SWOT/AHP 분석을 이용한 광양항의 발전 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Gwangyang Port Using the SWOT/AHP Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 광양항의 발전전략을 수립하기 위하여 SWOT/AHP분석을 실시하고자 한다. SWOT분석은 보통 전략수립단계에 있어서 내 외부 환경을 분석하기 위해서 사용된다. SWOT/AHP분석은 Kurttila et al(2000)이 SWOT분석의 유용성을 개선하기 위해 제안한 방법으로 SWOT분석의 결과는 단순히 SWOT그룹 내에 어떤 요인들이 있는가를 확인하는 것에 불과하다. 따라서 AHP분석과 결합함으로써 SWOT분석에서 도출된 요인들에 대한 상대적인 중요도를 평가하여 전략수립에 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과를 요약하면, SWOT그룹의 상대적 중요도는 기회(0.376), 강점(0.259), 위협(0.206), 약점(0.159) 순으로 나타났다. 다음으로 SWOT요인 별로 살펴보면, 강점요인의 상대적 중요도에서는 저렴한 화물처리비용(0.383), 우수한 항만입지(0.347), 광범위한 배후지(0.270) 순으로 나타났다. 약점요인의 상대적 중요도는 효율적인 통관시스템 미비(0.511), 복합운송 연계성 미비(0.315), 항만전문인력의 부족(0.173) 순으로 나타났다. 기회요인의 상대적 중요도는 각종 인프라 구축으로 수송체계 개선(0.461), 주변지역에 대한 연관산업단지 개발지속(0.326), 동북아지역의 물동량 증가추세(0.214) 순으로 나타났다. 위협요인의 상대적 중요도는 각종 인프라 구축으로 수송체계 개선(0.411), 주변항만과의 경쟁(0.400), 복합운송업체의 영세성(0.189) 순으로 나타났다. 평가대상이 되는 각 그룹별 세부요인들의 종합순위를 얻기 위하여 의사결정 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 종합화하였다. SWOT그룹별 세부속성요인들의 최종 중요도(가중치) 결과를 살펴보면, 기회요인 속하는 각종 인프라구축으로 인한 수송체계 개선(0.173), 주변지역에 대한 연관산업단지 개발지속(0.123)이 가장 높은 중요도를 보였고, 저렴한 화물처리비용, 우수한 항만입지, 항만운영의 융통성 결여, 주변항만과의 경쟁, 효율적 통관시스템 미비의 순으로 나타났다.

SCM 시스템 선정을 위한 의사 결정 모델 (A Decision-making Model for SCM System Selection)

  • Supply Chain Management(SCM) system is a critical investment that can affect future competitiveness and performance of a company. Selection of a right SCM system is one of the critical issues. This paper provides the characteristic factors of SCM system selection and the SCM system evaluation and selection model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to support the business goals. A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in selecting SCM system.

AHP를 이용한 CMS 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Model for CMS using the AHP)

  • Despite the increasing interest in web contents and the rapid growth of CMS(Content Management System) market, the studies on the evaluation criteria for determining the purchase of the CMS solution are very rare. We introduce previous researches on the evaluation models of IT solution, and develop new criteria for evaluating CMS solutions. We calculate the relative importance of the evaluation criteria using scores from the IT experts based on the "Pair-wise Comparison" using the AHP. Based on the analyses of IT specialists′ responses, the results of the study show that, among the ten criteria, "the function of content management", "the contribution to the company′s business process" and "the fit with Information Strategic Plan" are the three most important ones over the remaining others. The developed model and criteria for the evaluation of the CMS solutions are expected to contribute on effective purchasing decision of the solutions and their successful implementation.

다기준 의사결정 기반의 물류중개 에이전트 (Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based Logistics Brokerage Agents)

  • In this paper we deal with the logistics brokerage process in which a logistics agent intermediates between vehicle owners and shippers for matching empty vehicles and freights. Based on the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methodology, the proposed agent system matches the most preferred empty vehicle to the shipper and the most preferred freight to the vehicle owner. In the proposed agent system, an MCDM based sensitivity analysis is also used for supporting decision makers under negotiations. Among various MCDM methodologies, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized in this paper. Although AHP is one of the most popular MCDM methodologies, AHP needs a number of pair-wise comparisons for assessing alternatives and hence may give excessive decision making burden to the decision makers. In this paper, in order to reduce the decision making burden, a preference function based estimation method is proposed. We can expect that the MCDM based logistics brokerage agent can be used as an efficient and effective tool for e-logistics marketplaces on the internet.

  • This study is to suggest a methodology to produce landslide hazard map by combining LRA (Logistic Regression Analysis) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Program) Approach. Topographic factors (slope, aspect, elevation), soil drain, soil depth and land use were adopted to classify landslide hazard areas. The method was applied to a 520 $km^2$ region located in the middle of South Korea which have occurred 39 landslides during 1999 and 2003. The suggested method showed 58.9 % matching rate for the real landslide sites comparing with the classified areas of high-risk landslide while LRA and AHP showed 46.1 % and 48.7 % matching rates respectively.

  • Recently, selects method of waterproofing where is suitable with method and material physical properties, construction technique, Productive technique and specifications and maintenance techniques evaluation for the same evaluation method is coming to be presented. Respects the application which select system is substantial objectively reflects a weight to evaluation item the research for is necessary. This research the evaluation which in order is effective and the decision-making to be possible about technically countermeasures for a quality security from waterproofing materials, method selection processes, clearly responsible dividing of construction and maintenance techniques. A sets weight of evaluation item for right select system, it stratify the causes which affect in priority based on AHP.

AHP기법 적용을 통한 수산양식장 평가방식 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Aquaculture Evaluation Method by using AHP)

  • The purpose of this study is to help domestic aquaculture farm by improved evaluation method. First, We analyzed evaluation method of domestic aquaculture certification, the greater retailer's supplier and global standard. Next, By using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), We found priority and importance between criteria of SQF(Safety Quality Food) standard which is appled to alternative model for aquaculture evaluation. As a result is presented as follows: regarding pairwise comparison between System Element module and Good Aquaculture Practice(GAP) module, GAP is recognized to be more important than System Element. The highest priority criteria is presented 'Purchase and Use of Medications, Aquaculture Feeds and Aquaculture Chemicals.' Next, 'Management commitment', 'Attaining Food Safety', 'Location and Layout of Structures and Vessels', 'Stock Identification and Traceability are recognized high position. This study has major implications for research into development of evaluation method.

  • National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

  • 최근 국방 분야의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션에서는 훈련 비용과 개발 비용을 절감하기 위하여 재구성 가능한 시뮬레이션 모델의 연구를 추진하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공학을 적용하여 BCM(Basic Component Model)을 정의하고 이들을 재구성 할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였다. 하지만 프로덕트를 생성하기 위한 컴포넌트 재구성 시 설계자의 의사를 체계적으로 반영할 수 없으며, 각각의 컴포넌트들의 정량적 요소를 비교,평가 후 컴포넌트를 선택하여 프로덕트를 구성하기 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 재구성 시 설계자의 의사결정과정을 지원하고자 컴포넌트들의 메타데이터를 조사하고 계층적으로 분석하여 컴포넌트를 선정할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 이것을 기반으로 컴포넌트 재구성 조합 모형을 도출 할 수 있도록 하는 의사결정체계를 제시한다. 먼저 의사결정의 한 방법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Procedure)를 이용하여 컴포넌트를 선정하고, 다음으로 선정된 컴포넌트를 검색하고 선택할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템을 설계 하였다.
