who have experienced ethnic restaurants in Korea for the last three months, this research intends to figure out relations among utility motivation, pleasure motivation, ostentation motivation and feeling of pleasure and how they effect consumers' emotions and level of satisfaction to find out about more desirable services and characteristics for the consumers in order for the ethnic restaurants to secure more competitiveness, and to inform how they should set their aims for more success. This research limited surveyees to online consumers who have experienced ethnic restaurants in the past three months. The period of survey was from April 25 2007 to May 10 2007. For basic analysis of actual research, SPSS program was used to analyze the Cronbach a and factor analysis. And structural equation modeling analysis was used to analyze correlations and grade of effectiveness of variables proposed in the research hypothesis utilizing Window AMOS 5.0. As a result of this research, utility motivation has effect on the happiness and the other motivation has effect on the enjoyment. Enjoyment effect on the happiness and only happiness effect on the satisfaction. Satisfaction has effect on the re-visit intention. Through this research, it could proposes a strategic direction to which the increasing ethnic restaurants should develop themselves.

패밀리레스토랑 고객의 인지된 가치가 전환 비용 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Customer's Perceived Values in a Family Restaurant upon Switching Cost and Customer Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the interrelationships among customers'perceived values, switching cost, and loyalty to a family restaurant. Based on 328 patrons obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of a research model and verified three hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships were tested in the model simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $x^2$=341.01 (df=154), p<0.001, CMIN/df 2.21, GFI 0.91, NFI 0.94, IFI 0.97, TLI 0.96, CFI 0.97, RMSEA 0.06. The results showed that utilitarian values (${\beta}$=0.27) as customers' perceived values elements in a family restaurant, had a positive (+) influence upon switching cost. Switching cost had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral loyalty (${\beta}$=0.16) and attitudinal loyalty (${\beta}$=0.16). Hedonic values (${\beta}$= 0.41) and utilitarian values (${\beta}$=0.26) had a positive (+) influence on customer's behavioral loyalty. Additionally, a customers hedonic values (${\beta}$= 0.30) and utilitarian values (${\beta}$=0.32) had a significant positive (+) effect on attitudinal loyalty. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

저소득층 아동의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감 : 우울의 매개효과 검증 (Life satisfaction and self-esteem of children from low-income class : Testing mediation model of depression)

  • 본 연구는 저소득층 아동들의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감과의 관계에서 우울이 가지는 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 2013년 3월부터 4월까지 2개 광역시에 소재한 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 기초수급1, 2급 및 차상위계층 가정의 초등학교 5, 6학년 과 중학생 자녀 385명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 그리고 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 연구모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 저소득층 자녀들의 자아존중감이 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자아존중감이 우울을 감소시키고, 감소된 우울은 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 우울의 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 연구결과에 기초하여 저소득층 아동의 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 이론적, 실천적, 정책적 합의가 필요함을 밝히는 바이다.

치과기공사의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 심신 자각증상 요인에 관한 연구 (A study of the psychosomatic self-reported symptom factors affecting health-related quality of life(HRQOL) among the dental technicians)

  • Purpose: This study is to present substantial data for the development of practicable health related programs with which the dental technicians can enjoy better quality of life. To this end, we have surveyed the self-reported psychosomatic symptoms of the dental technicians in Korea and figured out their current health problems. Methods: Out of the random selection of the registered dental offices of Dental Technicians in Korea, 2,000 working dental technicians were asked to fill out the questionnaire from January 19 to April 30, 2009. We collected the 1,525 sheets of the questionnaire and took frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and structural equation modeling using SPSS Win 12.0 and AMOS program. Results: Concerning the modes of the subjects' appealing of their psychosomatic self-symptoms, scale point of the mental health turned out 18.68, which is higher than the physical health that scored 17.28. In the case of the results from the standardized scores of the sub items, scale point of aggressiveness scored the highest(20.14), whereas that of mouth and annus scored the lowest (15.29). Additionally, the overall satisfaction rates of the health related quality of life was 67.89. Regarding the health related quality of life, self reported mental symptoms(-.736) was more influential than physical symptoms(0.29). Conclusion: The psychosomatic self reported symptoms of the dental technicians proved higher than other occupations, whereas health related quality of life was very low. Consequently, it seems vital to lessen the mental symptoms and the sub items concerned.
