Probabilities of overfilling for model selection criteria are derived for several different situations. First, one candidate model with one extra variable is compared to the current model. This is expanded to m candidate models. We show that these comparisons are not independent and discuss ovefitting probabilities. Correlation between two F-tests is derived. Finally, probabilities are computed using the dependent F distributions and F distributions based on order statistics of independent Chi-squares.

The purpose of this study was to develop a zero-inflated Rasch (ZI-Rasch) model, a combination of the Rasch model and the ZIP model. The ZI-Rasch model was considered in this study as an appropriate alternative to the Rasch model for zero-inflated data. To investigate the relative appropriateness of the ZI-Rasch model, several analyses were conducted using PROC NLMIXED procedures in SAS under various simulation conditions. Sets of criteria for model evaluations (-2LL, AIC, AICC, and BIC) and parameter estimations (RMSE, and $r$) from the ZI-Rasch model were compared with those from the Rasch model. In the data-model fit indices, regardless of the simulation conditions, the ZI-Rasch model produced better fit statistics than did the Rasch model, even when the response data were generated from the Rasch model. In terms of item parameter ${\lambda}$ estimations, the ZI-Rasch model produced estimates similar to those of the Rasch model.

지능형 자동차에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 AICC(Automatic Intelligent Cruise Control)나 무인 자동차가 개발되고 있다. 이러한 기술을 개발하기 위해서는 자동차의 환경과 운항에 관련된 상황을 실시간 감시하는 것이 중요하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 임베디드 시스템을 구성 후 웹 서버를 구현하여 원격지에 존재하는 자동차의 감시 시스템을 개발하고, 자동차 ECU와 인터페이스 하여 엔진 및 자동차의 내부 상황을 웹으로 확인할 있는 임베디드 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한, ECU의 부담과 자동차 Wireless Hamess(W/H)에 의한 중량을 줄이기 위해 블루투스 방식으로 분산제어 방식을 이용 각 부분별 제어할 수 있도록 하였다.

90년대 후반부터 웹 기반 수업(Web-based instruction)이라 하여 인터넷을 이용한 새로운 교육방법이 시도되기 시작하여 현재는 IEEE, AICC, IMS 등의 여러 e-Learning 표준안에 종합적으로 수렴하는 형태인 SCORM을 ADL에서 발표하면서 SCORM을 기준으로 다양한 컨텐츠들이 개발되고 있다. 이런 컨텐츠들은 기술적인 면에 있어서 방대한 정보들을 다루고 있지만 e-Learning 표준안인 SCORM에 따랐는지 (SCORM 표준안에 맞게 설계가 되었는지)를 확인해 볼 필요가 있기 때문에 ADL에서 SCORM conformance를 체크하기 위한 test suite를 제안하였다. 이 test suite는 사용자가 컨텐츠를 생성할 때 필요한 중요한 정보들을 구조화하여 사용자로 하여금 편리성을 느끼도록 하였지만 다른 세부적인 문제들이 표출되고 있어 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위한 제안을 하고자 한다.

In this paper, Web server is built up using PXA255, 32bit RISC processor with porting Embedded Linux and GoAhead, HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) web server, and the system with can monitor and control the environment and condition for AICC(Automatic Intelligent Cruise Control) is realized. For sending the operation condition and change of vehicle the desired data is derived by interacting ECU(Electric Control Unit) and Embedded system and the rpm of engine is controlled by step motor connected to throttle value.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

본 연구에서는 임베디드 리눅스와 HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) 웹 서버인 GoAhead를 포팅한 32비트 RISC프로세서인 PXA255를 이용하여 웹 서버를 구축하고, 웹 서버를 기반으로 자동차의 순항제어나 무인 운전을 위한 일련의 환경과 상황을 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 자동차의 동작 상태와 변화를 감지하기 위해서 ECU와 임베디드 시스템을 인터페이스 시켜 필요한 데이터를 추출하고, 스로를 밸브에 스텝모터를 연결하여 자동차의 엔진을 회전시켜 자동차의 무인 이동을 제어한다.

웹 기반의 교육의 활성화로 이를 학습에 응용하기 위한 노력으로 GVA(Global Virtual Academy) 등과 같은 학습 보조 도구가 많이 발표하고 있는 설정이다. 대부분의 학습 보조 도구들은 각각의 특성들만 제시할 뿐 통합된 표준호가 되어 있지 않다. 최근 가상교육에서 학습기술이 상호운용성에 기반한 표준화의 일반적인 필요성을 인식하게 됨에 다라 가상교육의 국제표준을 소개하고 체계적으로 AICC(Aviation Industry CBT Committee), IMS Global Learning Consortium, ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)을 중심으로 진행되어 오고 있다. 웹 기반의 교육을 통한 질의 응답의 학습방법을 고려한 도구가 없으므로 질의 응답 학습 도구(QALT)지원을 위한 표준화된 LTSA(Learning Technology Standard Architecture) 기반 시스템을 학습 객체에 대한 질의 응답과 개방형 단순 질의 응답 측면으로 구현한다. 그러므로 개방형 단순 질의 응답 측면을 구현하기 위해 학습 기술의 표준화로 제시되어 있는 LOM(Learning Object Metadata)을 통해 설계 자체를 체계화하고 전체적으로 명세 작업을 가능하게 하여 일관성을 유지하는 정련화된 문서로 질의 응답할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, Web 상에서의 Network delivery와 DTD(Document Type Definition)와 Stylesheet를 사용자가 쉽게 수정 가능하며 다양한 Linking Type을 제공하므로 단순 질의 응답 문서의 형식을 XML로 한다

본 연구는 컴퓨터시스템을 이용한 맞춤형 정음기반 한국어 학습 지원시스템의 효율적인 모델에 관한 연구 논문으로서, IMS/AICC 국제규격을 준수하는 LCMS와 SCORM 기반의 정음 정보처리로 한국어 교육이 가능한 학습지원시스템에 구축 시스템의 세부 모음들을 정의하였다. 주 내용은 학습자의 학습결과와 학습 습관을 분석 평가하여 자가 주도 식으로 학습할 수 있는 기능을 제공한 것이다. 본 연구는 효율적인 PMS 세부모듈 시스템은 물론, 표준 역량모델관리시스템, 학습자 개별 역량 관리시스템, 역량저장 및 저장소, 커뮤니티를 활용한 역량 모델기반의 지식관리시스템, 교육 수요분석용 e-Survey시스템, 모바일 학습지원서비스 시스템 등이다. 앞으로 클라우드컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 외국인을 위한 정음기반 한국어 학습지원시스템 구축 표준 모델을 제시하였다.
