To analyze the landslide susceptibility in Baekdu mountain area in china, we get two susceptibility maps using AcrView software through weighted overlay GIS (Geographic Information System) method in this paper. To assess the landslide susceptibility, five factors which affect the landslide occurrence were selected as: slope, aspect, soil type, geological type, and land use. The weight value and rating value of each factor were calculated by the two different methods of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANN (Artificial Neural Network). Then, the weight and rating value was used to obtain the susceptibility maps. Finally, the susceptibility map shows that the very dangerous areas (0.9 or higher) were mainly distributed in the mountainous areas around JiAnShi, LinJiangShi, and HeLongShi near the china-north Korea border and in the mountainous area between the WangQingXian and AnTuXian. From the contrast two susceptibility map, we also Knew that The accuracy of landslide susceptibility map drew by ANN method was better than AHP method.

In the current domestic, many industrial accidents have happened. And these are analyzed according to several factors. But it is difficult that they evaluate their business safety. Thus, we conducted a study on business specific safety assessment techniques in order that business know their safety level and perform appropriative safety activities. Study methods are survey and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Each specific weighting factors to calculate the survey was conducted for safety and consulting experts (20 persons). Weight factor was used to AHP decision support as one of the ways through a number of alternatives to the ratings for the Minesota Multiphasic. Factors are each type of industry, specific industrial scale, disaster type and strength, worker age and tenure period, and region. First, survey was conducted with 20 professionals to estimate the weighting factors. Weights between factors using the AHP analysis tool based on the mean values were calculated. Second, last 3 years between the industrial accidents statistics were used to calculate the weights for each of the rating factors in the Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Grade weights between each factor which was based on the rating of each factor was calculated as the average of three years. Finally, the weights between each factor and the grade weights for each factor using the safety level of the enterprise were calculated so that you can evaluate the weighting.

This study aims to establish the indicator system of the quality of life of rural residents and to estimate the weights among criteria or sub-criteria that constitute the indicator system of the quality of life using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Indicator system consists of four criteria, that is, health care, eduction & culture, living environment, and income and jobs. Each criterion include three sub-criteria that make up corresponding criterion. The results show that income and jobs was most highly evaluated among the four criteria. It was followed by health care, living environment, and eduction & culture. Among the total 12 sub-criteria, annual income was most highly evaluated, followed by medical service level, job satisfaction, and public transportation environment in terms of global weight which was deduced from expert questionnaire survey. This study implies that rural development policy needs to focus on increasing rural residents' income by creating good quality occupations and increasing the level of medical services, and expanding public transportation services in rural areas. This study has failed to collect local residents' opinions regarding their quality of life in spite of the efforts to reflect the opinions from various expert groups, which is the limitation of this study.

광양항은 활성화를 위하여 다각적인 노력을 시도하고 있으나 자립형 항만기준인 300만 TEU에는 미치지 못하는 실정이다. 따라서 광양항의 부두의 기능을 컨테이너부두에서 일반부두로 용도를 전환하는 여유선석 활용방안이 논의되고 있다. 본 연구는 광양항의 여유선석 운영 형태에 관련하여 일반부두, 전용부두, 다목적부두를 연구의 대상 대안으로 선정하였다. 광양항과 상호 관련이 있는 물류 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 측정영역과 측정요소를 기준으로 조사하여 Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 적용하였다. 대안들의 가중치 순위를 종합해 보면 다목적부두가 안정성(32.6%)을 제외하고 가장 선호되는 부두형태인 것으로 분석되었다. 전용부두가 안정성(37.0%)에서 가장 가중치가 높은 대안으로 선정되었다. 종합가중치에 의한 대안의 우선순위는 다목적부두(38.2%), 전용부두(33.7%), 일반부두(28.1%) 순으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 낙도보조항로 운영사업자에 대한 경영평가제를 도입하여 사업자 스스로 지속적인 경영개선 노력을 유도하고자 AHP 기법을 이용하여 경영평가지표를 개발하였다. 이들 지표는 크게 3가지 형태로 구성되어 있다. 대기준에는 책임경영부문, 경영관리부문, 사업운영부문, 고객만족부문 등 4부문으로 구성되어 있으며, 중기준에는 책임경영을 위한 노력 등 15개 항목, 소 기준에는 관리자의 경영철학 및 전 직원의 책임경영에 참여도 등 44개 항목으로 이루어져 있다. 이들 지표 배점은 AHP 기법을 이용하여 각 항목별 가중치를 산정하여 배점한 결과이므로, 실제 업무를 집행하면서 운영선사 및 선박특성을 감안한 항목 간 가중치 조정에 의해 평가지표 기준별 배점 조정이 필요하리라 본다.

현재 중소기업의 기술혁신을 촉진하기 위해 일정 비율 이상을 중소기업에 의무적으로 지원하도록 제도화하고 있다. 이에 따라 매년 3조원 이상의 정부 예산이 투입되는 중소기업 R&D 사업의 성공 가능성 여부를 판단하기 위하여 전문가의 기술적인 평가를 통해 해당 기술의 기술적 난이도에 대한 상용화 및 성공 가능성을 면밀히 검토하게 된다. 이를 검토하기 위한 방법으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법은 평가 항목에 대한 평가 기준을 객관적으로 판단할 수 없었으며, 해당 평가 기준이 모호성 및 불확실성이 내포되어 있어 중소기업 R&D 사업의 전문성 및 공정성을 확보할 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업 R&D 사업의 성공 가능성을 판단할 수 있도록 평가 항목에 대한 가중치를 객관적으로 제시할 수 있는 Fuzzy-AHP 기반 중소기업 R&D 평가 시스템을 제안하였다. 삼각 퍼지 수를 이용하여 해당평가 기준을 구간 값으로 적용하여 객관화하였으며, 중소기업 기술개발 지원사업 관리지침에 따른 가중치를 배정하여 실제 평가에 반영될 수 있도록 이를 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 새로운 사업에 대한 전문가를 위촉하였을 때 위의 평가항목의 배점 가중치를 재반영할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 중소기업 R&D 사업의 전문성 및 공정성을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 '가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률'에 의거 '08년부터 농촌진흥청에서 수행하고 있는 '가축분뇨 처리시설 및 관련기술 평가' 사업의 효과나 평가 절차 및 방법 등에 대해 점검해 보고, 각 평가항목 간의 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층분석법)를 통하여 가중치의 타당성 검토와 제도운영의 개선방안을 마련하고자 직접적 이해관계자인 평가를 받은 30개 업체의 전문가를 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 본 평가사업의 종합평가 결과는 시설업체 및 축산농가 등에 가축분뇨 처리시설에 대한 신뢰성 확보에 도움이 되었으며, 평가의 주요 항목인 '업체의 능력', '기술력', '시설의 처리효율', '시설의 편이성', '경제성'에 대해서는 평가결과의 객관성 측면에서 70% 이상이 보통 이상이라 응답하고 있으나 객관적 평가 또는 매우 객관적이라 응답한 비율은 각각 46.4%, 46.4%, 57.1%, 53.6%, 35.7%로써 경제성 평가분야가 가장 낮아 이에 대한 보완이 필요함을 나타내었다. 또한 가축분뇨 처리시설에 대한 종합평가시 평가 항목간 합리적 가중치를 부여하기 위하여, AHP를 실시한 결과 공법 선택의 기준 중 기술성과 경제성에 대한 가중치는 0.425, 0.575로서 경제성의 비중이 높았다. 기술성 요소로 대표되는 '기술의 현장 적용성'과 '시설의 관리 용이성' 및 '처리 효율성'에 대한 가중치는 각각 0.226, 0.375, 0.399로서 '처리 효율성'이 가장 높았으며, '기술의 현장 적용성'이 가장 낮게 평가 되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 현재의 가중치와 비교해 보면 현재는 기술성 특히 처리효율에 대해 과대 평가되고 있어 개선이 필요하다. 따라서, 추후 가축분뇨 처리시설 종합평가시 AHP를 이용한 각 항목별 가중치를 적용한 기술성 평가를 종합적으로 고려할 경우 평가의 객관성 확보와 평가사업의 신뢰도를 높이는데 크게 기여할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 다수의 계층적 요인과 기술 수요자도 포함하여 분석 범위를 확대할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 예비체육교사가 함양해야 할 역량에 대해 상위 및 하위요소 간의 상대적 중요도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석 및 전문가 검토를 거쳐 예비체육교사가 함양해야 할 역량 모형을 도출하였다. 계층분석(AHP)에는 23명의 전문가가 참여하였다. 연구의 결과, 대인관계역량 .213, 자기관리역량 .203, 전공역량 .174, 전문학습 및 기초교양. 163, 도전의식역량 .137, 창의역량 .110의 가중치로 도출되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 학교 교육 현장에서 학습자, 학부모, 동료교사 등과의 바람직한 관계형성이 전공지식 역량이 기타 역량보다 예비체육교사의 성취에 중요한 것으로 판단한 결과이다. 끝으로 미래 교육을 위해 대학에서도 역량 중심 교육을 통한 전문화된 역량 개발이 함께 이루어질 때 해당 진로에 대한 진출이 가능함을 확인하였다.

In recent years, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-preparedness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.
